  1. I have a group of Dallas clients who visit the Tin Room a couple times a week. Would you like me to connect you with them? It might be more fun visiting in a friendly group. As always, some nights will be better than others. Regardless, you get out of it what you put into it in terms of energy, tipping, and openness. I heard a lot of the dancers are straight, but they make it a good time anyway.
  2. I enjoyed Down Low. Not an Oscar film, and it doesn’t red to be. It’s a fun ride without having to appeal to everyone. Dark, irreverent, bitingly funny, and full of heart at the same time. Zachary Quinto plays the repressed younger-middle aged man perfectly. And who doesn’t enjoy more screen time with him ❤️?! His character reminds me of some of my clients. Lukas Gage brought so much comedy. I really enjoy when a film takes me past what situations I think the characters can get out of, and then goes even further, such that I am forced to suspend my disbelief and sense of realism and embrace the comedy for what it is, and the richness of the characters moreso than the plot or any sense of realism.
  3. I recommend hiring him for escort services. Very hot, nice guy, very masculine. Fantastic booty (he’s a bottom). Rates are on par with other guys in the area. Massage service is a joke, quick rub-and-tug style with mechanical HE, but man is he hot.
  4. Friend: “Bros before hoes!” Me: “My bros…ARE hoes!”
  5. I really don’t like discounts. I’ve done them in the past and occasionally I list a discount because one of my platforms requires I do this for better placement. The reason I avoid discounts is because it attracts bargain hunters and those who might not otherwise be willing/able to pay my normal rates, and often do not tip. One of my clients got upset that I wouldn’t offer him my active duty service member discount. At the time I offered one but he was not active duty, only a retired diplomat. Also he was paying my regular rate for previous appointments. When I declined, he threw a huge fit saying how horrible I am, blah blah blah. Discounts give some clients a false sense of entitlement. Discounts are a privilege, not a right. And nobody is obligated to offer a discount. I’ll honor any discounts on whatever terms I advertise. Some of my discounts have worked out well, where a client visits me that was on the fence or was hesitant to try my work at my normal rate. Once they try me, they see the value of my work and have no problem returning and paying my normal rate, and some tip as well. My best discount is a referral and I offer this at any time. It’s the one discount I continue to offer with complete confidence and has brought me the most (and best) business over time. It costs me the most initially, but it pays back many times over. “Refer a friend; you both get 50% off your massage. Applies after your friend completes their first appointment.” Overall, discounts are a toss up. It attracts good and bad clients.
  6. Haha yes, this particular guy is therapeutic only. A bit of hyperbole to make the point that he’s so good that he’s about the only one I would go to such lengths for. If I’m publicly doing anything in the nude in Times Square, I should be getting paid for it. Or arrested. Or both. Any NYC folks PM me so I can add you to my interest list. When I have enough I will reach out to make a trip.
  7. Some won’t do what you want at all. Others, it’s a matter of fee structure. Some give it away for free...*sigh* Be direct, and don’t be shocked if he asks for more fee for higher levels of service. I can’t serve multiple loads a day every day for a massage fee. Operating that way, my faucet would run dry by noon. The best clients get that.
  8. Agree, there are no hard and fast rules. I actually appreciate clients that book further in advance, maybe even weeks ahead. A few days or a week is perfectly sufficient. Same day / same night…take your chances. That means you didn’t plan properly or someone flaked on you and you’re contacting a backup provider, or you are the client I dread who will only see me last minute, sometimes with only 15 min notice. Don’t be that guy. I hear the logic here but I would also consider reputation as equally important. The kind of guy that treats you this way is the same who will take things out of context and fail to see where he is being unreasonable or difficult. Say things escalate and you quote someone 150% of what you normally would, that word could get around: “he quoted me $XXX. Can you believe that guy? What a prima donna!” …when in reality the client is the problem and his behavior is reason he’s getting an inflated rate, but he won’t see it that way and blame you and may even trash talk you to others.
