Thanks, well yeah that’s basically similar to the hub type of strategy. One main city with multiple other regions in close proximity. It can work out well. I haven’t tried those particular areas but, I’ve done some similar ones in other areas and it worked well. However, what I like to do is have one city as the finish line: while including others along the way. Then once I’m ready to leave the destination, I may turn back around and go thru those same areas a 2nd pass. But lot of times I’ll take an alternate and do a new route. Sometimes, but I do know changing cities/regions can really make a difference in my schedule and just overall biz improvement. Like I said a few threads earlier, if I can be in places where I can avoid those particular attributes of a market, I have the ability to do greater in one place over another.

That’s definitely facts, glad you understand. And I know booking the extra night OR waiting until staff does their audit: usually after 4 a.m. is the only way to “win” to ensure not having to checkout the next morning you wake up. I’ve been doing hotels for years. I’ve done checked in at every time of night. Sometimes I’ve gotten nothing but a few hours usage after arriving at wee hour of morning and leaving the next day. Other times I’ve gotten over 24 hours of usage by staying awake until 4 or 5 a.m. to check in. However, not every hotel acknowledges that, and I usually only do that when road trips have unexpectedly landed me into a city far too late to book a room for the night, and it’s already the next day. As long as I got some dick or ass, I was usually satisfied if I only get the hotel a few hours lol.

Don’t make up lies…that’s not true. I haven’t stayed in either of those hotel names in many months, and only for a day or so. There’s lots of hotel chains who have laundry facilities I was just about to answer your question and mention some options, but then you said: I can’t believe you’d say that about me. I thought we had an understanding about things, especially considering us to be “fellow” guys in the business. Guess not 🤷🏾♂️ You can take the devil’s advocate route, or you can be a bit more open minded and try to see the topics for what they are versus simply dubbing them as complaints. There’s no refusal to take well meaning advice, I can accept it. But similar to like you’re saying, don’t tell me: “take this advice” and then include “you’re wrong for this and that, and you need to do this and that”. What good does that do? For example like @azdr0710 said, talking about I’m selfish and unprofessional. Sooooo, a strange woman coming to my door and telling me to pack my bags and get out, 15 minutes after checkout time without even asking or acknowledging my loyalty status is not unprofessional? When SHE SHOULD KNOW earns a late checkout (and when you get it so many times, sometimes you don’t always know which hotels are going to allow or not allow it). And notice how @azdr0710 couldn’t even respond back and ACKNOWLEDGE the statement I said about I was just in the hospital the day before with the flu, and THAT was part of why I was having issues leaving the next morning. And knowing I couldn’t take any other clients until the Tamiflu course was finished, I wasn’t about to sink more money into that room. Didn’t even acknowledge it. He completely ignored that, and kept to his opinion about me, without knowing the facts. And you, have audacity to come on here, and further insult me because I’m not being subservient to people giving me backhanded advice? I don’t even trust half of some on here right now. I see too much fake, phony and 2 faced, and you’re right…why do I even waste my time posting here knowing somebody is going to come along and say some disparaging shit to steer the conversation away from its intended purpose.

This is true…I know in some states like Georgia, there’s a $5/night “highway maintenance” tax. I was like, huh? Rather add it to the hotel bill than make toll booths, I guess 🤷🏾♂️ I mention this to someone the other day, sometimes a hotel rate sounds nice until you add the taxes and fees to it. And especially with rented apartments, they often have an advertised rate on 3rd party site, but it’s like double once factoring the fees in. It’s like, why even advertise it at $81 a night 🤦🏾♂️

