Does the level of "straightness" count against a provider?

In my initial contact - I lay it all out - who, what, when, where, what.  "Who" includes my age, weight, height, pic sometimes.  The quality of their answer lets me know if I want to go through with it.

You'd amazed to know the meaning of "toned", "chubby", etc. Sometimes would be clients even lie about their age...  many escorts simply hope for the best and prepare for the worst taking Viagra 30 mins before the encounter.

I’ve found that a lot of providers just ignore that information.

I hardly think they ignore it.  It is impossible to know their algorithm for evaluating the information, but I can't believe they don't want as much information as possible in advance of a booking.   Overall, I have had great experiences hiring.  There have only been a handful that I could have done without.   Your experience may have been different from mine, leading you to draw different conclusions from it.

Probably also has a lot to do with “type” too. If you want to hire younger guys, I think initial communication will have a higher probability of difficulty.

I'm not into really young guys.  I like guys in their late 20's - they are still fresh and youthful, but starting to mature.  My real sweet spot is guys in their mid 40s.  They are just gold - men through and though and still young to have a great libido.

I always cast a suspicious eye at profiles that list orientation as "straight," and pause to give chin-stokes to "bi." ("Ask me" is the worst!) I can only think that a straight man can at best fake interest in another man, or maybe tolerate him. Bi could be anywhere in the intermediate spectrum, and some bi men seem genuinely into the 2-XY scene, while others come across as fussy or incompetent. Do other members of the client community ponder such conundrums, or do you plunge in hoping for the best? Am I unfair in trying to judge based on a very crude yardstick?

Doesn’t straight just means straight to bed~?

bisexual: Just stop by and I’ll get sexual…

 gay: happy to have sex~

conclusion: men are horn dogs

I don't hire straight providers as a principle to keep the money in the community, but I've been reconsidering this stance. Not because I found one so hot I have to have them, most straight providers off with a Fabio vibe that I find quite off-putting, at least in their profiles, and I'm not in the market for bodice ripping. Anyway, I'm pretty left-leaning without identifying as a leftist, so please tolerate this bout of neurosineurosis.

Straight providers may just be also part of the community because (potential justifications)

1. Straight is just self-identification, but if you have sex with men, you may not be gay, but you ain't straight.

2. Sex workers are automatically part of the queer community

3. Straight used by gay or bi providers as a marketing ploy, since for every one man who eschew straight dick like me, there's likely more than another with a straight fetish.

I had never considered this angle, but all the more reason for me to hire gay or bi.

I wonder how many gay escorts would fuck a woman for the right price…

I met my first hire at Rounds, a New York City hangout for young men who needed extra money (it closed in the 1990s).

I don't remember guys in their early 20s being stupid!

I didn’t say they are. But communication can be frustrating with folks under 30…That goes for anyone under 30, not just escorts.

I believe one could say he has a "chubby" in his briefs.  Encouraged but not hard.

Yes. People already suggested I was wrong in thinking that some guys would consider his lack of abs chubby and it was in fact his bulge. I suppose that’s valid, but I also believe it’s just as valid to maintain that many guys would find his physique chubby. We don’t have to agree.

Like the under 30 men and women in Ukraine?  Or the young American men who were drafted in the 1960s