  9. Nothing wrong with asking for info not listed on the ads, even from a dozen providers at once. As long as there’s not a lot of back and forth wanting free random conversations or sexting behavior, or “negotiating” behavior, I have no problem responding to inquiries. It means someone is considering hiring me and I want that. Be direct, ask for specific things and you’re good. Maybe you hire me tomorrow, maybe you hire me next year. Maybe never. That’s fine. Just respect the provider’s time as best you can, and you’re golden.
  10. It sounds like in this case the masseur takes the right approach by only scheduling appointments when the roommate is not home i.e. the functional equivalent of a dedicated space for the duration of the session. As long as nobody else is coming or going or present, that sounds fine to me. Also, he did the right thing by alerting you ahead of time. I agree, you should reschedule for a time that he has the privacy to offer you all the services you want, in an atmosphere you want. A few of my workspace peeves: Rule 1) no other people in/around your work space, or hanging around outside of it. The client shouldn’t encounter anyone besides a neighbor or doorman or stranger on the street or in a hall or lobby. Certainly not the masseur’s significant other, family, or friends. Rule 2) no pets in/around your workspace. People have allergies and pets are distracting, even the most well behaved ones. Who wants a dog licking your feet or whimpering for attention in the next room or a masseur snapping their fingers or raising their voice to ask their cat to exit the room? Or worse, the pet jumps on the massage table. One of my clients told me he visited someone else and the masseur set out a glass of water for the client, upon request. The cat started lapping from the glass during the massage. I don’t blame the client for feeling weird about that. Rule 3) provide a dedicated workspace Rule 4) provide a sufficient buffer in between appointments so that clients will not cross paths on their way in/out. These are just some of the problems with working out of the same place you live. If you live with other people, you must have a division of space that offers complete privacy, with a separate entrance and 100% dedicated bathroom. A client should never feel like their privacy is at risk or that they are being monitored. One of my favorite masseurs worked out of his apartment and he had clients coming and going through his living room, which functioned as a waiting area. Appointments were back to back, no buffer, so you often saw his previous client leaving before you went in, and again in reverse on your way out. His partner lived separately at the time but was frequently in the living room too. So weird. It never bothered me, but I can’t imagine a lot of my clients would ever put up with that. Good thing his massage is so good. For him, I would have the appointment on the street in the middle of Times Square if it suited him. He is just that good.
  11. There is no comprehensive, widely used, purpose-built platform. Mr Number is one of the closest things you will find and it’s dodgy, at best. Anything else we use we keep close to the vest, and for good reason. If you knew about it, it would defeat the purpose. Next topic.
  12. ^Behavior in real life. ^Truth. Recently I had a client from right here on CoM. He booked a 90 min massage. In person, he asked for more than massage, describing what he wanted (I so appreciate that btw) and we came to an agreement on the rate before starting. This is the right way to do it, unless you book everything explicitly ahead, which helps ensure I can plan better to offer exactly what you need. I did my full back routine on him, and then before moving on to my arms routine, did some brief, playful erotic work that he was getting into and then he flipped over, unprompted. Since we didn’t get very far into the massage, I asked if he wanted to continue for a while longer, or switch to the bed for playtime. He chose the latter. We took our time. After our activities concluded, we showered together. There was still 10-15 mins of his time remaining. I asked if he was satisfied with everything we had done, or if I can do anything else for him. The full time is his. I asked if he was satisfied with the massage time and he said yes. I was concerned because it was so short, but for some, the play is more important. As long as the client is satisfied, that’s all that matters to me. Sometimes I go over, often close or right on time, and occasionally I go under as the natural flow of things take their course. The time doesn’t matter. Client satisfaction does. Regarding the OP questions, there are no ugly clients. Just clients. We don’t care what you look like. Your money is just as good as the next guy’s. Hygiene you can control, so yes please respect yourself and your providers by taking care of that. You never know what is going on with substance abuse. If you feel uncomfortable, cancel, or don’t see the provider again. It is not your responsibility to intervene or involve yourself. People with real substance abuse problems will get help when they decide to, not when someone says they should or calls emergency services.
  13. This is not a good provider. The professionals are dedicated to their craft, in tune with and concerned with fulfilling the client’s needs. Not trying to save 15 mins here or there. Certainly not with gags like colored lube. That stuff comes around to bite you. Hire professionals.