Boy please ✋🏾 Stop. Now you’re instigating and not making any difference in what you claim I’m being. I was not being racist by stating what I’ve experienced staying at SOME hotels run by Indians. Some have been cheap. Yes, there’s nothing racist about it. They were Indians, and they cut corners. I see it all the time. I remember couple months ago I checked into a hotel with stains all on the computer desk chair. I called down to ask it to be changed. The lady downstairs told me she could switch it out. But then another guy (Indian) came up and was like: no, I clean it. So he takes a White wash cloth…and scrubs down the chair in front of me. For one, it was a fabric type of material. It needed to be deep cleaned. 2nd, it didn’t hardly even remove the stain much. So I just sat on the bed the whole time instead. No need to be a known it all and debate with me about stuff I know about. If you don’t like me, that’s your fault. You don’t have to be here either, what I post about should in no way detract from your experience here, when there’s dozens of threads on a dozen different sections on the forum to read. So don’t even lie, and claim that. You just want to come here trying to put me down and tell me what I can or can’t say. And again for the 100th time; I REQUEST LATE CHECKOUT ALSO when I know I need it. For the 100th time, with your selective reading, you missed the memo where I said in the particular situation in the first post, I called down the next morning and the phone rang like 10 times and nobody picked up. If I’m trying to pack up, and tend to my own circumstance: I don’t have time to be chasing staff down by phone. The lady missed the call, nobody else picked up, then she wants to come 30 minutes later knocking on the door. Now, I’ve left that discussion already. That said, people like you are why I’m selective with a lot of gay people I deal with. I notice a lot of gay men out there who like to put off an image of being bubbly and agreeable, yet I see it all the time: they have drama of their own or they are getting over on another gay guy and not caring much about who they got over on. They’ll be there thick and thin for their cliquey party friends: But will leave someone else they know who is not in their circle, in the lurch. Yet have the audacity to put out this facade of being Mother Theresa. And that’s okay, it’s good to put out positivity. But it’s rarely genuine. Just like your advice is not, because you trying to put me down. But don’t come around with this “my life is perfect” stance just because I talk about something that is a bit difficult. You want me to book air bnbs? Well: send some money. Send me a gift for $10,000, so I can book nothing but air bnbs for the rest of the year. They’re not cheap. I’ve researched many air bnb places. There’s even another site where you can rent air bnb type places by the month. If you going to suggest me to do something, provide the resources. Talk is cheap. Or shut up.

I actually bring my own sheets to top the hotel sheets. That way if there is an…unexpected, I can just throw it off and lay on mine. And there’s usually always a washer/dryer in a hotel or at a friend’s place I can use. 1 is thinner but another is a thick duvet cover. I love it. Got it from Macy’s years ago. It’s all cotton and folds up enough to fit in a duffle bag, but it can be somewhat heavy with other items. Yeah they are. I know my doctor I believe is Indian along with several of the other medical professionals ones there. There’s actually a population of Indians (maybe they’re from another surrounding country but doubt it, and not getting technical here) who live in the city I live, who go to the university for medical school. But I wondered this myself awhile ago and looked it up. I would stop in cities and towns with no Indian population, yet the hotels are Indian owned. Even where my relatives live, there’s only 2 hotels in town. The only “chain” one is owned by an Indian guy who is there every time I check in. I can tell he just wants to get me in and out. When I ask for a preference on room location, he’s like no, everything booked.

lol this didn’t require a cross examination. I know what I’m talking about. Many are Indians from India 🇮🇳 That’s a well known fact. YOU KNOW I’ll quote more articles to backup what I’m saying lol. I never said nationality mattered. I’m specifically talking about Indians who run majority of the hotels in the network I book. I know they’re often from Indian, and it’s no diss towards Indians. It just happens to be the majority who own the hotels in America. It’s facts, not prejudice: And for your information, the ones in hospitality not always ”politically correct “ to us either. I don’t know how Black Americans/Africans are treated or viewed in India, but I have seen how some of the Indian hoteliers can be in areas of certain communities. I have seen them run hotels in every state. I’ve had to ask them to change certain items that appeared not clean, and they get an attitude with me because I have a standard for cleanliness they maybe aren’t used to some guests asking for. Lots of stains on the chair? Switch me a new one. Room has an off smell? Change me to a new one. I’ve even been told I can check out if I don’t like it. So how can you be so politically correct about what I refer to them as? lol. You are getting a bit technical with the whole ”they might not be from India” lecture. I thought more than anything you were referring to the provider wanting to take pics/videos for their content pages (after all, there are some hot and/or “virile” clients out there that could potentially make for great material). In that case, I’ve at times been asked not to record them…without actually stating I would be. Of course I remind them I would never without consent. No hidden cameras or anything to worry. If a client asks to, sometimes I will but: if it’s for their personal use, I may ask for something a little more inclusive to the rate. However with my new content site, I don’t generally get asked for it as much lately…they tend to know where to get souvenirs 😜 🌉

But how convenient, look at what I found from a recent reviewer from that same hotel: and another: Think hotels are fair and just doing business? Think again…this is the behavior I refer to.

