Newtdad Posted January 5 Posted January 5 'RAPE MY SON' Inside horror child rape-for-hire ring run by influencer couple who abused adopted sons & shared sick vids with paedos SLATEREPORT.COM TWO gay dads will spend the rest of their lives jailed after their sick rape ring and horrific sexual abuse of their adopted sons were unveiled... Awful everything. It's already harder to adopt for the gay community, and these two are even making it harder. + José Soplanucas, marylander1940 and + Charlie 1 2
+ sync Posted January 5 Posted January 5 This is just horror upon horror. According to the report, the boys were just three and five years old when they were adopted. Then there is the horror of the social media support and participation in the abuse(s). I hope these boys will be blessed with a miracle that will give them the ability to emotionally and mentally survive their sexual abuse experience(s). + José Soplanucas, + Pensant, + m_writer and 6 others 1 2 1 4 1
pubic_assistance Posted January 5 Posted January 5 Gay Couple adopted two boys, raped them and shared paedo vids. This headline is up there with people like Jeffrey Dahmer. People that are so sick, they defy the imagination. This seems particularly disturbing for the gay community, when this sort of thing is exactly the accusation they hear when looking to adopt. I don't understand the 100 years sentence. These two men are so deeply disturbed that they can never be allowed to re-enter society. The death penalty seems completely appropriate here. + José Soplanucas, + augustus, marylander1940 and 3 others 1 5

I say let them suffer for 100 years. However, the only drawback is that they may still have a ticket way out: eg, governmental pardon, prison escape, etc + Pensant 1
wsc Posted January 5 Posted January 5 This news makes me sad to be an atheist and to know there is no Hell for these two to eventually go. These monsters deserve every minute of what I hope will be an absolutely horribly primitive, excruciatingly painful, and wholey degrading prison experience. Sadly, however, that experience will likely be cut short as their life expectancy in state custody, amongst all their caring and compassionate co-inmates who are so notoriously understanding and tolerant and take so kindly to molesters of children, will be, in a word, brief. + José Soplanucas, pubic_assistance, ReynST and 3 others 5 1

I recommend you Re-read what I posted. I did not indicate the likelihood of anything. I cited random ways that one could possibly get out of that 100 year sentence.
+ DrownedBoy Posted January 5 Posted January 5 I don't know how they tricked the adoption agency, but they just set the gay adoption movement back, especially given the new people in charge. Stories like this are why I support capital punishment for child molesters and rapists. pubic_assistance, + Pensant and + José Soplanucas 3

If you go in order though of ways to get out of it that's why I said their conviction getting overturned on appeal is the most likely. Pardon would be dead last on the list and has a less than 0% chance of happening since pardons don't randomly happen for someone convicted of one of the most heinous crimes in history.

Judges in GA are elected, so it's highly unlikely that a judge running for re-election would want the bad PR of overturning their convictions unless there was egregious prosecutorial misconduct. It's more likely that other prisoners will impose the death penalty on them before they complete their 100 year sentences. + José Soplanucas, rvwnsd, + DrownedBoy and 3 others 2 2 2

+ purplekow Posted January 6 Posted January 6 As far as the sentence goes, it is true that they will eventually be up for parole, it seems unlikely that 1 Anyone would every grant them parole and 2 That they will live long enough in jail for them to complete enough of their sentence to be eligible for jail. Pedophiles do not do well in jail. And relatively young pedophiles are likely to become targets for abuse themselves with few people caring to do anything about it. + Pensant, wsc, Danny-Darko and 3 others 2 2 2

On the flip side, he might not actually realize anything was wrong. The 'flip side' seems to me to be a reasonable view to take if you are considering the effect it's having on him (although not realising anything was wrong does not mean that it isn't affecting him negatively, if he can't communicate that it's happened, he also can't communicate what he thinks about it), but surely the test in these cases is the intent of the perpetrator. The crime is defined by what they did, and that is objective fact, not by the impact it has. 'It can't have been too bad, it didn't affect them much' is so often a perpetrator's conceit to justify or excuse their behaviour. We shouldn't let them get away with it. pubic_assistance, BSR and MikeBiDude 1 1 1
+ sniper Posted January 6 Posted January 6 Yeah not saying it's any less horrific what the abusers are doing, just that there's some hope the victims aren't necessarily perceiving it as suffering, depending on what happened. They should still fry. pubic_assistance 1
