This can be moved to the lounge, but since it's a topic about rent men, I'm putting it here.

Known to me, I've been blocked by two rent men advertisers. Both of them are super muscular studs I enjoy viewing. There's nothing like a hard-on inducing ass or a built body with a big bulge to get my day started. One, Pete Latz, messaged me he's tired of my over-abundance view count without making contact direct, so I'm pretty sure that's not going to reverse itself. The other, MrBigDThomas,  just yesterday - get this - blocked me because I didn't vote for him in EVERY category he's being nominated for in an upcoming awards show.

I told him I'd voted for him in all but one, showing love for another guy, Tony Genius, I like, too. He goes apeshit at me, explaining that nobody comes close to him in all categories. I typed "Um, you're welcome?", and zap.

I recall in the past someone mentioning that if I altered my settings, this couldn't have happened, perhaps? Considering I do actually hire guys on there from time to time, it's crazy to me that advertisers have a short fuse with people merely looking.

To answer the question in the title, yes, unblocking is possible (I’ve been unblocked before).

I’m not able to comment on the blocking for not voting part, but I definitely understand you being blocked due to repeated viewing of a profile.

If you don’t turn on the “don’t let others see me” feature, providers can apparently see the number of times you view them. A provider mentioned to me that it was annoying for him to see the continual red notification pop up with me viewing it. He showed me the statistic and it apparently recorded each of the 44 times I saw his profile.

I’ve also been blocked before for that reason.

The person who blocks someone can always unblock them. Whether they want to or will is a separate question. If it's a case of 'he's dead to me' they probably won't, if it's 'he's annoying right now (or overstepped)' then they might.

As has been said here frequently, you can stop your frequent visits to an escort's ad being visible to them quite simply. Go to your RM dashboard and select 'Do not track me' in the privacy section.

Yeah you gotta turn on the Do Not Track Me setting. On RentMen, go to Settings and flip this switch on/to the right (image attached).

When you view their profiles constantly, they get a notification every time you do. Which simply is annoying as hell, that's why they react how they do. It's like someone constantly poking you and then just staring at you. Your reaction is going to be angry or to go "what?!?!? at least say hi!" or they'll walk away. And that's pretty much the reaction you're getting.

Or another comparison is, you're basically doing the equivalent of going to a store every day for the free samples and never buying anything, and calling attention to yourself while doing it. You're technically allowed to do that, but the store owner would hate you for it after a while lol.

They won't unblock you once you hit this setting, but it will stop other providers from seeing how many times you view their profile moving forward, which will give them no reason to block you (unless you annoy them directly lol).

already going off-topic after three posts......this line made me think of the customers at Costco who block the aisles and grab five samples from the food ladies

Why would you tell him a think like that.? These people are professionals, not the friends you gossip with at brunch.

And then you got sarcastic and typed your oh-so-clever "Um, you're welcome?"

I would've blocked you too.

Keep your communications simple and professional, respectful and positive. Be friendly but not familiar. And whatever you do, don't get HINKY.
