The prosecutor is identified as an ADA (Assistant District Attorney), but it's federal court, so she is an AUSA (Assistant United States Attorney). There are more: From the Comments section in the NY Post article: "Former porn star Austin Wolf sobbed as he claimed to take responsibility for getting a minor to engage in a sex act during a Manhattan federal court hearing Friday." So, he engaged in a sex act with a minor during a federal court hearing!!! Wow! Terrific writing. Second grade level at best. Th NY Post should have hired Bozo to write the article on today's Austin Wolf hearing instead of having Lois Lane write it. There have been 100+ comments so far to the NY Post article in the "Comments" section at the bottom of the article (after scrolling thru a bunch of ads). Most are brutal, and there is ZERO sympathy for Wolf. Bozo realizes that this is the NY Post, but still.... It's fascinating to read the comments. If you want to get a sense of the vox populi Ex-porn star Austin Wolf sobs as he admits child sex crime: 'I knew... NYPOST.COM Austin Wolf has been held in custody since he was arrested a year ago for allegedly exchanging hundreds of child porn videos. There are states where the age of consent is still 16. The solicitation involved the internet and/or telephone, so it was in interstate commerce, providing federal jurisdiction. The age of consent in NY is 17. I got hit up once by a very cute college sophomore and made him show me proof. He had a thing for older guys and was actually used to having to show proof as a result. BuffaloKyle Posted June 20 Posted June 20 4 hours ago, BOZO T CLOWN said: Wolf will face a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years + 5 years supervised probation. Maximum sentence is life. The federal sentencing guidelines call for a sentence of 188 months - 235 months for this crime; however, the judge has the discretion to sentence Wolf from anywhere between the 10-year mandatory minimum to the maximum of life in prison. The judge will very likely sentence him within the guidelines barring some sort of extraordinary mitigating factor. If he goes below or above the guidelines then it's almost an automatic appeal from either the prosecution or defense.

His life as he knew it is now essentially over and he faces what are some of the best years in a man’s life in prison. I’ll probably be dead by the time he gets out, if he survives in prison. His fate means little to me personally but I hate to see anyone’s life ruined. Shouldn't one be more concerned about the lives he has ruined/ + ProGay, + BenjaminNicholas, big-n-tall and 2 others 3 2

+ José Soplanucas Posted June 20 Posted June 20 Do we not have enough empathy to feel sorry for everyone? Has Austin Wolfe stopped being a human being? I never liked him. I use to feel disgust when watching him handling twinks in his porn. I hope he suffers all the weight of the law not because he may be a pedophile or an efebophile but because he abused and ruined the lives of we do not know how many teens. And yet, I can feel sorry for the man. This debate is ridiculous, and I always suspect from the guys over acting their indignation against pedophiles. And when his fellow inmates find out what he's in for, he's even more fucked... And not in a fun, prison-fantasy sorta way. Bozo thinks that @BenjaminNicholas is making a false assumption. Perhaps watching too many prison movies? In all likelihood, Austin Wolf will not be serving his time in a maximum security federal prison. As horrific as his crime is, it is not a crime of violence. It is highly unlikely that he will be sent away to a prison with violent offenders. Case in point is reality star Josh Duggar who was convicted of crimes very similar to Wolf. Duggar was given a 12-year prison sentence which he is now serving at Seagoville, Texas - a "low security" federal prison. Wolf will likely be serving time with characters like Josh Duggar or Bernie Madoff and John Gotti types. Wolf won't have to worry about being attacked in that environment. So.... unlike all the gentlemen here who have nothing but disgust for the fellow ..I do recall the HUMAN BEING who I spent several joyful conversations with and who SEEMED a perfectly nice fellow. Bozo thinks that @BuffaloKyle is almost certainly correct in that the judge will be sentencing Wolf to a term within the sentencing guidelines. If the judge wants to make an example of him due to his celebrity status, it could be at the high end. But if the judge sentences him to a term in the middle of the guidelines, that would be a sentence of 17 or 18 years. About half of the rest of his expected natural life. Setting aside what you think of Wolf or the nature of the crime, this agreement is definitely not a proverbial slap on the wrist. BTC 🤡 josh282282, Luv2play and pubic_assistance 1 2

Look for lots more arrests. I'm not sure that I agree with that. Given that it's been about a year since his arrest, wouldn't some of the "additional names" have been released already? Yes, he probably divulged whatever contact information he had for people who were involved in his illegal activity, but if there were other well-known people involved I assume the gay porn press would have been all over those stories by now.

+ BOZO T CLOWN Posted June 21 Posted June 21 Keep in mind that as part of the plea agreement, Austin Wolf consented to the forfeiture of more than two dozen electronic devices seized from his home during the April 2024 raid. That list includes numerous smartphones, hard drives, and multiple Mac computers, which federal investigators say were either used in the commission of the crimes or contain evidence of it. The US Attorney's office doesn't need Wolf to spill the beans. They already have the names of any and all of his conspirators. Whether they decide to pursue it is up to them.
