The image I was responding to was not Wolf. It was another content creator that someone on this forum was trying to conflate with Wolf. A lot of people are commenting here without having read the news accounts of what Wolf is charged with. AFAIK, it has nothing to do (yet) with the content he created.

He was remanded to the Brooklyn House of Detention, which is no more dangerous than any other jail. It's definitely safer than Rikers. He may be put in solitary because of the additional risk of violence that pedophiles can face, but - otherwise - he's being treated as fairly as any other person facing these charges.

I agree with Curious. It's hard to know how someone will react to grief. The loss of a child is particularly devastating, so he will probably grieve the rest of his life. At the same time, he may need the money - especially if this is his full time job. So I agree with watching the Facebook page and reaching out after a month or so has passed as Curious suggested. But if he notes that he's back to work, then I think you can go for it.

Did you even read the articles? It's not about the content he produced. He had and exchanged pornographic images of children as at least as young as 10.

Unsurprisingly I agree with @BenjaminNicholas. I also believe that literally nothing good can come of this for you. I'm sympathetic to the desire to cross a taboo. We've all found people at work hot, even arrogant jackasses. That said, I worked at a few gay orgs in my time and saw lots of fraternization - though I was with my husband at the time so never participated. Trust me when I tell you it never worked out well for the people involved. And this is before MeToo and the much greater sensitivity organizations have for this now. A founding partner of a firm here in NYC was just forced out for just being a bitch to everyone. So block his profile and forget you ever saw it or him.

"Innocent until proven guilty" is about the law, not public opinion. I do not think Wolfe should be imprisoned or punished if the government cannot prove its case against him. That said, many of us noticed his content's direction and found it creepy. He apparently choked a "scene partner" unconscious and then had sex with him. That's rape in my view. They're not bringing a narrow case against him. We don't yet know what the charges are. It could end up being hundreds of counts of possessing and distributing child pornography. There have also been young men coming forward to say he was abusive toward them. This could be the tip of the iceberg. And if they have cast a net to find his accomplices, the FBI most likely already has information on them. They found Wolfe through someone he was exchanging videos with, so that person is also going down.

I'm not remotely defending Wolfe, as evidenced by every other post I've made here. Rather, I'm defending the mentally ill, who are more likely to be victims of crime than perpetrators. The evidence we have indicates that Wolfe traded this horrible media with other people while having the presence of mind to try and keep himself anonymous. He ran his own site and channel and chose his scene partners.

I'm not going to post the screen grabs, but PA is engaging in apologia for Wolf. That you cannot see that is troubling.

Girl, he's not accused of molesting children. He's accused of possessing and transferring child porn, which may not go away, but I will never excuse it away as you seem to be doing.

There is no evidence that Wolf is suffering from mental illness, let alone that it was exacerbated by porn and social media. Let's not speculate about things for which there is no evidence.

AFAIK, Wolf is not being charged with anything related to his own videos. He is being charged with possessing and transferring child porn. I don't know why you're trying to smear this other provider. A quick look at his Twitter shows that he films with a wide variety of partners: muscle guys, bears, twinks, femmes, etc. Wolf's videos not only exclusively featured twinks for many years, but the scene partners got younger and younger. He also released videos in which he seemed to abuse these young partners. That is what made people suspicious of him. It seems many of us observed Wolf's shift over the years and found it creepy. I don't see the same pattern in DrtymnNYC.

That guy does not look like a child. He has hair over his entire body and facial hair. He also has his own OnlyFans. Honestly, you’ve posted about this provider- whom I’ve met and I am most certainly not a twink - a couple of times and it feels personal.

JFC, doing it for money is actually worse. If he couldn’t help himself, that’s horrific and no excuse but making a decision to exploit abused children for profit, is categorically wrong evil.

As a provider, I’m surprised to see you engaging in nasty remarks about other sex workers. Would you want someone judging you this way, especially given it does seem like his scene partners were quite young? I also think given that Austin is the epitome of the physique and attitude so often priced by our community, we may want to use this as an opportunity to reflect on whether “ripped, roided, alpha dom daddy” is somehow we should be centering.

Same here. I thought he was hot when 15 years ago when his scene partners looked more like college students. But as he increasingly filmed with younger and younger looking guys, I was turned off.

The vast majority of pedophiles are heterosexual. That this man is also one is no more an indictment of other queer people than Jeffrey Dahmer being a cannibal. i see no reason to give credence to the “groomer” allegations so rampant against us now because this one sociopath happened to be a popular porn star.
