The best advice I have heard on lending money is only lend an amount of money you would not be upset to never get back. It's crazy how many people lend money and put themselves into debt to do it or financial difficulty. Obviously that wasn't you @Rick M but just my input.

There is no harm in sending a text message. As @DynamicUno said just to be safe don't send too detailed of a message in case the number was reassigned. I'd send something like "Hi there. I'm going to be coming to Phoenix and wanted to schedule another appointment if you're available when I am in town." If he's not taking any bookings at all from anyone I'm sure he'll reply back to let you know or if no reply at all after a day or two then unfortunately start looking at other options.

I put a lot of blame on the parents unfortunately. Letting a 19 year old go to a four day party for someone turning 22 you know there is going to be alcohol involved. And where were anyone else's parents? The party was heavily documented on social media the whole time and no one cared, very sad.

Also worth mentioning I hired a provider one time who had kissing listed on their ad as an "into" but when I was with them they informed me they don't. So I always ask and bring it up as I stated above.

No you're not obligated. Human error is a fact of life for a business. One time recently my total seemed lower than I calculated in my head when I went grocery shopping. When I got home I saw on my receipt they never scanned the most expensive thing I was planning on buying.
As far as the original post subject the doctor got lucky he seemed to eventually get the item from Cartier. A business is not required to sell an item for a price that is mistakenly posted. This article mentions online shopping is a little murky because a customer's credit card can get charged which many people seem to believe is the sealing of the deal. But online sites it says usually will have in the fine print that they can cancel an order if a pricing error is made. I would say unless the item is shipped out to you then the deal is not complete. Because for instance if they oversold an item and didn't have it anymore you'd be out of luck as well. As long as the money is promptly refunded in any cancellation situation they are off the hook.

SMALLBUSINESS.CHRON.COM A pricing error in an advertisement can be a nightmare for a small business. Pricing mistakes are never fun, but, unfortunately, they happen. The store isn't legally...

I hesitate to post this in case the subject recognizes me and takes umbrage, but to him I reiterate I do not hold him responsible, and in fact, I still trust him.
A while back I engaged a provider several times. We seemed to get along well, and when he revealed he was in financial difficulty, I offered to bail him out of debt. I drew up some papers to formalize the transaction, and went to the bank with him to oversee a transfer of funds. I will not cite the exact amount, but it was a considerable sum. There is no hard due date on repayment.
He left town the week after, and I asked him to stay in touch. This is the disturbing part: whether he is embarrassed to acknowledge his reliance on my generosity, or if he is simply scamming me (though I know his debt was real and he needed help), he has refused to reply to any message I send him. I don't want to exert pressure on him, but I do have an ongoing interest in his well-being, and wish to support him emotionally if he would allow it.
I now attempt to write him twice a year. Each time I reaffirm that I am not looking for reimbursement. I hope some day he takes my earnestness to heart and writes back even it's to say "I'm doing okay."

I'm a top but when I hire other tops for oral only sessions I always will state I want to provide them oral to a happy ending completion. As others mentioned some providers will only cum during a multi hour session so make sure to ask.
As far as providers staying the whole hour just a little bit of live and learn on how long for instance to spend on each thing you wanna do if you want to make sure you're not cut off early. I will keep a little bit of an eye on the clock as well during a one hour session and not get into really intense fucking or sucking until it gets down to around 15 min to go.