Well what good are you putting out, by skirting the topic all together and just pinpointing what I post about? Again: If you don’t like what I have to talk about, get the fuck out. I didn’t invite you here. I would care less if you replied or not if it wasn’t going to be something constructive, and not constructive criticism. People have given advice, like @Shawn Monroe did. But it didn’t include some backhanded statement used to put me down like some have. If someone comes at me aggressive and trying to minimize and dilute my experience, then you expect me to be like: “okay you’re right, I’m wrong. I should of just left like a little bitch and not said anything…even though a white customer would have wrote a scathing review on that hotel“ Stop, just stop. Don’t go there with me.

Me not being particular to hotel checkout times is not necessarily related to escorting. Nor does it just affect those who travel for that purpose. You have to be willing to think critically enough to view the actual issue, versus making a statement implying I don’t enjoy being an escort. I remember awhile back talking to one escort in a town who said something similar: he said he used to travel but he got so tired of checking into and out of hotels, so he rarely does anymore. Unfortunately I can’t stay in the same locale back to back because I wouldn’t get enough serious bookings. Plus I don’t even like the area I live in, so traveling is something I have needed to do for my own sanity. The monkey wrench in the equation: The tiring process of changing hotels almost daily or every other day, or being faced with a bill every morning to pay for a second night. Yes, that is how it goes in hotels. I’m not asking the world to change, but as the topic of the thread states: it still wears me out. Not even being tired during sex, but what I’ve found it seems to do to my sleep schedule, which seems to then especially during winter: affects my health. I had to admit myself to the hospital the other day for breathing issues, after spending a couple nights at a hotel that…just didn’t feel very clean. Nice hotel on the outside and my room; but the hallways smelt stank and dank. And there was a constant running fan between the living room and bedroom that was dusty. Probably contributed to it. I didn’t even host there, it was just for my own personal use.

For the most part, I usually rarely ever have issues with the hotel staff or changing rooms. I’ve seen difficult customers in public, I’m not one of them. I’m quicker to walk away from a situation or just avoid it all together. My past several nights of hotel stats have been pleasant, the situation I described was last month, and was just an example of the potential inconveniences that are caused with early check in times. But even being nice and courteous still doesn’t guarantee much later than 12 or 1 p.m. checkout. I’ve tried it before. The Indian clerks don’t care, they’ll give me 30 extra minutes to checkout, and consider that to be generous. The only time I’ll get personal, is I feel someone seems to be disregarding my loyalty status. Because they should acknowledge that loyalty. In the original situation, I was treated like some bum off the street (and in that area of town, I noticed some of the guests were kinda sketchy even for a business level hotel)…Not a Diamond member from out of state who was feeling ill the day before. THAT, is the difference.

Yeah but those same places want to charge Hilton rates. The econo lodge I referred to is actually a pretty nice one I stay each time I go to that city. Clean, 5 star reviews. Not all of them are run down. I book the suite, which is the highest cost room in the hotel. It’s about the same rate as a Hampton inn. So getting mushrooms or meat on an omelette isn’t likely to break the bank. Anyway, I’m over this topic now. I’m tired of every time I discuss or say something I have to explain myself further. Then you come along and always have a rebuttal. There’s a difference between having advice, and just being disagreeable. Going forward I’ll just be sure to request 2 hour later checkout on every reservation. Problem solved.

No need for you to come here and try to further make disparaging statements to undermine the discussion. I didn’t ask you to come here if you don’t like the topic. And what you said long time ago is irrelevant because I’m still here, clients still booking me and leaving good reviews. Tell me something new 🤷🏾♂️ I haven’t, but 3rd party apps don’t necessarily build the loyalty that has been discussed. However it is good for late night, after midnight check ins at times. I try to use all the apps, but mainly just stick to a couple I know. Priceline is my go to but, I’m just becoming less inclined to click BOOK and then be unable to change or cancel the reservation. I mainly do it when I’m in an area where the higher star hotels are available for a better price on PL then my usual discount rates.

