  1. I’ve worked with a trans FTM provider in TX, and contacted several others on behalf of clients for a threesome but never met due to logistics/scheduling conflicts. They had reasonable rates, on par with cis providers in their respective markets. I was surprised they weren’t charging a premium because it can be so difficult to find a trans man offering services in many areas of the country. Los Angeles has more than most, but still not that many options. Only some providers responded to my inquiries, and all of those that did were promising. True, interest in trans masculine providers is niche, thus why you will see less traffic here on topics like this one, but quite a few members here are interested in a range of trans men nevertheless. I’m in that group. I enjoy play with trans men, for work and personal. As to the reviews, again, FTM providers are a small minority. Fewer clients are seeking them out. Some are newer providers and few or no reviews is par for the course for any newer provider. RentMen has created unnecessary barriers to writing reviews for all providers in recent years, which we’ve discussed ad nauseam elsewhere. You can’t be so picky with FTM providers. I’d say if you have an interest in one, just go for it. Barring any common red flags, try hiring the one you like. You may have to travel to his city or pay for him to visit yours. That’s just the reality of hiring any provider that falls within a minority that will not be well represented everywhere. It takes extra effort and/or cost to do that for the right provider for you, but it is what it is. Or hire one of the few available in your area and be willing to let go of some of your preferences, or get over his lack of public reviews. Just the nature of the beast.
  2. You’re welcome @BeefyDude. We are not a monolith. Your providers fall on a spectrum of men providing a wide range of low to high quality services at a range of low to high rates. Some are providing the least they possibly can for the highest possible price, and sometimes even the opposite is true, where they really should be charging more. Most of us fall somewhere in the middle and finding that sweet spot is everyone’s goal on both sides of the equation. Here on the forums is a the perfect place to hash out the details and arrive at how we can be better providers and better clients. You should not shy away from speaking your mind or asking questions. It’s refreshing to hear the other side sometimes so you can appreciate where everyone is coming from and get better at hiring, and for me to get better at providing service. The dialogue helps everyone be better. ______________ Regarding amenities on the road, I believe I represent one of the more conscientious masseurs out there. Plenty of guys cheap it out by staying in undesirable accommodations or in undesirable areas, or fail to bring the appropriate equipment and supplies to offer a level of service worthy of their rate, much less an upcharge for travel. Some of the mistake here is that they FLY to other cities, meaning they can’t possibly bring all the “stuff” it takes to deliver a high quality massage experience. I only drive so that I can bring all of the following and more on the road: An extra wide (32”) high quality memory foam table with solid arm rest and large adjustable memory foam face cradle. The table is rated to hold at least three grown men without a problem. And believe me, I have put that to the test! 😉 Full size towel warmer, about the size of a medium standalone microwave. Mood lighting. Space heater. Duffle bag full of a variety toys, rope, gear, fisting lube, standard water based lube, silicone lube, poppers, condoms, etc. (I escort too) Several jumbo jars of organic oil. Essential oil spray I mix myself for the table. Bluetooth speaker for playing my music. Card reader for CC payments, chargers. Equipment cleaning supplies. Tons and tons of linens, towels, etc. For example, I use a standard pillowcase as a headrest covering, a waffle weave hand towel for the armrest, fitted sheet for the table and king size pillowcase for my extra large bolster pillow. Plus bath towels for my clients to shower, which are also my signature white waffle weave style that clients love. Laundry supplies including bleach, detergents, gloves, laundry bags/bins Cervical pillow for my bondage sessions There’s more to it but you get the picture. It’s a lot of “stuff”, and a lot of thought and care I put into providing a high quality traveling masseur experience. THOSE guys are worth their rates, and if they are good, worthy of tips too. They are going way out of their way to deliver quality to you in a city hundreds, perhaps thousands of miles away. Others step off the plane with little more than a suitcase, and pray for the best as they offer bed massages in a hotel double queen room and upcharge you for the privilege. There is a whole range. Recognize quality when you encounter it and appreciate the hell out of these guys. The others maybe aren’t worth your time, and you have every right to complain about high prices and low quality. But then put your good client hat on and pick the good guys. Ask the right questions to find them. And hire them! And if they exceed your expectations, tip them. Then we will be motivated to come back to your city again and again because it’s worthwhile for us to do so. Win-win.
