  1. As others have mentioned, your age is fine. There is a market for everyone, and I expect the market for younger sexy men like yourself is really good. If you haven't already, set up a profile on Rentmen (it's really the only game in town), and if you want to participate here on this website, add your details into your post signature. You've already got some potential clients interested! The main concern I'd have is with your athletic status. It's an asset, but be careful you don't get yourself into trouble with the university. I'm thinking back many years ago to where a couple of D1 athletes had posed for Playgirl, and then got booted off their teams. Granted, posing in a widely-available publication is not the same as running a Rentmen ad, but all it takes is word to get out and trouble could follow. Though you have a very handsome face, you may want to avoid showing it in your advertising. Also, although being on a team is such a hot selling point, you may want to downplay that a bit and just be more general such as "athletic, love sports" or something like that. All that said, I can think of a couple of guys who have put themselves through college as providers. In my instance, it helped me cover grad school expenses, and I'm grateful for that. Turned out I really enjoyed it, and still do all these years later. Feel free to DM with any questions!
  2. I've used iMovie for editing, though don't know how that stacks up against other editing programs. Maybe iMove is better for simple stuff like TikTok videos. @MarkBottom2025, how does PowerDirector different from iMovie? I like the looks of PowerDirector... I'll also agree with wanting to shoot with natural light. I've done a bunch of stuff with only artificial light, and it always looks a bit sad compared to natural light. You'll still want some spot lights to compensate for shadows.
  3. Yes, that's annoying. One of the sites I was looking at (can't remember which one) allows filtering by "home city only" or something along those lines. RM doesn't seem to have that feature, but you can sort by distance, which might help.
  4. I don’t understand the issue with this exchange. The client - at your prompting no less - is just asking if you’re available, and you respond by reading him the riot act. How about responding with something like “yes, when would you like to meet?”
  5. Especially this time of year, I'd guess a lot of this would be guys visiting family or friends, as @NYXboy suggests, so would not be able to host. Travel is expensive, so guys might be staying with friends, or traveling with friends or partners. This would make their schedule unpredictable, and not be able to host. Or they're visiting for another reason like a business trip for their other work, and thought maybe they'd see a client or two on the side but not really thinking whether that would be practical. But that's not helpful to the client! And very frustrating. If the guy just isn't set up and available to work, move on.
  6. I have a husband, and we're able to make it work - with boundaries. One of the things is I always tell him who I'm seeing and where, and when I come home I tell him how it went. A number of my clients know about my husband too. One of our agreements is I do not take overnights here in town. He's OK with me doing overnights when I'm away traveling, but says it bugs him knowing I'm in town with someone else. I get it, and stick to our agreement. I also have to be careful not to take too many appointments, because it takes away from our time with each other. If it feels like I'm spending too much time out of the house, I'll decline some appointments. I like spending time with him, so it's not just him having me at home, but also me being able to be at home with him (and the dogs) too. Ordinarily I'd say don't rush to get married, and instead try living together and see how it goes. But you mentioned your guy is an immigrant, so I'm guessing there is a practical side to the marriage proposition. You'd mentioned that you should have known better, and wonder whether your enjoyment of massages makes you a hypocrite. Don't think like that... you're either being gaslit, or taking on blame that is not deserved. Happy to talk further in PM.
  7. This is similar to my situation. I have a hybrid 9-5 that allows me some WFH days. If I need to meet someone during the day, I coordinate it with my WFH schedule and then block off the time on my calendar as a long lunch. I'm obligated to bill 40 hours per week so have to make up the time elsewhere. But most of my clients are wanting to meet evenings. That works out well with the 9-5, but as others have mentioned, can make for some long and tiring days. If I'm meeting a client at 9 pm and need to get up the next morning at 6 am, that takes a toll (and just becomes worse with age, lol). I only take a few clients a week though, so like @DznNYC mentions, it becomes a highlight of the day that I look forward to.
  8. I had a great massage this weekend with Noah (Holistic Healing by Noah). https://www.masseurfinder.com/massage-therapists/51077/ Very skilled, very intuitive, and really warm and personable. Great communication. Nice clean apartment with knockout views. He kept his clothes on, but that consisted of a tight tanktop and short running shorts (like the last pic in his listing). I recommend him, and will see him again.
  9. I saw him a while back and really liked him. I was looking for a spur-of-the-moment massage and saw Carlos's listing as Available Now. He responded quickly to my inquiry and we set up an appointment easily. The massage was great, with real deep pressure just like I like it. Carlos is charming, very handsome, and a great communicator. I don't remember what I paid, but it was nothing out of the ordinary.
  10. I’m not able to host either, and it’s definitely a challenge. Most clients want incalls. As @SecretProvider suggests, I also use Dayuse for incalls when needed. An advantage of Dayuse is I can choose a hotel that’s convenient for the client. This works really well for meeting clients in the South Bay.
  11. Yes, if I want to change the rates in my profile, not only do I need to use a VPN set to somewhere outside the US, I also need to change my location on Rentmen to somewhere outside the US.
  12. Mod's Note: Fair warning was given... thread is now locked.
  13. Mod's Note: The original question was whether providers can rate clients. The tit-for-tat is not on topic, and it is becoming personal. Either stick to the original question, or we can conclude it's already been answered and lock the thread.
  14. Don't be embarrassed... lots of guys like spanking.
  15. Agreed having a trainer is the best bet if you can afford it and be able to keep to a schedule. I've had some really great trainers over the years, and the results are noticeable compared to when I'm working out on my own. But when I've been working on my own, I've had good results from the Muscle After 40 program from Men's Health. You don't need to be over 40, since these are just good basic exercises but are more forgiving for us older guys in terms of stress on joints. It starts off basic, and builds up more intensity over time. There is a digital package available, but I prefer the old-school spiral-bound hard copy version: Amazon.com WWW.AMAZON.COM There's also an at-home program, but I haven't ordered that one as I prefer going to the gym for my workouts.
  16. For me, the client having a track record of having reviewed other guys is a great indicator that they’re legit. I don’t go as far as contacting the escorts who have been reviewed, but I’ll look at their profiles to see what they’re like and what kinds of guys the client likes. I’d say most clients don’t leave reviews though, unless asked. But if a client is wanting to show that he’s legit, a history of reviews really helps.
  17. It makes me wonder if the pimp and the escort were one and the same. In any case, super sketchy. I think they’re about 30 years too late with their fantasies of running an agency.
  18. Any excuse to visit Palm Springs! Yes I’d attend.
  19. Yes, tickling scenarios can be really fun. I would enjoy it, but the limit would be that if I’d had enough and said stop, it would need to stop. But in my experiences I’ve never had to say stop.
  20. Fully support advertising “over 29” 😊 There’s definitely a market for older guys in the profession. For me, I never thought I’d be doing this in my 50s but have found clients who specifically want someone older. All the best to you!
  21. I love that photo. The book was on the coffee table in the lobby of the hotel I was staying at in Palm Springs last month and grabbed a pic…
  22. I truly like big guys, and older guys, and big older guys. Grandpa bears have their fans!
  23. I was with a client yesterday and he said he can no longer see dick pics, even when logged in and viewing his favorites. He has a basic membership, not premium, so as @ShortCutie7 suggests, I think this is a move to get more people to pony up for premium.
  24. Welcome to the forum. As for Gold level, yes you must. The basic subscription listings get lost in the back pages. Best of luck to you!
