  1. Unless someone is a flight attendant or your nearest city is just a layover for them, I question why a traveling escort would only be available for a day or two. In fact, unless it's a well established escort (i.e., he's gotten good reviews here), I would question the legitimacy of the ad. Maybe it's someone who's just trying to drive Only Fans subscriptions or, worse yet, a con man looking to rack up deposits from suckers willing to send money to a complete stranger who has no verified history of legitimacy. At any rate, I'm sure the world is filled with beautiful men who could break your heart because you cannot meet them. Just enjoy the ones you can meet.
  2. I enjoy drag entertainment, but I'm not turned on by men in feminine attire. I remember a porn studio that featured a lot of Latino twinks a couple of decades ago started having some of them in feminine undergarments and make-up. Completely ruined those scenes for me.
  3. Even four decades ago, Liberace's lover was able to win a lot of money in a palimony suit. Unless someone signed a prenuptial agreement, I don't see how a three-decades long "trophy husband" wouldn't be able to collect palimony following a divorce.
  4. I agree. While it's true that different jobs require control of different responses (e.g., you don't need to be able to get an erection if you are a customer service agent working in a call center), escorting isn't the only job where one has to manage one's thoughts and emotions in order to perform the job well.
  5. I'll attempt to reword it in more straight-forward language, but maybe my interpretations are off the mark: "No, these encounters don’t occur in a geopolitical context of hyper medicalization and pharmacology." In sexual encounters like this, sometimes someone is going to have an erectile issue and it would be wrong to assume that every time this happens the answer is medication. "These dudes are not accessing and consuming PDE5i meds or combo IM prostaglandin / papaverine / phentolamine." These are types of ED meds; PDE5i meds include things like Viagra. Obviously some guys are going to be using ED meds, so I'm not sure why there's a suggestion that no one would be accessing or consuming these meds. "But they belong to a minority of men with autonomously accessible erectile reliability fundamentally irrespective of interactional context. You will also see here periodic claims of escorts posting on the board that they possess such membership." I'm not sure if this is supposed to be sarcastic, but the gist is that escorts should have no difficulty getting an erection regardless of the physical appearance of their client or any other situational factor.
  6. Judge Judy's explanation applies here: If you eat the entire steak at the restaurant and then complain, you still need to pay for it. Clearly you liked it enough to eat it, so it isn't free. If you take one bite and discover it's terrible, it's reasonable to expect to not pay because what was provided was unacceptable. In this situation, I'd say that if the OP stayed for any significant length of time with the provider then of course he owes for the service. If he left immediately after showing up because what was being provided was not what was advertised, then it's reasonable to not pay (though if someone has traveled to me I will likely give them a small amount for their travel time/costs).
  7. Hiring a masseur or escort isn't like dining out. The masseur or escort is getting your full fee, so it he provides a sub-par experience there's absolutely no reason to pay him extra. At a restaurant, it very well might not be the server's fault that you received a sub-par experience. Maybe you were simply disappointed with the food or ambience of the place. I wouldn't penalize a server because I didn't like things beyond their control; I just wouldn't return to that restaurant.
  8. I'm confused. The first video you posted has him saying that he's exaggerating that accent; he has very little accent in the two other videos I watched. He's cute, nonetheless.
  9. I don't really see it, either. Beyond that, he apparently was wearing an ankle monitor. That would be an automatic deal breaker for me once I saw that.
  10. I think it's reasonable to be puzzled or irritated at the masseur's annoyance at your rejection of the additional service for additional cost. What I don't understand is why you think it's wrong for him to have attempted the upsell, unless you think that's always bad form (and some members here do complain about it). He doesn't know you so he has no reason to believe whether you would accept the offer. Just because you're sexy enough to be able to have sex for free within 15 minutes doesn't mean that he knew that. For all he knew, you were sex starved due to some psychological or other barriers. And, for all he knew, he turned you on physically despite your disinterest in him sexually.
  11. I tend to think the term "supermodel" refers to females, but I do remember that Bravo had a series called "Make Me A Supermodel" that featured both men and women so take my opinion with a grain of salt. If by "supermodel" one is looking for handsome men who are athletically built, then I think there are many such men advertising on Rentmen. Of course beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and one man's handsome is another man's "no thanks." Maybe there's near consensus on some guys who are just so stereotypically attractive that they resonate widely. Of the men whose profiles have been shared in this thread so far, I'd say MaxJust is the closest to that ideal because he looks good in even the somewhat goofy photos in his ad. But maybe I just like his look and there will now be a chorus of replies that point out his flaws.
  12. I was just throwing out a possibility: They were obviously using a condom and maybe the bottom preferred to go bareback. Flattering someone is one way to get what you want.
  13. What is "the gay agenda?" Equal rights?
  14. I was going to say Jamie as well since I typically (maybe always?) find his posts intelligent and frequently funny. Going back decades, I really liked Rick (cannot remember his screen name, but he's the guy who lived in NYC and featured his ass). I know some found his shtick tedious, but I found him funny.
