Rimming is not a high priority for me either way so I don't ask.  On RM they may check rimming or any other activity but you never know if they top or bottom at it.  The last two guys I hired and they were vers/tops went at it.  I may or may not, depending, but I take a whiff test first but there has not been a problem  My philosophy is that it is so easy to spread germs around the genital area, especially if you like if finger him or even touch his butt hole that the risk is there already.