  3. Saxon wants Lochlan to embrace heterosexual norms to validate his own male privilege, identity, and sexuality. He also wants an ally in the family besides his dad who is in a superior position both at work and at home. Saxon wants a peer or perhaps a subordinate ally too, in Lochlan. Lochlan’s divided loyalty to his sister is in conflict with Saxon’s aim, as Piper and Saxon butt heads over sexual and power dynamics. At the same time, it’s as if Saxon is aware of, and using Lochlan’s m4m interest and curiosity to first draw in Lochlan’s attention and then redirect it toward women. It’s like he would rather risk a bait and switch than sit uncomfortably with his brother’s ambiguous identity. Like a Hail Mary move, so desperate it seems. What gets me is why Lochlan is directing his gender curiosity and sexual interests towards Saxon. Most people would be repulsed by the thought of sleeping with his siblings. Why is Lochlan so enamored? Are there not plenty of other, more preferable men into which he can lock his longing gaze? If nothing else, internet porn? Why the fixation specifically on Saxon?
  4. Thank you @Jamie21 for making these important points. We have lots of overhead indeed. Tens of thousands per year, and if you travel any significant amount, additional tens of thousands per year on top of our fixed overhead costs at home. We work many more hours a week than the time when clients are actually on the table. Often well over a traditional 40 hr week. Yes, it’s flexible and on our own terms, but still we work just as long and hard as many other professions. We have no workplace protections, few rights, all the responsibilities and costs of being our own employer with none of the benefits. No 401(k) match, no life insurance, disability insurance, nada. We pay additional taxes to be our own employer by the way. I argue some of our biggest benefits are total flexibility over our schedule, how much we work, control over who we see and how much we charge. We can’t do physically intensive work as late into our career as someone working an office job. Our bodies wear down. We age. And if you’re an escort, there’s a prime window in your 20s and 30s to capitalize on and lots of men drop off in their 40s and 50s, either voluntarily or because they lack the volume of business they had in their younger years. Most don’t keep doing this work into their 60s or 70s like people in many other professions do. We have to capitalize on a higher income over a shorter career cycle and invest, and for many of us, keep working in other fields as we get older to supplement. Consider it front loading earlier in your career vs making a bit lower income over a longer but more sustainable time period and pace. Oh and costs rise over time, so whatever we make today buys less in the future. This is where a good investment strategy pays off, or at least preserves the buying power of that money over time. Health insurance in the US is big cost. I have a plan with my partner through our farm business. It’s not at all cheap, but the upside is we get to choose plans through a broker that fit our specific needs. Not just a single or few plan choices through an employer that doesn’t really cover what we need. Consider that as a significant part of your compensation through a traditional employer. Don’t forget taxes. We pay them. Digital payment processors like Venmo, Stripe, Square, and others send us 1099s. We have to pay taxes on those at a minimum, and a lot of us report all of our cash as well. If nothing else to prove income so we can qualify for loans and rent apartments. On the surface, it may seem to some of you like a path to easy street, but it’s not. We have many costs and fewer material benefits, almost no protections or safety net, and many demands on us to perform exceptionally well, look young and fit, provide a high quality environment and deliver “extras” for clients expecting them. @BeefyDude the numbers you quote most of us are only making a fraction of those, especially if you count all the expenses. We take high levels of risk, and we should be at least modestly rewarded, if not well rewarded for taking those risks that most other people are unable or unwilling to take. Some of us are charging at or below market rates to stay competitive, yet are providing a higher level of service in terms of massage quality, going over time, taking care with our facilities, equipment, and supplies, and indulging clients with extras. Tipping is one way to display your appreciation, to say “I value you, and I value your service”, to acknowledge that what your provider is offering is at least as valuable to you as what he is charging. If you don’t feel that the value of his service to you exceeds what he is charging for it, than by all means pay his rate, don’t tip, and move on. You’re not obligated. We want our clients to be satisfied and keep coming back. Some of you really appreciate the work but can’t afford to tip. That’s ok. Pay his rate. That’s all you are responsible for paying. Show your appreciation with loyalty, verbal affirmation, and respect. Also, non monetary forms of appreciation go as far, if not further than tipping: write a review, refer a friend, spread the word online, talk him up in your circles. Arguably these are all more valuable than anything you could tip. Your masseur will appreciate you, and you will feel good about coming back to see him. Not everything is as plain as “How much did this client tip?” So when your man is on point, providing a high level of service, professionalism, and value, you tip. Because that’s what you do, at least in American culture. You want to reward him for treating you well by treating him well. And when you can’t tip, support his business in other ways. You don’t tip in the context of independently practicing masseurs to make up the difference between an underpaid person and a living wage. For example, spa employee making only 30-40% of the fee, or a restaurant server making minimum wage and relying on tips to make (close to) a living wage. These are not at all the same situation. You tip because you want to show your appreciation, and to motivate your masseur to continue to provide you a high level of attention and service. All you are responsible for is his rate. So what if you don’t tip? I doubt your masseur will deliver crappy service the next time. If he’s professional, he will deliver good service. If you tip, he will be motivated to go above and beyond. If you’re happy with the status quo and meeting expectations, don’t tip. If you want above and beyond, pay above and beyond in the form of a tip.
