Yes I pay for the company of some. It is usually to stay in a bedroom. It is rarely to go to fine dining restaurants that cost more than their services. You would be surprised how genuinely nice people are when you don't treat them like a piece of meat. Some become friends that visit to see you; not wanting or expecting anything from you. Yes it happens in real life. Yes, as with most things, we're talking in generalizations. And I have older friends - and, as stated previously, dated older men- and I am married to an older man. I was lucky to have older men who were genuinely my friends in my 20s and 30s. Now I'm friends with guys in their 30s, and we have a great time. The sticky widget here is the developmental difference between someone who is 18 and someone in their late 20s. I don't think them dating or having sex should be illegal; quite the opposite. However, having gone from being a 19- to 20-year-old with a 35- to 40-year-old boyfriend, I struggle to understand what they saw in me beyond my fleeting physical youth. And I was well-read and funny and had a broad palette. I wasn't well-traveled because I grew up quite poor. I'm sure I could have dinner with an 18-year-old and enjoy their company for a couple of hours. But not for days or weeks. They will, rightly, want to do things that I've already done and have experiences I've already had. Experiences that are best had with their peers.

They will, rightly, want to do things that I've already done and have experiences I've already had. Experiences that are best had with their peers. The best advice my best friend gave me when we first meet was to always remain being interesting. He came from a family who has museums and buildings with their family name etched in on them. I grew up in a family surviving off of food stamps. I was fortunate to be book smart and got scholarships for my education. I devoured information. It took an active interest in learning about other people, foreign cultures and in turn became interesting to them. I meet people from much more privileged upbringings in college and also through friends of friends. I found it wasn't that difficult to find some common area of interest. You just have to listen. I take those life experiences now and pay it forward when I meet someone interesting that may be much younger than I am now. My friendships with people who saw something in me that I didn't see in myself change the course of my life. If I had stuck with my peers, I would have lived a much less interesting life. Thelatin Posted yesterday at 06:08 PM Posted yesterday at 06:08 PM You know...having spent the first 47 year of my life afraid of how friends, family, the church, society etc. perceived me - I eventually ran out of fucks to give. I'm in decent shape, I have some money. If I want to prance through the desert with a two 20 year old Latin Twinks on either arm, I will. muscmtl Posted yesterday at 06:46 PM Posted yesterday at 06:46 PM My issues is the exact opposite, as I read reviews I always wonder if the guy leaving in review is a hot muscle stud with a big dick, if yes then his experience is unrelatable, and not worth reading, every escorts he hires gets paid twice: with money and with sex. Now, if a out of shape, old, small dick ugly, self-proclaimed client gives an amazing review, then that escort is doing God's work, and that escort gets my attention. To me it's 100% about how not hot the client is, and 0% about how hot the client needs to be. MikeBiDude and + Just Chuck 2

I asked him if he has the stomach for it and he replied, I go only with rich and good looking people. Probably many others think the same and this is a segment of escorting this forum is neglecting. So if you can afford Quanta's first class (muscle gorgeous big dick), why would you go for American Eagle coach, aka twink.

To me it's 100% about how not hot the client is, and 0% about how hot the client needs to be. What I find so fascinating about this forum's obsession with the appearance of both providers and clients is that we live in a country where 74 percent of adults are overweight or obese, including nearly half of all middle-aged Americans. Less than 13 percent of American adults are considered physically fit. If a provider wants to make real money, they will definitely have to take clients who are overweight and out of shape. The young man this thread is about is just getting started and sounds to me like he wants a sugar daddy and not a career in sex work. If it is the former, those relationships rarely work out for the younger person in the long run. There's no benefit to the older person in marrying them, especially if the relationship is based on the younger person's transient physical beauty. I do agree with @muscmtl that the best providers are those who can make anyone feel like the hottest person that's ever lived. That requires a level of empathy, care and emotional intelligence that is pretty rare. muscmtl 1

Hmmm 🤔. While it would benefit you, it wouldn’t benefit the escort to review the client honestly at all, esp whether hot, muscled or hung! And thus the magic of the game, and why the best escorts never tell. Nue2thegame and muscmtl 1 1

But we also cannot control what other people think. If someone chooses to date someone young enough to be their grandchild, some people will think their date is their grandchild, and others may sense it's not and have their judgments. I don’t think terms such as grandchild properly convey what may be an appropriate age for someone to be dating. I am 79 so presumably someone 35 could be my grandchild. They could bald and heavyset or muscular with a moustache and tattoos. Would heads turn if I walked into a restaurant or hotel with him? I think not. On the other hand if I walked into the same venue with a 125 pound 18 year old who might pass for 16, would heads turn? I would think so. Unless they thought he was my grandson and the setting didn’t suggest otherwise. + KensingtonHomo and BonVivant 2

Then, that daddy dies and he receives all the inheritance. That's his happily-ever-after Cinderella story. One could hope. One could definitely hope. + KensingtonHomo 1

nomad Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago 3 hours ago, Peter Eater said: Good luck with that whole Ancient Greek pederasty thing (13-16!). Mythology forever? You're being overly simplistic. In ancient Greek times, it was common in society for relationship to exist between a older person and a younger person of either gender. It was not uncommon for a man to take a wife in her teens. These were often arranged for political, status or financial reasons. Yes, the motivations for such things has not changed in thousands of years. The relationship arrangement involved a contract which entailed the older person to provide gifts of high worth to the younger person. They also became a ward to the person much like they would be to their blood child. Judging ancient behavior by our current moral compass is fool-hardy. I would suggest we focus on the better elements of familial bonds and how it provided a safer passage for the youth to enter military service than the sensationalism of the age gap. + Vegas_Millennial 1
italianboyph Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago He's 18 and clearly still has A LOT to learn and won't last with that attitude.

I think it was controversial even in Ancient Greece, viewed with suspicion by the lower classes and made fun of in some of the extant literature of the time. I am not suggesting that. I am well aware it was not universally accepted back then. Saying all the boys/girl were 13 is a red herring. The age ranged between the teens all the up to early 30s. This is well documented. We got too stuck on our moral high chairs these days and want everything to be simple black and white. Indenture servitude, harems and other cultural practices that are frowned upon by most of the world doesn't remove its existence and acceptance in those countries and societies where it is acceptable behavior. The American moral compass is not the be all and end all. The world isn't that simplistic. There are good elements that be found in almost anything. The rush to judgement is a knee jerk reaction that we know better. Who are we to judge?
