If I have the proposal correct, the focus will be on you pleasing the two brothers during the same session and does not require them to focus on each other or on you.  Also, since they seemed to be working at a strip club, it does not seem like an environment with which they are unfamiliar. They approached you.   If all that is true, this does not seem to be a big leap from their current activity and I can’t believe it would affect the psychological state of two adult males.

If you're asking this question, perhaps you already see it as a red flag and are trying to justify something that you don't feel right about?  I trust my gut instinct, so if I had a question like this, I'd move on.  Notwithstanding any potential emotional damage to the brothers (which is really their choice), I think you run a risk of feeling your own regret over the situation.

For this hobby, all of us have to get past the idea that we are somehow responsible for the people we hire.  They make their adult choice and we make ours.  For me, I'm OK with this up to the point that I push someone into something that they would not normally do.  Hiring someone who is already signed up is one thing; getting someone new to sign up is not something I want to be part of.

I don’t think I’d like it. My mind would constantly be thinking of them as brothers. I could potentially do two unrelated guys if they were each focused on me and not each other if I’m paying but even that runs the risk of going unwell.

I know a number of escorts who know their careers are not forever and are very wise in planning for their financial futures! I wouldn’t assume all escorts are just airheads by any means!