  5. Snoozefest so far through episodes 2&3. As predicted, it’s a slow burn, with lots of languid buildup and we’re almost halfway through already. That snake bite was the highlight of episodes 2 & 3. I can’t imagine Chelsea would be casually walking around going to dinner with little more than a bandaid so soon after the incident. Wouldn’t she feel sick, tired, in pain, vomiting, nauseated, or at least distressed? Maybe need some bed rest to recover? Cobra venom is serious stuff. She may manage to survive with swift medical attention, but not before the venom severely affects her nervous system, organ function, cardiovascular system, and breathing. What a nightmare. And what’s with the robber? Why is he smashing and grabbing gift shop jewelry? Seems like if you’re going to the trouble and risk, go for more valuable items, and more of them. We’re seeing more theme developments with the “snake choker thing” being “taken” or “released” (depending on one’s point of view) from its glass cage by an ominous madman, resulting in Chelsea’s near death. And yet she sticks by the snake in her life, Rick. He doesn’t care about her. He barely even likes her, yet she stays. How long will it take before he strikes her with a fatal bite?
  6. I’m visiting Dallas offering massages most of July and again in October 2025. I’ll post my dates on the traveling providers forum once I finalize travel.
  7. This is definitely a thing. In addition to being a greater risk of losing time should anything go wrong, it takes more time to fulfill an outcall and we have to be strategic with our time when we travel. We are spending more $ traveling so we really have to maximize revenue for it to be profitable and worth our extra effort…otherwise we’d be better off staying home and making the same as we normally do. Just yesterday I was walking through this with a member here, him requesting an outcall to his city which is an hour away from the city I will be staying in. He wanted a midday massage. It varies by city, but 10-2 window during the day tends to be my most in-demand time. To do an outcall for him, I would have to set aside 4 1/2 to 5 hours. Breaking it down: 2 hours of driving time; 1 hr (4x 15 min) setups and takedowns on both ends; plus the appointment 1.5 to 2 hrs. This outcall right smack in the middle of the day means I would lose out on 2-3 other clients at my most popular timeframe. On top of that, if anything goes wrong with the outcall client like canceling at the last minute, ghosting, or whatever, I stand to lose not only my time and gas, his business, but also the business of the two or three other clients who would see me incall. It doesn’t make business sense to do the outcall. So I suggested an alternative: an evening appointment to minimize my risks and still see the client. I would still have all my popular times filled during the day more or less back to back, and use my less popular later evening time for travel and fulfilling the outcall. He wasn’t interested in that, so I had to decline and offer to reach out to him if business was slow and I had five hours in the middle of the day to kill. That rarely happens on these trips, and when it does, it’s in places I don’t return back for future visits. But hey, if I am slow I will. Some business is better than no business. From the client perspective, he only cares about what he wants, when he wants it, how he wants it. I get it. It’s no concern of his how it impacts my business plan or profitability or ability to do the trip in the first place. He doesn’t have to think about those things, but I do. That’s why sometimes traveling providers will be quite selective about where, when, if, and to whom they offer outcall service. For some like me it just doesn’t make business sense for me to fulfill outcalls when I am in demand, having nearly back to back incall appointments scheduled and a running waitlist for last minute cancellations and reschedules. Quick clarification on masseurs vs escorts. I might do 1-2 escort sessions per day. Sometimes none. Those are way easier to space out and travel for when all you are offering is sex and companionship. You can afford to block out 5 hours or more for a client an hour away because you only have two clients a day. I mostly do massage, however, and take an escort client here and there. Masseurs, on the other hand, do not have the luxury of wide open flexibility of escort-only providers. We are hustling, working for half the rate doing a lot of physical work on our feet over long hours. I might see up to six massage clients in a day, some of them scheduled back to back ie only 30 min gaps. If I am lucky I have at least one full hour gap in my day to have lunch. It’s a profitable day, to be sure, but there is no room in that kind of schedule to block off five hours to fulfill an outcall an hour away. It just doesn’t make business sense to do that when clients are damn near lining up outside my door! Hope that sheds some light on why some traveling providers aren’t eager to offer outcalls. Escorts probably a lot more likely. Masseurs probably less likely. A lot of different factors are at play. Maybe some things you’ve never considered.