Again, let’s not take something out of context and turn it into a new discussion about immigration. You can make a new thread if you wish, but considering it’s political it might be closed 🙂 By cheap, I don’t mean Indians themselves (I have had a few such clients myself). I refer to it as it relates to the HOTEL industry. And yes, most times I deal with Indian front desk clerks, they always come off wanting to give me the least they can during my stay. For example I stayed at one hotel in a small historic town that had cheese omelets 🍳 made fresh. Great right? But it was ONLY cheese omelets, nothing else. When I asked if there was an additional topping I could add, the Indian guy was like, “this is econo lodge, not Hampton inn” 😮 Like geez… Its that type of attitude, I refer to.

And here’s another thing I found about the hotel chain I book thru: they say on here we can request 2 extra hours late checkout as Diamond member. When I stayed in Memphis last week for one night, their checkout time was 11 a.m. and I even asked the night before AND the morning of for a later checkout…he only wanted to give me 11:30 a.m. 🤦🏾♂️ I had just barely squeezed in time to do laundry the night before, so I have clothes unpacked or set out to finish drying. That’s what I’m saying, many of these hotels don’t honor the loyalty programs perks. They’re run by cheap Indians with bad customer service (not intending to be racist but, it’s often encountered). Then they want us to be up at 9 a.m. for some lousy breakfast that wasn’t even worth waking up for in the first place.

Well you should have said THEIR operating model doesn’t work for mine. The way you originally said, put mine down in favor of theirs. That’s what it sounded like. You’re saying it differently now but, that could have been stated previously instead of backtracking to make it sound more agreeable. Sounded like you were trying to put me down, bro 🤷🏾♂️ You’re not telling me anything I don’t already know. I DO stick to one hotel chain. That’s the whole point of this thread 🤦🏾♂️ . I’m a Diamond member with one particular chain, yet majority of the time they hardly ever honor the late checkout privilege. I usually always have to ask, but it should be automatic. They see when I check in that I’m a Diamond member. I also have marriott and Hilton apps, because I do admire their properties and I think I’m a silver member with Marriott. But again, as has been mentioned: lot of their hotels are DOUBLE sometimes TRIPLE the price of the chain I normally go thru which I have Diamond status with. For example in nashville with the chain I normally book with: Now here’s Marriott prices: Thats Marriott app. My budget for hotels is usually always $100 or less, and I usually get nice rooms. If not trying to spend my entire rate on a hotel room, but I’m also not trying to overwork myself by taking multiple clients per day, when sometimes I’m traveling for 1 or 2 weeks at a time. But it doesn’t matter what chain it is, 12 pm still pretty standard checkout. The 4 p.m. thing I can almost be certain has to be requested and will be given at the hotel’s discretion. If there’s any kind of event going on in town, I can bet it will not be honored. Also something I didn’t mention about Marriott that I have often noticed: their TVs are often rigged to disable plug in of input ports. Meaning I can’t always play my own videos/movies that I like to bring to appointments or my personal use. I experienced that last month staying at courtyard Marriott. I was able to connect my player, and it would show on the screen but then, the volume was raised to 100 on the TV with no way to turn it down because the remote was rigged to the cable box (and I’ve also found out a way to get around that too, but they had the cable box behind a little “gate” on the wall 🤦🏾♂️ Also @marylander1940 if you think it’s so easy for me to afford 50 nights at Marriott properties, just send me your credit card and I’ll be using it to book it each time I need a room. Just keep in mind, most Marriott and Hiltons ALWAYAS require an extra deposit of $50-$250 (Residence Inn Denver last year: wanted to charge me an extra $250 deposit for one night in their penthouse suite I booked. I declined and just stuck with the regular 1 room suite which was $150 deposit) on top of the room (I usually have it waived at the cheaper brand of hotels I use). And then once I reach Diamond member status, I’ll send it back. Deal? 😂

