Jose is definitely one of the guys I’d recommend here, and largely fits the bill, other than the size minimum.

From what I see - hes not for everyone, but hes reasonably priced all things considered, under $500 no doubt, way more handsome in person, and personally I've never had a bad experience with him, But, with that said, I ask around and talk to people, and have heard a thing or two.
