  1. @Hadakanbo See the Destinations/Europe forum and this thread in particular https://www.companyofmen.org/threads/villa-gianni.130933/
  2. Wearing clothes, how did anyone identify him?
  3. I don't recall you saying when you'll be there. Many places in Spain close for vacation in August, tho it's now less common to close for the entire month. Good restaurants need to be booked for dinner; 9pm is the usual time to eat in BCN but in Summer at the beach you will not be alone if you eat at midnight. People eat later in Madrid, and I'd say the usual time is 10/10.30pm there (tho you can find some places open from 8/8.30). You should check the details online for specific places that you want to visit. For instance, the Alhambra in Granada used to have timed tickets for entry a few years ago (I don't know about now); Parc Guell in BCN used to be busy but was easy to enter until a few years ago, it decided to restrict numbers each day by issuing advance tickets. And not to argue with you about "only" going to the Alhambra, but the Mezquita-Catedral de Cordoba is truly one of the wonders of the world. Read up on it and you will not regret going; you will only regret not seeing it.
  4. The high-speed trains in Spain are fast, reliable and relatively cheap even in first class. You normally can easily book once there, assuming you’re not travelling on a public holiday. As you are going to be in Granada @thickornotatall , I suggest you make excursions to Córdoba and Seville. Córdoba is a full half-day visit (short train trip) but Seville (a longer train ride) merits at least 2 days - both cities have architectural marvels. NB 1. Get to the Station early as all passengers have their bags security-screened before boarding. 2. Make sure you go to the right Station in BCN and in Madrid as each city has more than one. Unlike @tassojunior I’m not a great fan of Sitges. It’s OK if you want a beach resort and you can eat pretty well there, but you can go to the beach in BCN and the restaurants are better there. Everywhere in Spain is rather gay-friendly. I guess it depends on whether you are in Sitges in high summer and want to see lots of gay guys and lesbians from various countries whooping it up.
  5. I agree with the comments, positive and negative, that @tassojunior has made about the Axel hotels and the 2parts of the Eixample in which they are located. I don’t rate the Cram nowadays; it was well-regarded when it first opened some years ago. The area around Thermas would be cheaper and it’s nearer the airport (so quicker and cheaper transfers). For smarter and more comfortable hotels, I like a Spanish chain derbyhotels.com Check them out as they have varioushotels at different locations and price-points. IMHO their nicest hotel is the Claris, just on the other side of the Paseo de Gracia, but BCN is a very walkable city and you can easily get from there to the ‘gay-(Ei)xample’.
  6. I don’t know what you’re thinking @Trebor I met him socially at dinner in Barcelona one evening. He was there for work with a very famous photographer but the photographer was smitten with another model, a rather pretty boy. I was very happy I met Andre ;-)
  7. He’s a male model from Brazil. His name is Lucas and I met him a few years ago in Cape Town when I was on vacation. He was staying there for a couple of months as his agency had found him work with some fashion magazines.
  8. Decent hotel, decent but not luxurious rooms, decent breakfast, small rooftop pool. I think their prices are 4* or higher while the hotels are really 3* so I guess it depends on whether you can get a good rate.
  9. The other is André Ziehe who is a male model and gay. He’s one of a few guys I’ve met who are even better looking in person.
  10. He is really a beauty. I met him a few years ago and he’s aged extremely well.
  11. You're right @honcho Or it was taken from Dolores Heights. The foreground certainly seems to be Dolores Park.
  12. From speaking to various friends who hire, I feel that this statement remains very true. I really like this @hypothetically When I hired, I only ever wanted ‘filet mignon’ and would pay the requisite price. 10-15 years ago, there were many handsome and athletic working guys that met my needs. But 5-10 years ago, it seems to me that quite a lot of handsome muscleboys started to work on an amateur/part-time/occasional basis; they offered lower rates and high quality service. I feel this trend put rates under downwards pressure.
  13. I can't answer your questions readily @LaffingBear but as a foreigner I visit San Francisco regularly. I saw the news report and if a similar incident occurred in a theatre or concert-hall in SF or NYC when I was present, I would simply not hang around to find out whether the rumour of gun violence was accurate. It's better to be cautious than dead.
