Hello people. It's me Gman.  Some may remember me. For those new to the site, I used to be a frequent poster.
 
I wasn't quite sure where to post this. It's certainly a weird feeling to know I was with him several times. Several years before this, he actually said at one point he wanted to be boyfriends. I was in a bad place at the time and willing to believe him. But he always acted squirrelly. I could never count on him. We never even actually went on a date. I'm fairly sure I had stopped seeing him several years before 2017 as he had moved fairly far from Tacoma. Plus I wasn't hiring very often my last years in Washington state due to being unemployed. I also remember at least one other Forum member had been with him in a scene involving a female.

While anyone has the right to advertise as they wish, it is an escort site. I never really wanted to go thru hoops trying to figure out what a guy was into. Now since he's so muscular- that's one of the things I'm extremely attracted and you don't find that many guys who advertise as gay with his type of physique--so I might have contacted him. But it would have been probably against my better judgement.

We had a discussion about this on the Forum a few years ago. (I'm trying to remember if there had been a NYT article on the subject). And I think the gist of it was that there were a lot of younger guys who were very body self-conscious.  I am myself as I'm -well to put it mildly-"portly." I used to hate showering in junior high and high school. I avoided it as much as possible. The only saving grace for me-and for those other people in the gym locker room now-is that I don't go to the gym. Ergo problem is solved. 😉😉😉
Twenty or so years  ago I remember a straight friend telling me that at his new gym a lot of the older gents would have conversations and shave -I think totally naked-but possibly with a towel on. Even 20 years ago we thought that was weird.

If anyone is interested in him, they might think of hiring him soon. While this thread was initially started in 2014, it was revived about 6 months ago. From comments 6 months ago, Colin's age was 45. He's now advertising as 47. Then we'll put the link in the body of the message. If the link is copy and pasted correctly, it will be active and can be clicked right from the body of the message. Using the link as part of the thread title, means you can't click on it. It's not like it's difficult to copy that portion of your thread title. But it's one less step if there's an active link present.

I'm sorry for your loss. I don't know if it will help-but in the Jewish religion we say, "May their memory always be as a blessing."  I had always thought it meant that it was  hoped that thinking of the departed would at some point bring comfort to those who had loved and cared for her
 
But about a year or so ago I read an article-I don't know whether it's 'official' or just this author's opinion. I'm going to quote part of  the article here. It was on the passing of Ruth Bader Ginsburg. But it's obviously applicable for anyone.
