One type sees it as a nice addition to their income and charges a reasonable rate. And another type who see it as something they will only do for a specific price and, generally, only with men they find reasonably attractive. These guys will also charge someone they find attractive less than someone they don't. I was chatting with another member here and realized he was charging this other person $200 more an hour than me. I thought that was a bit wild. Do your providers ask for stats or pics before meeting? I’ve noticed that with my regulars, I pay much less than the rates often discussed in these threads. None of them changed their prices after our initial meeting, and they had no idea what I looked like beforehand. I’m older than every provider (wasn’t always like that). With new providers, I’m charged their going rate. For some, we’ve done video calls, but they gave me their pricing beforehand and didn’t upcharge me after seeing me. I’m almost twice the age of some of these guys. pubic_assistance 1

I’m almost twice the age of some of these guys. When I reach out, I give a general picture of myself: age, fit white-collar professional who lives in Brooklyn, looking for, etc. And I ask their availability and rates. If we set a meeting and the price is confirmed, I will share a pic so they know who they're meeting. I've never had a rate increase. Now, and I'm not saying this to gas myself up, but it's what I'm told by nearly everyone when I say my age. I look about a decade younger. So, if I'm meeting a provider in his 30s, there are times when he looks older than me. I haven't had anything done, but I'm religious in avoiding the sun and moisturizing. pubic_assistance 1

Yup, it's been discussed once or twice (or thrice) before. Looks, age, personality, and tipping are all factors that can affect a quoted price, the price for a repeat visit, or the priority in scheduling. pubic_assistance 1

jayjaycali Posted January 29 Posted January 29 I always think that 'well it's just around the same as a high end female escort'. I understand the market is different but it never strikes me as *that* strange that there could be some attempt to match.
