For anyone seeing a massage ad, do "big hands" matter?

Is this no different than that other thing people like to brag about being sizable? It's not the size, but the way you use it?

Nobody would indicate "soothing, little palms to work you", but it would perhaps generate a chuckle.

To answer the question posed in the thread title: Not for me.

I can most definitely tell you from decades of experience, the size or appearance of the hands has nothing to do with guessing quality of work. On top of that, just because a massage therapist may look like a gym God, it does not mean he knows how to put power, heat, or energy behind his hands to perform deep work. More often than not, I have been surprised by who actually has the gift. There have been exceptions, but mostly I've been surprised.

A large, insensitive hand on my erection? I'll pass.

(Edit)  Look at the hands on many of the edging videos. I don't think I've ever seen large hands among the truly gifted.

When they enquire about services I’ve never been asked by a client about the size of my hands. I have often been asked about the size of my cock, my feet and my massage table…. My reply: “8 inch, size 11 (UK) and the table is big enough for two. You don’t need to worry about anything”.

This is UK, we use both, randomly. I’m 79kg….and 6ft tall. I buy fuel in litres but count distance driven and speed in miles. I can buy a pint of beer…and a litre of milk. None of it makes sense. But every guy knows what 8 inches feels like in their hole.

It was 30° here today, quite the relief after a solid week in the high 30s, my car uses 6 or 7 litres per 100km, and yes it's a 200km drive from here in Tumut to Canberra. I'm 187cm tall but 8 inches is still 8 inches*.

* When it's measuring rain, it's 200mm.

“Big hands” is a sales gimmick promising a big dick.
I’m in the minority here, as I hire massage with skill and intuition in mind ahead of any physical attributes. A broad surface of contact is what I prefer as opposed to fingertips. That’s why, in legit spas, I prefer male bodyworkers - in general, arms and hands tend to have larger muscle groups for manipulation of my muscles and fasciae. (The exception was onboard a cruise, where I got worked over brilliantly by Dunya, Former Assistant Coach of Croatian Bowling Team)