  8. @ChrisNewbie I PM’d you.
  9. I’m visiting ABQ 4/25-4/30 2025. I charge $150. PM if interested.
  10. +1 I keep a long list of clients by city. Most of them I have seen at least once before. I proactively reach out ahead of my visits to alert them that I will be in their area, to give them priority booking. Once in a great while a client will reach out doing what @Keenan described. I wish more clients would. Most of the time I am asking the client if they would like me to reach out to them ahead of visiting their area. Few clients say no.
  11. Happened to me earlier today too, in California. I don’t think it’s a law enforcement thing. Something glitchy going on though.
  12. Not to be confused with “Behind The Gates”, an early incarnation of the Real Housewives of Orange County. Which has more drama is yet to be seen.
  13. Adding these two hunks to the list. What a fantastic group with these two and my client. Another successful dream team. Damiano I don’t believe normally offers escort services (did long ago), just massage and he go-go dances, but he was gracious to join us for an appropriate fee. Damian was excellent, professional. Highly recommend!
  14. Damian Quantas RentMen Ad Previous threads on Damian are are expired. Feel free to merge. Some of you know @DamianQuantas from visiting the Palm Springs gathering in 2022, or know of him in connection to his partner William Ericson aka Dan Darlington, a well known porn star and DJ. My client hired Damian, DamianoSD, and I for a group session at his place in San Diego yesterday. It was fantastic! Damian was in town to dance at a Brut party that his partner runs. They travel frequently but they are based in Chicago. DamianoSD graciously agreed to join us for an appropriate fee based on my approach and reputation in the biz. I will not discuss him further here as he is a masseur and go-go dancer and as far as I know not generally available for escort hire. Short version: wow, just wow. Mind-blowing. Back to Damian: looks like his photos. Sexy body, and killer kind energy. Swoon-worthy Argentine accent. He was so friendly and easy to work with. Talented in bed. I won’t get into all the details but all the men here are versatile and we made full use of everyone’s talents from back to front. It was incredible. My client was over the moon satisfied. I highly recommend Damian. He’s experienced, professional, and charges a reasonable rate. Absolutely worth every dollar. Easy communication. Did I mention stunning? I’d work with him again in a heartbeat. Damian tells me he almost never does groups but he felt comfortable doing this with me, knowing my reputation and how I approached him. It helps to have a good man on the client’s side coordinating the talent. Don’t underestimate your hired men. Treat them well. We have connections and the power to bring you awesome experiences. I’m still floating on a cloud. I have the best job ever! Eat your hearts out, boys. Hire Damian with confidence. 😘
  15. Two essential title components: 1) Post the provider name and 2) whatever city he lists as his home city. It’s not on you to ascertain a fake home city or to list a bunch of travel destinations, but please do not let this be your excuse to not post a city at all. When you communicate or meet him and confirm in person where his home city is, please update the title. It’s YOUR responsibility as the OP to do this, and it takes two seconds. Please do the same update courtesy when you misspell a provider name. It won’t come up when people search. Take the two seconds to update your post to make it useful for the rest of our community to reference. It bothers me to this day that someone misspelled my name in the title when they posted a thread about me. Peeves, man. Peeves. And yes, “411” is completely unnecessary. Nobody is going to read your post about “this guy”, or “hottie in ____”. We need a name and a location. One of those could be off in terms of accuracy or spelling, but if you provide both, most people can eventually figure out who it is or where he is based and suggest a correction in the thread. Also, include in the body of your post: his ad link (in hyperlink format) and a PG-13 photo. It’s much easier to recognize a photo of a provider than to remember his name, or former name, or alternate name. If his pics are all nude, crop down to be PG-13, so that when he changes photos on his profile to x-rated content (if and when you will never know) it won’t automatically display that on his embedded link on his thread on CoM, which violates the guidelines for public areas of the site.
