A distinction is missing from this conversation: what one is willing to pay for the quality of an interaction.

the part about what one is willing to pay is true - that’s whatever.  but paying more doesn’t guarantee you anything or a “higher quality of interaction”
this forum is full of posts about high paid providers who don’t deliver for one reason or another.  and there’s no guarantee about discretion either - maybe if you have an NDA & who really does that ?

there are certain goods & services marketed as premium products where there are guarantees of sorts - meaning someone will stand behind the service to ensure you get the value expected.  hiring a provider is not one of those things.

some people get validation by overpaying for “premium” products or services - that’s a thing in nyc among a certain subset of people who aren’t sure of their own ability to make good choices, or they’re looking for status.  it’s the same set of people seeking out the very expensive restaurants of the moment only to find out the food isn’t great & the service sucks - but post all over IG that they were there.

I’m curious to see the list of providers getting $500 - please post.  shouldn’t be a problem if they’re advertising in the public domain

Clearly you can’t afford them so listing them to you is a complete waste of time only for you to try and devalue their service . All that matters is they exist, they’re booked and busy

when you rely on insults - you’ve lost the debate.

anyone who routinely hires at $350/hr can afford $500 if they choose to do it. most just aren’t that careless or foolish

lets see the list of the very exclusive/premium providers that advertise on RM or similar & get $500 an hour.  If there’s no names - then it just more fantastical story telling on this forum ….and there’s a lot

btw - this thread was started by a person who says he’s a provider, yet feels the need to survey people here about market rates - then he suggests he wouldn’t take $300 an hour but in another thread he tells a story about driving for 10 hours for a one hour appointment and getting ghosted by client & not paid.  that kind of says it all - it makes no sense whatsoever

No one is insulting you mate, you said you wouldn’t pay that rate and I respect that no one is saying you have to, so listing escorts who charge that is pointless. And yes obviously there are many escorts that charge the rate you choose to pay, but you implying that escorts that charge more than that are not worth it or have inflated egos as you say is what I have an issue with.. if someone is out of your price range just move on and find someone that is.

if you care to know what escorts charge $500 simply put $500 in the search bar and you will get many discussions on this forum of escorts that have quoted that price or more.  Now granted perhaps many people here won’t hire them but all I’m saying is there are many guys that charge that price and that’s their choice not yours..

Escorts have the right to put whatever price tag on their body that they choose, you nor me have the right to say what they should be charging for sex, dates or whatever they do as escorts. If their price is to high move on and find someone in your range.

when you tell someone they can't afford something in that way, without knowing anything about the person  - thats an insult. perhaps you're not familiar w local etiquette

so, the list of very exclusive premium escorts would be on RM & available by a simple search ?  RM doesn't have a search for rate since they don't have a field for it & it's forbidden.  A keyword or hashtag search of 500 yields zero providers in ny There were 4 results worldwide

providers can charge whatever they want. But none of them are getting $500hr as standard - that's all fantasy & bragging

and - i hope you're not texting "mate" here & there when contacting providers - they'll assume you're not from here & then of course the rate will be much higher. that would be the tourist rate

I'm still hopeful for the list - although we both know it's not coming

the one consistent thing here is alot of big talk w nothing to back it up. especially when it would be so very easy to do it

most people that have lived in New York for a long time have a well-developed bullshit detector out of necessity. the $500 rate thing is bullshit, unless you’re just that dumb

there is no list, mate

And I know many $500+ escorts who are consistently booked to the point they don’t even take new clients.

Dude I think you got the cause and effect mixed up there. 😄

I only reached out to one guy who ended up charging 500 an hour. He was a quicktalking, narcissistic, greedy bullsh!tter. Not a guy I'd spend 5 minutes with, let alone an hour.

I stated the 15k a month to illustrate there are some providers who can charge a higher rate if they are catering to a wealthy client as there are some people who can afford that with no problem but of course the provider needs to be excepcional.

I know there are such cases. A young guy I used to see for multi-day engagements from 2015 to 2017 hooked up with such a benefactor and has been receiving a sizable monthly stipend since the summer of 2017. When I was seeing him, his rates were quite reasonable. His sugar daddy takes him on 5-star vacations once a month and, I believe, bought him an X5. He had twinkish hot looks in his mid-20s and I think he still looks good. Another former regular of mine started living with a major executive in NYC when he was 18. After the executive grew tired of him after a year, he gave him a $100,000 severance, in 2004!

While I’m quite comfortable, I’m not in the 1% league by any measure; yet, I assume my personality granted me the privilege of spending time with these two hotties in their prime.

I think some hobbyists here would do well to learn more about what women escorts command. $500/hour probably does not get you someone similar in looks and fitness to what $300-$400/hour gets you on RM. Of course, there are gay escorts who command far more than $300/hour or even $500/hour. Lots of guys who do porn or have robust OnlyFans wouldn't even bother for $500. AND, we've had double digit inflation since 2019, in areas that are hard to do without - food, housing, etc. - so the $300 a guy charged in 2021 doesn't got as far now.

I see no point in arguing that such people don't exist. They do, as do guys who can be had for $50 in the back of a bathhouse. To me, RM seems like the shopping ground for comfortable professional men who are not struggling but are not rich.

Converse to @DrownedBoy's experience, I recently met with a $500/hr (not including tip) guy in NYC for 2 hours, and he was well... abso-fucking-lutely amazing, both in looks and the experience he provided, and worth his rate compared to more affordable guys.

Interesting take on RM. My situation is not as you describe above, which makes the monetary risk on these sorts of encounters inconsequential for me. I do a fair amount of due diligence, so my selections usually work out; but when they don't, I'm annoyed by the wasted time, not the financial impact. Buy the ticket, take the ride.- HST

Instead of surveying us, why don’t providers curious as to competitor rates contact those providers they consider peers in their target geographies anonymously and generate their own research first hand?

Would save strawmen theories, conjecture on who is cheap and deserves to die etc

As with the other dead horse subjects (deposits, photos etc) - providers don’t need our validation from here - try whatever you want and if it works for you, great! But just stating how some want the market to be here won’t automatically make it so.

I’ve paid as much as $500 for a session without time limits, but generally I find that I can get a great experience for $250 - if I host or get a room, I ask for some consideration on price. If he’s hosting then I’m cool with more within reason. Honestly if I’m dropping that much and getting a room then I’m likely to hire two to ensure no drama or disappointments. I’ve found that $200 plus tip (my providers love me for tipping and they give me preferential rates because they know I’m gonna hook them up if they put it on me the way I want, so I usually end up paying $250 total each. Including the room and various supplies a tag team/ spit roast with multiple breedings and hopefully some piss - will run me $750-$900 all in. Not being rich, and being married and usually unable to host at home, I tend to plan my adventures in advance and build it into my budget. Unfortunately I cant afford to do it as often as I’d like but that also makes each session special

Want cheaper, stay further from midtown.  If you can handle the boroughs, even better.

Do providers travel to the boroughs? In my experience they are usually not ready to set a foot outside Manhattan.

I was wondering what the average rate price for meeting guys off rentmen/massuer in NYC was?  It seems like on here I’ve seen some people say that $250-300 was too much. But then when I reach out to people in NYC, I’ve gotten $400-$700 an hour as a response for the rate. Just wondering.

Varies. Average range is $300-$500 per hour. Some require a two hour minimum, so that $500 per hour provider is now $1000.  Price can vary a little if in/outcall, and also if your provider wants transportation to/from.
