Although this is a common Latin maxim, it is perhaps not common enough, despite its concise elegance, to be an exception to our English only guideline, without an accompanying English version.

By way of explanation, its meaning is "In matters of taste, there can be no disputes" (literally: "about tastes, it is not to be disputed"). An equivalent English proverb is that "There is no accounting for tastes" or "taste". A similar expression in French is: à chacun son goût ("to each their own taste").