  16. Ok, update. So I chatted with Damiano after our session tonight and clarified he is indeed married to Anthony (aka porn star Saxon West). They moved to Philadelphia together, but after years of marriage and the move they are now separated. Legally I don’t know, but in practical terms yes. Damiano confirmed he is now dating escort Teddy Hunter in San Diego. I don’t know if Teddy is/was with anyone else. That’s all I know. Damiano is a masseur of course, but he go-go dances too. Damiano used to escort many years ago. He accepted my invitation to do a group play session and it went amazingly well. I’m honored he joined me, my client, and Damian Quantas. I won’t elaborate further here except for these general details that massage clients might appreciate even though they are not directly on topic of his massage services. I will have to try Damiano’s massage sometime, maybe offer a trade or just hire. Then an update is in order. He looks exactly like his photos, better even. My god the ass on this guy. It’s like a cartoon how bubbly his butt is. But it’s all real and very sexy. He wears XXL underwear. Fantastic body. Enchanting eyes and smile. Super sweet demeanor. Endearing accent. He’s from Bologna, Italy. He handles himself well. Very professional. I have a lot of respect for Damiano. What a charmer, and a joy to work with!
  17. @NJF that’s all well and good. More power to those with the luxury of time and money to enjoy leisure on work trips. If I had that luxury, I would much rather choose a place I personally want to visit (versus where is good for business) and take a real vacation. No planning my time or accommodations around clients. Just rest, relaxation, and enjoying new experiences. My approach is work hard, play hard. I hustle on work trips. I relax on vacation. Trying to do both at the same time makes both goals less achievable. At least for me. More power to those who mix both. I can’t.
  18. Awww, we will miss you @Coolwave35! I hope he does well emotionally and mentally during this break from the forums and presumably from hiring. He’s a romantic. I have no idea what happened but I can see how easily he might have been burned. He might have also found love and rode dramatically off into the sunset, but in these arrangements whether through Seeking or more traditional routes, the fantasy can come crashing down rather quickly when you get down to the cold reality of being in an exclusive relationship with an early 20 something escort with daddy issues. I know Seeking is not technically for escorts, but the young men in these scenarios perform exactly that function, and in this case, for much the same rate of compensation in the form of “rent money for a year”. I suppose that is easier for both parties to swallow than “here’s your fee”, and parting ways. True, he did share a lot of personal details over the years and that could backfire in any number of ways. He mentioned a crazy member tracked him down and sent threatening letters to his address. I was thinking a while back how easy it might be to identify him based on a few overshared details. I would never do that, nor have any reason to, but someone off his rocker with a vendetta/obsession or axe to grind might. I really hope he is not having to fight off some crazy stalker or something. I don’t think so, and he has more than enough means to make something like that go away. Coolwave35 was questioning a lot of things in life. Before everything went south, so to speak, his Antarctica companion was really making him think about why shouldn’t he retire and live his life well? At what point is enough enough? It’s an interesting question. So many of us would only dream to be in his financial position, and I’m sure most of us would never work again, unless we simply enjoyed our work more as a hobby than an obligation, or took a sense of pride or identity in it. Maybe after doing some soul searching he decided to make a life/career change and that could be at least some part of why he is disappearing from online now. Speculation, all speculation. We will miss you, Coolwave35. Cheers to a great run. I wish you health and fulfillment whatever you do in life.