  15. To answer your question, the qualities I most enjoy: attractiveness, good sized dick, firm erection, knows how to engage in foreplay first, loves to kiss, and maintains eye contact when the position allows. But something in your story compels me to add this: The guy sounds manipulative. He flatters you excessively (you're the best ever) and then asks you to remove the condom. I'm not saying your topping skills aren't great (how would I know either way), but I am just skeptical of the guy's sincerity the way the story is told.
  16. He only had 36 hours to "decompress." Poor guy. Does he realize that most 9 to 5 working people have only about 60 hours to decompress each weekend, and they have to do that week in and week out? I realize that 36 hours is different than 60 hours, but I think that 36 hours should be sufficient between clients. Hell, one time I was with a provider for a few days who had a subsequent week long appointment immediately after mine. If an escort actually enjoys being with clients, I don't see how having a day and a half in between clients is insufficient to resume work. At any rate, the big problem is that the escort took control of the situation without any input from the client. Whether it's because he assumed he was doing the right thing for the client (his stated "I won't be my best") or because he simply only cared about his own feelings, I think a smarter provider who wanted to cancel an appointment like the one described would have had a conversation with the client along the lines of: "My return from a previous engagement was delayed and I'm afraid I won't be able to give you my best this weekend. Would you rather I come anyway or can we just reschedule this for another time?" I wouldn't hire the guy again. At the very least, he should have realized that his last minute cancellation likely caused some financial loss for the client and he should have discussed some way to address that (reduced fee for a different appointment, splitting the cost of a hotel that cannot be canceled, reimbursement of airfare, whatever).
  17. Hot photos, but I noticed the reviews indicate $400 paid for a 90 minute "massage." That sounds like more of an escort rate to me. I don't see an ad for him on Rentmen.
  18. It's bad enough if someone uses someone else's body photos, but to use someone else's face in their ad is inexcusable. So the actual provider wants privacy/doesn't want an internet trail that they are working as a provider but they have no qualm about associating someone else's face with that activity? That's just plain wrong.
  19. Yes, I should have added that I rarely had to walk away because a guy was so far different from either his description or photos. I definitely remember one guy, though, who was clearly obese and older than me when he opened his door despite having photos showing a younger athletic man. I told him that I was leaving because he didn't look at all like his photos and he started arguing with me as I walked down his steps. I turned around and told him that I was the one who should be angry since he wasted my time. There have been maybe only one or two other times where I walked away.
  20. I would have sent him on his way but without his fee, assuming the "huge belly" description is accurate. I certainly went through with appointments when men were a bit more out of shape than their photos indicated, but if someone is definitely a lot less fit than their ad indicates I basically view them as fraudsters. I'm not going to reward someone with half of his fee (which today would likely be a couple of hundred dollars) for just showing up. At any rate, I typically preferred going to the provider's place so it made it even easier to just walk away and not hear an argument about how they spent time and money getting to me.
  21. You describe having erectile dysfunction but then state you don't think you have it because you are in your 30s. Age has nothing to do with it. If you aren't getting and maintaining an erection under appropriate circumstances, by definition you have ED. ED can be caused by physical factors as well as emotional ones. It can result as a side effect of some medications, be an indication of some underlying disease, or simply may be due to your anxiety. If the Viagra didn't help, it still doesn't mean you don't have ED because Viagra is only going to do so much for you if you have factors causing your erectile dysfunction that are greater than the effects of Viagra. Without derailing this thread too much, I'll say that I noticed Viagra had a significantly diminished effect for me once I started taking a medication for a chronic medical condition. My ED was so distressing for me that I tried virtually all alternative treatments for my medical condition and they all had side effects worse than the ED caused by what I still take. At any rate, since we don't know what you mean by "in the best shape" it's difficult to know whether health factors are involved in your ED. Are you a hundred pounds overweight, or 10? Obesity definitely can cause ED, but being a tiny bit overweight won't. Negatively judging yourself in sexual situations will definitely get in the way of getting and staying hard. As usual, I like Jamie21's response above and will add that if you can find someone to do this with who is not a provider then it will be even better (assuming you don't have unlimited funds for hiring).
  22. So odd. This guy's ad caught my eye because he's visiting my area next month, but I'm surprised he's changed his name at least twice given that the feedback on this thread is positive. I typically associate frequent name changing with scammers or people who simply don't perform well.
  23. Why go to the trouble? To increase ad views in the hopes of attracting customers.
  24. I don't think you've been misunderstanding things all along. You just got lucky with this particular masseur. When I was in my mid 40s and in better shape, I had a lot of masseurs who went further with me than expected in an erotic massage. I usually didn't question it or comment about it, figuring that the guy was in control of what he included in his massage appointments. On the few occasions I did comment/question, I got responses along the lines of what you heard. There is no way to arrange this in advance, though, because once a client approaches a masseur with this expectation he's basically saying, "I want you to do all of the demanding work of a legitimate masseur, and then I want you to fuck me like an escort would, but I'll only be paying you for the massage." Sounds ridiculous and insulting, right? But if you happen to be in the right place at the right time with the right guy who's interested in you enough to want to fuck you, then just enjoy the ride.
  25. You have a couple of go-to providers but you haven't hired any of them? I'm not sure what that means.
