Tomorrow I am driving to San Diego from Phoenix to see a guy. Of course, I will also spend time at the beach and see friends. When I lived in San Diego it was not unusual for me to drive to LA to see a provider.

The furthest I've gone to specifically to see an escort is 228 miles. I have flown to the west coast and met up with providers, but the trip wasn't specifically to see them. Now the furthest a provider came to see me was probably from Argentina. I paid for the flights and brought him in for a weekend.

Back in the day, I would occasionally drive from Palm Springs to the LA area (100-125 miles, the distance of a normal commute for many southern Californians) to meet a provider, but that was my limit. When I lived in Manhattan, I wouldn't even go farther than Brooklyn Heights. The prospect of sex has never been important enough to motivate me to fly anywhere.

Nope - live in Phoenix now. In addition to being located in the Sonoran desert it is an escort desert. (We do have a couple of great guys, though)

Back when I lived in Chicago I hired Ridge (who is no longer advertising) who lived in a suburb just over the western city limits. My place was in Evanston, which is just north of the city on Lake Michigan. This is a distance of 15-ish miles. It took an hour and a half to get there. Thankfully, I left much earlier than I needed to (as one does in Chicago) and arrived on time. We joked later that we each lived in places that were close to everything and convenient to nothing.

I live in the Monterey, CA area, very beautiful but dull in terms of my seeking providers.  Thus, all of my guys are an hour to an hour forty five minutes away. 

San Jose and the greater San Francisco Bay area are where "the boys are," and I don't mind driving to meet and see them.  Most of the time I stay in a hotel for a day or two and go from there.

A few years back, when I was recuperating from surgery after having a torn ligament of my right knee from my undergoing an accident while in Santo Domingo, DR,  my then go-to-guy who lived in San Jose visited me twice at my townhouse and gave me some hot play inside of my bedroom.  Although he'd always pleased and mighty satisfied me, he seemingly surpassed his previous expertise.  I shall forever remember Charles. 

Another time a guy came to me.  He was cute and fun but bothered me with his far too compliments regarding the decor, etc. of my place, which to me was mere comfort and was not that particularly unusual.

But, in my driving all over the place for my playtime, I'll only do an hour to an hour and a half.  The driving to the Bay Area for me is relatively easy.

If I lived in Southland, the Los Angeles basin, etc., I think I WOULD NOT be driving too much for this type of pleasure, for I abhor traffic, traffic, and more traffic.

45 minutes no traffic. Those 45 minutes could turn into 1.5 hours with traffic. But I always plan around traffic.

Also, when I host, I schedule so the providers don´t hit traffic when they come to my place.

I remember once, I was in Los Angeles area, took me like 30 minutes to drive 5 miles. 😖

Technically I drove to Palm Springs 2021 get together from Denver. It was part of a bigger road trip but I did see a couple of escorts along the way and in Palm Springs itself. I think that drive is nearly 1,000 miles though the whole trip was probably like 5-6K miles. 

In Denver, I have driven up to Boulder for an escort visit...that's about 20 or so miles.

Right now maybe generally 30 but up to 45 minutes.  It is a  10-15 minute ride out of my suburban area, but I can get to most of the Las Vegas valley including the strip and downtown in that time. There are enough guys in that area that I don't need to to to the few on the  far edges.  When I lived on Long Island, I would usually make appointments with guys in Manhattan as part of trip there, not a specific hour long or more trip.   If I was working in Queens,  sometimes I could grab a few hours to get into Manhattan from there.  There were no RM closer to home but there was no need to go out of mid town.

In the past I willingly drove into Los Angeles and West Hollywood, from North Orange County, to meet up with a guy.  Depending on traffic, which is generally awful, in the L.A. basin the drive would take a minimum of one hour.  No more.  Now I have my hires come to me for dinner plus a couple of hours.

Like @EpigonosI prefer to host at my two places, although my summer place out in the Puget Sound is too long a drive for Seattle providers, many of whom don’t have cars. If I stay at a hotel and host, it has to be in conjunction with a road trip. I don’t like meeting at their place since I like to control the environment. I occasionally splurge and fly a provider in, and am considering that with Milan_Twink.

It's interesting Pensant, in the past, when I wanted to meet with an out of town escorts I always chose to fly to them.  I have never flown an escort to me.  Now I only did that if there was something, worth seeing or visiting, in their hometown.  Along that line I flew to Austin, New York, Tampa, Vancouver and Portland to meet with various escorts.  I've also met escorts in several foreign cities but I didn't fly there to see them I just took the opportunity of being there to have a get together.  As soon as this fucking covid19 lighten up I have plans to visit Mexico City.  I haven't been there since 1965 and there a several things I would like to see.  I will most definitely exercise that opportunity to get together with several escorts.

I will drive up to 3 and a half hours. That is how long it takes to get to Toronto. Montreal is closer by an hour or so. Some of my providers are no longer willing to come to me, during the pandemic. For various reasons, it seems. I think the government stimulus payments of $2000 per month has something to do with it. It seems the rent coming due is no longer an issue. Lol.

Most often visitors to Chicago stay in the city, so anywhere between one and two hours, depending on traffic to get from my home to their hotel.  Last few times however, I used points and stayed at a hotel in the city to avoid driving there and back for the appointment.  

I appreciate when providers stay near ORD.

I once flew down to MIA for a meeting, and since it was January, stayed for several more days before going back to the cold.
