It's a business transaction, and the price is the most important piece of information. I wouldn't hire Alam for conversation. After the first time he stood me up he was very apologetic and said he’d make it up to me. Then he stood me up a second time! Total dud. (And that was when he was $500 per hour. Due to his misbehavior it seems he’s come down to $400).
