Well, I guess I will update my own question.  I went down to Ft. Lauderdale for a week and went to LeBoy 4 nights.  I stayed clear of Boardwalk and Johnsons because I was there for a short time and LB is my favorite.  
The dancers seem to like the new owner.  Never heard any complaints.  You still can buy a wristband for $10 that lasts the whole night to gain admittance to the back lap dance area.  That is a great improvement.  The dancers look basically the same type and are not as pushy for lap dances as Boardwalk and Johnsons.  They still however cling in groups around a known customer and don't circulate enough.  
I tend to get there early (around 8:30) and on the 4 nights I was there, no dancers started dancing on the stage until about 9:30.  Sunday night was the worst and even on Friday night when the bar was full, the DJ didn't even enter until 9:15.  That is my biggest complaint.
Andy and Ricky are still behind the bar and Lee is still outside as a bouncer.  I've known these guys for over 15 years when they worked at Johnny's (which later moved and became LeBoy). Chris has become one of the managers, but he was always too aloof for me.

From experience, it's an acquired taste.  It takes several loads to get used to.
I've had guys who just jo'd into my open mouth.  That's totally hot for me!

In my preppy college years and shortly afterwards I used Royall Bay Rhum after shave, much to the amusement of my friends. I never wore eau de cologne and haven’t used that after shave since my late 20’s. Now I hate scents and always ask providers to please not wear any.

It’s the slowest time of the year for the club/area. The snow birds are just going to start return over the next month. So it’s not been overly busy when I was there. 

It’s still the same club… I always end up having a good time when I stop by.

I'm curious to know if anyone here knows of a gay bar gathering place for seniors in NYC other than Town House?
I have no complaints about the Town House, but it's always good to have options.
On East 53rd Street at First Avenue there was the GH Club that I was hoping would survive, but it bit the dust eons ago.

I didn't read the article, but saw a headline this morning about a guy whose $1 million car with only 300 miles on the odometer floated away during the storm.  I can't begin to tell you how badly my heart bled for him.  I didn't read the article because I was too busy creating a GoFundMe page for him.
Oh, well... he'll collect the insurance, buy an even more expensive car, continue to live in Florida, and watch THAT one float away.

The two long-term stalwarts of the Portland gay strip club scene, old-timer Silverado and upstart Stag, now have another competitor. The new strip club, "Fuzzy Navels", has opened, in the Parkrose district, in outer Northeast Portland, overlooking the airport and near the Interstate 205 bridge to Vancouver, WA. For the time being, the club is open Friday and Saturday, 6PM to midnight. As the remodeling and staffing advances, owner Justin is looking forward to expanding the club's hours and days of operation.
Location- the club is in a pre-war commercial strip in Parkrose, at 10518 NE Sandy Blvd. Parkrose is an older suburb in northeast Portland, overlooking the Columbia River. The airport is a mile north, along the river. The commercial district is at the Killingsworth/Sandy Blvd exit 23B off I-205. It's about a 15-milnue drive east of downtown, and near the I-205 bridge to Washington. The building has no parking lot, but there is plentiful free on-street parking in this neighborhood- my visit at 8 pm on Friday, I was able to park directly outside the front door.
Particulars- You enter the club through a vestibule entry, sign a waiver concerning entry into an adult establishment, and staff will bring you into the club itself. The stage room is in the front, with other rooms under remodel, due to the building's former use as a lingerie parlor ( exercise stage, photo booth, VIP area ). The bar area features a beer-wine-cider license ( no hard liquor as of yet ) and will have a limited food service soon. There is an ATM on-premise. 
The advertised feature at Fuzzy Navels is "touching encouraged!' The performers are nude once the minimum tip levels are achieved and you are expected to "direct" the guys as you wish. The restriction on touch are that the dancers genitalia, sphincter and perineum are off-limits, but anywhere else in subject to your and your dancers agreement. My personal experiences with both dancers is that, with proper tipping and respect for the club's limits, makes for a lively and entertaining lap dance. 
I'm looking forward to see if more dancers and more hours of operation, along with completed renovations, bring about the type of business that Justin, the owner, is shooting for- a no-nonsense gay strip joint, not a party club for bachelorette hen parties, not a dance hall, just a gay strip club. Along with other gay-directed businesses moving to the east suburbs, to enjoy lower rents and escape the perception of high crime in the downtown area, it's an interesting time to be in the skin game in Portland.

You're asking the right question - I cannot find strong data on asymptomatic transmission, which is worrisome.
