Honestly, I’d be more worried about the "no whores" requirements.

the fear is who knows what’s in the counterfeit products.  I would be very selective where you buys these products

You could always get a room for a few hours on Dayuse with your friend and then slip back into your navy jacket and tassel loafers to hit the club. Best of both worlds approach?

I was in a club recently that does enforce a collared shirt policy and even worse, has a zero tolerance policy for mobile phones in public areas. Very old school. Exclusive? Well, it’s all relative I suppose. Very exclusive? No. More like traditional old money, boys’ club. But anyway they have rooms that are dirt cheap considering that they overlook Central Park from the south. If that’s the place we are talking about, I’d fully understand the desire not to go to a regular hotel.

Yes you can. Previously, before US cards had chips it was problematic once in a while. Now, pretty much everyone in EU knows that American cards are “chip and sign.” Sometimes they take the signature seriously (ask to see ID) but that’s not very common. 

Should I feel in some kind of way about it?  Just because an hour session is most common doesn't mean every working guy needs to abide by it.  A two hour minimum might work better for their situation, since it can take a significant amount of time before and after each session for preparation and cleanup.  
Think of it this way, escort J makes $300 for an hour session, but needs a half hour before and after.  He's really making 150/hr for the full session.  Escort K makes $500 for a 2 hour session and needs the half hour before and after, too.  Even with the lower rate per hour K effectively makes $166.67/hr, 11% more. 
It seems like a more efficient business model to me, if it works in their favor why shouldn't they do it?
 
 

I highly recommend the documentary “The Opera House” which tells the story of the building of Lincoln Center, with particular focus on the Met. It features an interview with Lyontyne Price and wow, she’s amazing. This documentary is currently available on Apple TV for rental. Worth seeking out.
