It seems so ubiquitous in Romeo EU escort ads and so uncommon in other people's social media (even bodybuilders) that a long time ago I started using it to "tell" who was probably "available" in the sex game and who just teased. Out of dozens of times it led me to further ask if someone "provided massage" or wanted to "do lunch" it worked successfully every time. I think maybe providers spend a lot of time in hotel elevators looking their best (at least going up). I'm sure it's not a universal 100% rule. It's the "officially non-working guys" on social media who seem to spend so much time in hotel elevators I find amusing.
