I prefer to buy my the tickets myself and get reimbursed. Sometimes the client sends the reimbursement in advance, other times I receive it when we meet. I've never had a problem getting reimbursed. As @BenjaminNicholas mentions, it's a leap of faith from both sides. It's worked for me just fine.

Yes, you can filter. First, click on the little round magnifying glass icon on rent.men or rentmen.eu and enter the city you want to search. Then, click on the little icon next to it that shows the three lines (see below). You can then filter by position, age, etc.

I agree it seems predatory to solicit day laborers for sex when they're out there looking for more conventional labor gigs. Sex work is not the same thing as hauling, landscaping, etc. It's a big leap, and gets into things like their sexual identity, family and marital status, etc. I'd expect if a guy was hired for a conventional labor gig and was interested in providing sexual services, he'd make it known, especially if he knows the client is gay. But otherwise it's too much of a leap. The other thing is I've found the guys tend to cluster together at the hiring sites. That's probably as much for their own safety more than anything. So it would be weird to go up to a group of guys to solicit. This just seems more like fantasy fodder.

Anyone shopping for condos in California nowadays will find this kind of HOA fee not too unusual, particularly for older complexes that are in need of major repairs just as a factor of the age of the buildings. Roofing, repairing degrading balconies and decks, water intrusion, replacing windows, repairing pools, not to mention maintaining the grounds. Also, the State is now requiring HOAs to carry larger reserves, so these higher fees are meant to build up the reserves rather than requiring people to shell out an assessment when big repairs are needed. On top of that, insurance costs have increased significantly. I'm told the costs are triple what they were just a few years ago. $1200 is definitely on the high end, but it's not unusual to find HOA fees in the range of $700-$900 per month on a 1970s or 1980s vintage condo. But with all that, factor the cost of maintaining a single family home of the same vintage. My husband and I own a house in SF and regularly need to shell out for repairs and maintenance. We just repainted the house this year, replaced the crumbling driveway, and now the sewer lateral needs replacing. $$$

When I was growing up in AZ we never heated the pool. It just got heated naturally as the weather got hotter. And yes, the aerators to cool the water!

Same same same... I had let my ad expire for a bit. This month I decided to renew as I have some travel coming up, and got the same message that my Visa on file was no longer valid. Fortunately like @azdr0710 I had an old MC stashed away, so dusted it off and that went through. If I had to guess, I wouldn't be surprised if Visa was trying to do some housecleaning in the face of their legal issues. If they're already being accused of being monopolistic, they may be particularly concerned about any other business activities that might come under scrutiny.

I have a bunch of nude photos of myself on my RM profile and other places, so am coming from a different place than someone who is protective about sharing images of themselves naked. But personally I don't see the big deal of sending a photo to a pic collector, provided they don't follow up with further requests or the chat nonsense other providers here have described. I know some guys will send photos that only show from the neck down, and I think that's a decent compromise. That won't be that interesting to a pic collector, and if they ask for a full body and face photo is reasonable to say no. But I'll add that at least from my experience, WhatsApp has way more flakes and scammers, at least here in the US. The only legit contacts I get through WhatsApp is from international clients, and those are easy enough to sort out as legit (or not) after a few exchanges. Overseas is another matter, as pretty much all my communications when traveling abroad are through WhatsApp, and that makes sense. But here in the US, my red flag is already at flying at half mast for anything coming through WhatsApp.

I’ve wondered myself how the guys learn their moves. A suggestion is to check YouTube… there are tons of male stripper how-to videos there. At least that would be a place to start. Calling @Buff Daddy… any other suggestions?

As others have mentioned, it's mostly the provider's decision. The exceptions is where Rentmen's filters move an explicit pic to the private gallery. People will have different reasons for deciding what to put in the public gallery vs. premium or private galleries. Some will just put everything in the public gallery and not bother with the other galleries. Others might only show their face in their private gallery, or only their explicit photos there. For me, the photos I had in my public gallery were the ones I was OK having random people come across and browse, and I'd use the private gallery for the more explicit photos that I wanted someone to have at least a basic RM account to see. I'd provide access to pretty much anyone who wanted it, and it gave me a chance to say hello and thanks at the same time. The premium gallery feature was added a few years back, and I never really understood what the point was since there's also a private gallery. I think as suggested this was probably a pitch to help get more subscribers to pony up for premium. Over the years I haven't noticed much difference in whether someone with a basic account or premium account would end up booking. Right now I'm on hiatus so I only have one photo in my public gallery. I put all the rest in private, and people who had already been given access can still see those even though I let my profile expire. As shown in the screenshot below, providers are also required to have a "G-Rated Main Photo." RM says that's for areas where there are restrictions on what can be shown in the basic profile photo. The screenshot also shows RM's rules for photos.

As a provider, I tell my husband about each appointment and where I'm going. Part of this is for safety, and part of it is just communicating to him what I'm up to. He used to be a provider himself so he gets it. At the end of the appointment I text him to let him know I'm on my way home, and if he doesn't hear from me he'll send a text to see if everything is OK. Fortunately I've never had something happen like what @Vin Marco describes. Yikes!

Actually, it was only ONE poster who instigated this, and everyone else rose to this hunk's defense. I'm not going to honor the critic by naming them here, but it was truly trollish behavior. Personally, I'd kill to have an ass like yours @Evin Alexsander, not to mention the other goods. For me, no amount of squats will ever get me there! Some people are just gifted in all the right places. 😛

Nothing to worry about. It’s more common than you might think that a client will see a provider after a long dry spell. Have the conversation with him if you’d like, but it’s up to you. Best part is you won’t have forgotten how to do the deed… just enjoy yourself and don’t overthink it.
