ISO NYC Hung Top

Hi All - In the last year I have been exploring my bottom side, and have discovered what many others have before me: sometimes it can be more difficult to take smaller guys than larger ones, and being at ease and relaxed is key to an enjoyable experience. Therefore, I am looking for an NYC top who is:
1. At least 9 inches 
2. Willing to kiss
3. More of a skilled & sensuous top as opposed to a pile-driver. 
4. Competitively priced for the NY market (i.e., not a $500 per hour "star").
5. Friendly

Open to all ethnicities so long as the guy is moderately handsome and reasonably clean. I am on prep and pep. 

Any suggestions?

Suggestion: use the RM search function to narrow your search, use the COM search function to review the threads of the providers who interest you most, and then ask the group here (or DM hobbyists) for details like sensuous vs piledriver.

Could have fooled me!  Maybe it's the shape, or hardness, or how lean the rest of his body is... But Jose_ok feels so much longer