Amen 💯 1,000% actually. If I could give more than 1 reaction, I would 👏🏽 🏆 I see a lot of this “holier than thou” stuff on social media (aka Facebook) a lot. The same guys doing heavy drugs and sleeping around doing bareback parties outside of their marriage, are telling other dudes why they’re single. Hmm 🤔 you don’t say? (Not judging or criticizing anyone who does, but just an example). I really didn’t expect a thread about hotel checkout times to turn into a whole argument. People are quick to make answers without even getting the full facts. For example: many thought I was yelling at the MAIDS. No, I wasn’t yelling at the maids. I wasn’t yelling at all. I simply had a stern conversation with the desk clerk, who thought she had a reason to come to my room and confront me. And I’ll tell @Jamie21 again: I was not expecting to change the world in any shape or form. I just simply implied that having to DAILY checkout of a hotel at 11 or 12 noon when visiting cities (except the days I have the room for more than one night) is an inconvenience. And someone who doesn’t travel, or only stays in hotels once a year for the Palm Springs event: wouldn’t know how it is to have to check out of hotels everyday at noon when sometimes, you really have a need for 3 or 4 p.m. I highly doubt hotels would go out of business with that model. I even spoke to a member on the forum who works at hotels, and he says the only time they really don’t allow late checkout is when there is a football game in town. But MOST of the time, these hotels have the rooms available, nobody is checking in after me: they just only concerned about their bottom line. Imagine if an escort was like: your hour is over, on the dot. Stop, get out. Or better yet, 50 minutes into the hour so you only have 10 minutes to get ready and get out. I wonder how people would feel about that, when the tables are turned 🤔

And let me say something else: it’s not just about checkout times: there’s many times clients want to request 12-1-2 pm meets. I generally have to decline those because I tell them, I can’t check into a hotel that early. And I mainly only host by appointment only. I’m not booking a room for two or 3 nights and waiting around for guys to show up. I book usually only 1 night at a time. IF the original client(s) shows up, and there’s other clients the following day, only then will I reserve another night. So the people who are trying to debate with me about checkout times: open your mind a bit, it extends beyond that. Think about how many escorts and clients may be inconvenienced because they can’t check in until 3 or 4 p.m. And like I said, no matter what request you make: if the rooms aren’t ready, the client is going to be waiting outside, in the lobby, or taking the escort to lunch at hooters (true story) until the rooms are ready. So @Km411 next time a client asks me to host a 1:00 p.m. appointment, I’m going to send them a screenshot of the hotel check in times, and say: “I can’t, I have to comply with the hotel policy”. You can’t come until 3. “Oh I can’t because…” I don’t care, it’s hotel policy ☝ Oh, you thought I was hosting at home? Can YOU host at home? No? Okay then…don’t assume. I may be traveling or have roommates/company, etc etc.

Okay well, if the hotel policy is more important than the guest’s requirements: What if I started just telling clients: I can’t host at hotels anymore, they’ll have to arrange that? Then what? I wonder how many people would be quick to make assertions. Because if someone isn’t regularly hosting at hotels, they don’t have any business trying to pull the moral code card like a couple other posters have. And I’m not talking about someone who’s just an occasional traveler. If someone hasn’t experienced it on a DAILY basis: checking in/out of hotels EVERY WEEK for 2 and 3 weeks straight while traveling: Shut up 🤫 Because in the original situation: I could have stayed at the place I already had for free, but I got a hotel for the main purpose of taking the appointment. Even though I upgraded to the better room, in most cases I’m still doing so for the appointments. So I’m going out of my way to be inconvenienced: spending money to book a room, and having to leave at a time that may not suit me. But like I said, if people feel I’m sooooooooo in the wrong for not liking 11 and 12 pm checkout times: Maybe I’ll just make sure my clients host or book the hotels instead, and they can deal with it. Period. I’m in a city now that I’ve had 4 clients last week: they all hosted. I only booked a hotel for 3 days for my own personal comfort, but I didn’t host clients in any. Just goes to show though, some cities obligate the providers to always host to get business, where others tend to be more willing to host instead.
