I’ve read from way back on this forum that the client does not directly ask the provider about stuff he will do to avoid communication about paying for sex.

As others have opined, with an escort please be direct. Every man understands what cum is; it's not a naughty word. Well, if you're not sure the provider isn't a cop, don't request anything too directly prior to your being sure he's not a cop, where it's not legal. And asking someone to "climax in your mouth" is too direct, and definitely something which would indicate that you're asking for sex in return for $$. Just saying you're a bottom might not be, though I'm not a lawyer, and I'd get legal advice on that. And don't communicate that stuff in text, because texts are permanent records which could get both of you in trouble, even if neither is a cop. I always make any specific requests verbal, over the phone. Yes, a cop could record the conversation, so even verbal conversations should only discuss any suggestion of a specific activity for $$ if you're confident the provider ain't a cop. 

I'm not sure a majority of escorts could promise you they can cum in your mouth. That might depend on a certain chemistry. The main job of the escort is to get YOU off. The cumming and the kissing have always been the hurdles in pre-meet talk. Many escorts have no problem with topping, but the mention of cumming changes the conversation.  Some say they won’t because they’re meeting other clients after me.  Some upcharge and some book me as the last client for the day.  The thing is, my sexual satisfaction comes from getting a guy to cum. It's never a good idea to document a conversation that sounds like you are paying someone for sex. You can discuss your sexual interests and preferences with an escort but you can't specifically hire someone to do that.

Legally you hire an escort for time spent with you...so technically the escort's interest in a sexual connection is at their discretion.

I know this pisses off people here in the forum who poo-poo the obvious obfuscation of the arrangement but everyone really should be aware of the risk for both parties about sex-for-money conversations. Especially when they're documented and can be used as evidence against you and your provider.

Not surprising. First of all, how many people can promise to cum in someone's mouth or even give them a pearl necklace? Secondly, after cumming, the escort won't be able to do further hires for the rest of the day, unless he has an unusually short refractory period. Unless you want to pay a good deal more, your expectation doesn't strike me as reasonable. In most jurisdictions, any talk of someone specifically cumming in your mouth in exchange for $$ puts you in legal jeopardy, especially in writing (i.e. texting).

When I hired, I’d always spell out exactly what I wanted. I’d do this first in a text or a brief phone call.

My advice previously was be direct and clear. But that was from my perspective where doing sex work is legal. I have no concerns about my potential client being a police officer (in fact if they’d like to come in uniform that’s good with me 😉….although they should pre warn me if that’s their plan!).