  14. I agree with much of the above. I would broaden your physical criteria a bit. Is uncut a must? How important is the age? A girthy cock is fun, but if you have never taken one of any size before, it’s wise to start with a medium size, nothing really long or particularly girthy. Once you try it, it’s easier for you to gauge what you can take and will enjoy the next time around. Maybe you can get some of your wishlist, but since this is your first time, it’s going to be more important to find the RIGHT guy for the job - someone experienced, patient, and professional. Some of the 27 year olds you mention may be hot in a photo online, but many of them have short attention spans and even shorter patience for newbie clients, especially those with zero experience with adult men. Chemistry matters a hell of a lot more than how defined an abdominal muscle is or how flawless the skin is around his eyes. A 30yo+ man will most likely be your best bet, at least for your first time. You can always seek out others later that fit your wishlist more closely. It’s just a lot to put on a 20 something…and have to tick all of your other boxes too. Trust me, it will be more fun to hire those young studs after you know what you’re doing. My recommendation: search providers in your area on RentMen that strike your fancy, but please don’t filter on looks alone. You need someone who looks good, but more importantly, someone who will do a fantastic job for you. With your short list, search the forums in the deli section and see what info you can find on any of your guys. Take your time. Ask questions. Read reviews. Based on what you find, you will likely be able to narrow down the list to a shorter one. Find the best matches for a first time experience. Let your other criteria go for now and consider it a bonus if the right providers tick your other boxes. Be flexible when they don’t. Once you have that done, reach out to the few you selected stating that it’s your first time bottoming and that you want him to be patient with you. Assuming he’s good with that, ask about rates and any pertinent info like incall or outcall and any questions you have. Don’t be afraid to circle back while you inquire of others and shop around. Tell them you are considering hiring and will get back to them. That approach doesn’t leave them all hanging in the meantime. Take responsibility for your own health. Whether hiring or hooking up, it’s up to you to assess your own risk tolerance and protect yourself. Talk to your doctor about PreP and get on it. Generics are covered on all basic health insurance plans. Condoms are a good safeguard for any STI, not just HIV. If you’re willing to use one, that is another way for you to take responsibility. You can’t outsource responsibility by putting it on a provider. Not only is this impractical, but impossible, for reasons already stated. If you don’t want to get on PreP or can’t, use a condom. If you want your bareback fantasy, get squared away health wise first. Again, your first time might be with a condom and that’s not the end of the world. You can have bb sex in subsequent hires if you like. Either way, be prepared and take responsibility. I have been the first time for many a man older and younger. I know how to treat virgins and how to be patient and respectful and sensitive, and how to make it a special, meaningful, and memorable time. But I also know when to kick it up a notch once he’s feeling emotionally and physically comfortable. You won’t find that delicate balance on Grindr, and very few 20 somethings can handle such a task with the necessary care. When you are ready to hire, check out the forums here that discuss douching. It makes all the difference not having to second guess and worry about hygiene. Be confident. Be ready. Enjoy.
  15. I feel a lot of prostates in the course of my work. A LOT. I know my way around and what’s normal and what isn’t. I’m no doctor and I do not offer medical advice, but I do note abnormalities and bring them up to clients after their session to recommend getting checked. Not just prostate issues but dermatological ones and chiropractic ones too. Should any of you need a “preliminary exam”, you know where to find me! 😉 While I am there, I make sure everything is working ok…
  16. <Simon creeping out of the shadows, skin burning more and more intensely>…. I never schedule back-to-back appointments when I know for sure each of them wants me to cum. Even if I *could* do it doesn’t mean I should. I’m all about quality control. I want the client to be happy with my intensity leading up to and including that special moment. Lots of cum too. I don’t want to shortchange anyone with a modest dribble, now do I? I’ll do two or more per day when one or more of the following apply: 1) I know one or more of the clients doesn’t want/need/expect me to cum, or prefers me not to cum. 2) The appointments are spread out i.e. one in the morning, one in the evening. That’s the typical scenario when I have more than one. 3) I have backup i.e. another guy the client hired for us to tag team together. Not a substitute, but more to get me going and the client going moreso than 1:1. These are uncommon, but great to have (and super fun too!). 4) I have a lot saved up from not ejaculating in day(s) prior for whatever reasons, some related to my work, some not. 5) Client wants a tantra style session wherein the client, myself, or both of us achieve extended non-ejaculatory orgasms. These can be quite intense, and most clients aren’t up to all that. A handful are. Since I don’t ejaculate, but still have an orgasm, I carry over the built up sexual tension and energy to my next appointment. Lots of clients want my cum but aren’t willing to pay for that level of service. I don’t cum for regular massage clients, even though they request or beg for it. When I explain I can’t cum six times a day on command for a massage (which is hard, honest work on its own btw), most seem to understand. That’s most of my business. Since I am only cumming for those paying escort rates, the economics of it all tends to balance itself out well.
