To end the speculation, it’s on!😊  For those who like to plan ahead, mark your calendars for April 11 (Saturday) and April 12 (Sunday), 2026.  Information about the activities will be forthcoming at a later date.  I hope many of you can attend as I look forward to seeing you!🎉😄

As the person who founded this event some 20 years ago, I would like to express an opinion. We recently lauded @Oliver for reaching the age of 90, and it was an opportunity for us to show our respect and affection for him. It is with that respect and affection that I suggest he turn the next Weekend over to someone else. Oliver can attend without any responsibilities and simply enjoy himself. @purplekow  has expressed an interest in handling the next event and did a good job of ascertaining how much interest there is in the next one. A lot, it seems.

If my suggestion doesn't go over well with Oliver, then perhaps he can make it a joint project with purplekow, who is based in Palm Springs. Many people will invest time and money in making it to Palm Springs, and we all want the event to go without any problems. Having two people working together ensures continuity.

There, that's my opinion.

It's great to hear that another Weekend is in the plans - I've become addicted to warm spring evenings in the California desert.  Thanks in advance for all your efforts , know that your experience is deeply appreciated!

This is a get together of forum members and their friends and assorted escorts.  The event entails several get togethers over a weekend.  These events include a dinner, a welcome barbecue, a pool party and in the past, a breakfast.  These range from mild to moderate with nothing significantly wild going on at the events themselves, for the most part.  Probably R rated is a dramatic as it gets in the open spaces with some X rated activities in private.  Many of the guests stay at the same resorts, Inndulge, Hacienda, Canyon Club are three.  There are informal events such as hikes, trips to casinos, dinner, karaoke which are arranged by the guests.  It is mostly a chance to see meet fellow posters, escorts.  Fun in the sun.  Temperatures are usually in the 80s to 90s during the day and 60s at night.  The first people arriving from out of town usually get there the Thursday and most people who are coming from out of town stay from 4 to 7 days.     That is the thumbnail version of the events.

Thanks for the info @purplekow.  Sounds like a real fun time.  I'll see if I can make it.  I have a friend out in LA I'm planning on visiting in the spring.  Will see if I can just do both while I'm out there.