  19. Hey @FrancisCA I have yet to change my rates when traveling and it suits me well. That’s also because I am strategic about where and when I go. I stick to the US in large part because prices for masseurs and escorts abroad tend to be so much lower. It takes more time and money to get to/from other countries. Accommodations aren’t always that much cheaper either, but it varies widely by destination. Sometimes food and other costs are lower. Travel has to be profitable for it to make business sense. Ask yourself if the rates you plan to charge wherever you go are going to make the trip worthwhile. How busy do you want to be? If you want a vacation or sightseeing tour with the opportunity to work a little if/when the opportunity comes up, that’s a different approach altogether. When I travel, I am focused on work only, and I mostly stay busy. No time to look at sights or do leisure activities. The way I see it, your home city bills remain more or less constant, in American $. Rent/mortgage, car insurance, health insurance, utilities, phone, subscriptions, etc you have to pay whether or not you’re traveling. Maybe you consume less energy or water at your place while away and those bills dip slightly, but most everything else is the same. Your income when you travel needs to cover all the bills you normally pay every month when working in your home city PLUS cover your accommodations and other travel costs AND produce a compelling net profit after expenses. Otherwise you’re just putting in more effort and taking on more risk for the same or less $ as you would make just staying home. So…sure, I could go to Europe, for example, and try to price myself for local market conditions, but I would make half or less than what I make in the US, and not receive tips, as the tipping culture is quite different. Meanwhile my bills at home pile up and I’m spinning my wheels doing the same labor for less. For me at least, foreign work travel just doesn’t make business sense. Maybe it would if my home country were somewhere other than the US.
  20. Maybe he is just prospecting. A lot of providers do this. So frustrating for clients. He just viewed, he didn’t actually engage. Most of my RentMen viewing is business related, but some of my views are a spark of curiosity.
  21. I third LaffingBear and Whippoorwill. San Jose is kind of a desert for providers. I’m not sure why. I figured with all the tech money sloshing around Silicon Valley a healthy market would develop, but I discovered to my surprise and delight while visiting a couple weeks ago that San Jose is underserved. My clients were kids in a candy store seeing me in San Jose proper. Most of my clients there tell me they go into SF for their needs because they can’t find the right providers in San Jose. Consequently, they end up visiting their masseurs and escorts less frequently because it’s more difficult to access them. Also, beware of the fraudsters. There are some well known rings of Asian and Latin American scammers working together offering ‘massages’. You will see mention of them in other threads on San Jose in the spa section. Do your research, read the ads carefully and always verify location ahead. Be safe, and good luck.
  22. Here’s how I look at it, I keep metrics on all my clients. Periodically I update and sort everyone to see who is paying me the highest dollar amount over a given year with tips included and put them into a few color coded tiers. I qualify escort vs massage services to quickly give me some context while I review. I also make a note on how much I enjoy seeing each one of them and likewise how much of a pain in the ass they are, if applicable. These are less tangible factors, but it helps to keep in mind as I review. The less enjoyable but loyal/generous ones are just as valuable to me if not more than those I enjoy seeing more but visit me less often and/or don’t tip. I use the hard numbers to help me look past my biases and objectively steer my attention to the best clients for my business. ALL my clients are important, mind you. So it doesn’t matter if you see me once a year or bi-weekly, if you’re tipping, or hiring more/less valuable services. I see it all clearly shake out in the numbers on a spreadsheet. The lower figures matter too, because all of those people collectively add up to a significant chunk of the pie. I track how many appointments each client makes, what they are paying, and figure out pretty quickly where my bread is buttered. At the end of the day (end of the year?) it’s all business. Who is paying my bills over the long haul, and who is demonstrating the most loyalty over time gets my highest level of attention and effort. I go above and beyond for these people.
  23. I agree, a 5-10 min call on FaceTime or other mutually agreeable platform would be a good place to start. It’s low investment for you both and high yield on information for you both. A call gives you both a feel for the other’s personality, look, cadence, and the opportunity to ask direct questions and follow up questions. For the rate, maybe your provider needs more information from you or he would explain more of his reasoning after some follow up questions. It’s possible to have successful overnights with providers meeting them for the first time, but I highly recommend hiring them for at least one shorter session to see what your chemistry is like and then consider, if it’s a match, a longer hire like an overnight. This reduces your risks of committing to a high dollar value session and realizing after it’s too late that the hire was not worth your investment. Remember, overnights include sex, but the whole point is to savor the time together before, during, and after the sexy bits. You need more than just compatibility (or tolerability) in bed. You need some kind of connection to make it feel special and worthwhile. You spend more time during overnights with him not having sex than you do having sex. The extra value is in making the most of all that time. It’s difficult to judge how suitable you will be for one another for an overnight without ever meeting before. A FaceTime call is a good start.
