I never had an issue there, but I understand where you're coming from. However, I don't think a guy is necessarily "bitchy" because he doesn't want to hook up with just anyone who strolls by. I don't want to start a whole controversy here...but, is it so wrong to want to hold out for someone who you're more attracted to?
 
I mean, you seem to think that your "decent" shape and "very large unit" is or should put you in the game with people looking for "model gorgeous" guys. So you're think in those terms too. Would you have hooked up with someone who is not in decent shape and has a small unit just because they tapped you on the shoulder?

This should be illegal everywhere.  Barebacking someone without their knowledge/consent is reprehensible.  If both parties agree during the heat of passion to remove the condom, that's entirely different.  But a top deciding he wants to remove the condom and doing so without the knowledge of his partner is just wrong on so many levels.

One reason for the delay is that Rule 32 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure generally require that a probation officer conduct a pre-sentence investigation and submit a pre-sentence report to the court, which the parties can respond/object to and the judge must consider when imposing a sentence. That requirement alone can prevent sentencing from happening for at least ~1.5 months after the defendant pleads/is found guilty.

I think the issue here is that some people's logic is that trans women are women, therefore their whole anatomy is female including their penises, therefore it is transphobic to suggest that trans women who haven't had reassignment surgery to remove their female penis can't be nude in front of other women.
It seems that's how the Wi Spa lady thinks. She's basically saying she is a woman, including for legal purposes, which makes her the actual victim here because she was being harassed at the spa just because she is a woman who happens to have a penis.

My friend (ex)escort, did not move in with me.
He got the new job, he travels 5 days, and is back home 2 days a week. He sorted out his family problems and he's still living with them. He's going to AA now, and I'm so happy for him! I'm going to try to help him out with his finances and told him I will help him anyway I can.
BUT... someone else moved in with me temporarily.