  14. I was surprised at how much of a living some of them make!
  15. Sorry to argue with you @marylander1940 but given the photos are a few years old, I’d prefer that you wrote Simon Dexter WAS hot. I don’t care about how he looks/ed as he is notorious for bad customer service. Remarkably SD still seems to trawl for clients with an ad online every year or so.
  16. Lovely young man. Tho the surfboard is definitely a fashion ‘accessory’, he was originally a football player. He had to slim down a lot to be a model, but I prefer his very defined look now.
  17. Looks to be a very comfortable armchair!
  18. Fascinating. Thanks for posting @Zapped
  19. Yes, I agree @ncc1701d I’ve seen him a lot online, always in speedos or briefs and usually at the beach. I’ve often wondered how he earns a living as he doesn’t seem to have media-sponsors or do any real modelling
  20. I organised a similar party 15 years ago. As the host, I picked up all the costs. We all had a great time, but I’d caution the OP that you need to invest time in choosing the right guys to hire and in making sure your friends understand the arrangements beforehand. FWIW this is what I did. 1. I’d met and played with a beautiful muscle-bottom; in chatting, I found that he liked to be the centre of attention in a group scene. I was thinking of having a party and so I asked him if he’d ‘work’ for me. He offered “to suck all the cocks” for 250% of his usual rate, which was reasonable. 2. I interviewed separately 2 other handsome, gym-fit working guys who were both versatile. I agreed duties and fees for them acting as waiters and being willing to play, and then invited them to meet each other at my place. We had some fun together and I paid each of them for their time. 3. I invited 8 friends - all fit, like me, and ranging in age from 32-45 - to an early evening drinks party. I explained in advance that the 3 waiters were working guys and that there might be some group fun as well as individual action. 4. On the evening, 1 friend was a ‘no-show’ so we 8 friends met for drinks served by 3 handsome waiters. I hadn’t done this scene before, nor had any of my friends, so I arranged as an ice-breaker that the first drinks were strong. The waiters wore white shirts and jeans, but after giving everyone a drink first, I had them work bare-chested. 5. I didn’t have to orchestrate much at all. The sexual tension was palpable and the waiters were enthusiastic. Each of them started kissing me first and then my friends as we chatted. The 3 guys soon shed their jeans and were working in briefs. Most of my friends relaxed instantly but a couple were reserved. A couple of us took the lead in stripping down to underwear and the rest soon joined. True to his word, the beautiful muscle-bottom started sucking each of the cocks in turn. I ended up in bed topping him and another of the waiters while one of my friends (who is shy but an expert rimmer) feasted on all of us. I learned later that the muscle-bottom got topped in turn by 4 friends while the 2 other waiters demonstrated their versatility. Yes, it was a very expensive party. Some of my friends even now mention it as an amazing evening. And Yes, no friends stayed around to help me change the sheets on several beds. The 2 waiters left, but the muscle-bottom insisted we change my bed so I could top him again and he sucked me off to completion in the morning before helping me tidy up.
  21. Thanks for posting this photo. I haven’t seen it before but I have met the man on the left. He’s even better-looking in the flesh.
  22. Bodybuilders are not really my type; I prefer a muscleboy with a fit, ripped physique. But if you’re impressed by him @sync you may wish to note that he’s English, available in the UK and reported to be very compliant.
  23. I can see that you have a genuine difficulty @MikeBiDude with a guy from Seeking. Essentially you are lowering what you offer him. And I can see how a young man would ask himself 'why should I be paid less'? I guess thats why I like to open negotiations low but, on having a great time, I am generous on a number of fronts (restaurants with great food and wine, pick up random bills and offer no-strings cash). I think it's much easier when you can raise, not lower, expectations. And I agree and sympathise with @kevininsa. I'm aware that many people in ordinary jobs have to work hard to earn $300 after taxes etc. To me, $300 is still a lot of money. Yet I'll spend that on a very good bottle of wine when the fancy takes me. And I recall that in Manhattan 15 years ago, when escorts asked $200, a good 3 course dinner for 2 with wine cost $200 or less. Life is full of contradictions.
  24. Yes, I think he's serious...and seriously deluded. Time and poverty will form a reality-check.
  25. When I hired, I always saw those texts/messages after a successful session as good marketing. It’s not the same as getting a ‘thank you’ text after taking a non-working guy to dinner or a ‘thank you’ note/card after taking him on a short vacation. That’s simply good manners. Smart working guys know repeat clients are best and essential to having a steady income.