  17. I’m sure the staff don’t give a sh*t either… They see everything in hospitality
  18. I go the full time. By that I mean once the client gets on the table and I start working, to the time their massage is finished. NOT: Client going to the bathroom showering chit chat paying laying on the table for a while after, mind completely blown, and in quiet recovery getting dressed etc. I plan buffers for these activities and to clean thoroughly before the next client arrives, and usually with enough to give myself at least a few minutes to respond to inquiries. For me, that’s at least 30 mins between one client ending their scheduled time and the next client’s scheduled time begins. The buffer allows me to go slightly over if necessary or offer the client a shower, and it gives me wiggle room to take a client early should they arrive more than 5-10 mins before their scheduled start time, or still get my current client done should they arrive late. Clients showing up late I short on time, ending at their scheduled end time so as to respect the next client’s start time. When the next client is scheduled later, I accommodate the late client by starting and ending late. It’s all a matter of circumstances. It boggles my mind why more of my peers don’t structure their appointments with reasonable buffers. It’s very important to me that each client gets their full time. It’s important to me when I get massages myself. Honestly I have a hard time finishing my routine any faster than the scheduled time. Sometimes it ends right on time, often it runs over. But then again I am actually providing a real, skilled massage. A lot of guys in the industry are opportunistic rub-and-tug types with short term goal$. I want my clients to return. I give them their full time, every time. Masseurs that don’t aren’t serious about their work, and they’re not working to develop long term clients. Skip the amateurs and unserious, pervasive though they may be. Go with experienced, consummate professionals. Places like here are the best ways to find the good guys! When a masseur massively shorts your time, please write a review stating the facts, both here and on whatever platform you found them on, like RentMasseur. It helps identify the bad actors and lead other clients toward the pros. Also, it motivates the bad guys to either a) improve their practice or b) exit the biz.
  19. Anyone see him advertise on RentMen? Sounds like the value proposition here is deli services - not massage - with rates commensurate to an escort.
  20. Mark Dylan is one of the better ones about communicating clearly in his ad that it’s therapeutic only. I appreciate that ad content when I see it. He’s done some hot studio porn in the past, but no longer. Haven’t seen him yet but would like to try someday when I am in the area again. I really enjoy a quality therapeutic massage.
  21. It’s a crowd. For three guys plus yourself, best to stick with escort service. I’ve done it. It’s fun. My clients love it!
  22. ^Thank you for this. Given this was for massage so a bit more straightforward than escort inquiries, but still was pleasantly surprised to have this brief, direct text exchange: [address and details, photos]
  23. Same here. And I thought my $600 table was an investment. Yowza. Manufacturer: Master Massage Model: Husky Gibraltar The extra width, high density memory foam, solid construction, arm shelf, and deluxe adjustable headrest make all the difference. Looking forward to generations down the line where I can do more and more great features.
  24. Michael hires me regularly when he needs a massage for himself. Nice guy, friendly and easygoing. Haven’t tried his massage yet, so can’t speak to it but I can vouch for him as a person. He’s grounded and pleasant. Good guy. Michael travels frequently to SF for his other work. That limits how much time he has for his massage work. He has many regular clients - usually seeing him for sports massage and recovery from workouts. Keep that in mind when you schedule. He has limited time available for new clients, so please be flexible and keep trying if you don’t get your preferred time on the first try.
  25. Honestly I do this from time to time for long time regular clients.
