I don’t think it’s too high…If I wanted to see the guy enough I’d just pay it. Asking for “wiggle room” is a slippery slope. 

Saw him recently. I agree with the assessment of others, not bad, not great. Felt like he was going through the motions. Will not repeat.

There’s also the whole Yelp theory that people are more inclined to bother writing a review if it’s negative.

I've always taken the stellar reviews on rentmen, especially in a huge volume, with a grain of salt. I say that mainly because there are established providers who I continue to see (some in Denver) who have been on the site for 15-20 years and have only 15-20 reviews. At best, that's an avg of 1.3 per year.
That provider may have had only 1 review the first year.  Solely based upon the numbers, it may be a bad bet. However, when I consider that I had a great session, never left a review there, and other members here have given a great review, it really challenges the amount faith I can put in the just those numbers.

A few months back, I inquired about an escort of interest via RM messages.  I sent out about four requests to previous clients of my escort of interest and received some very encouraging responses.
