Anyone try any supplements to produce for semen? Any recommendations?

wish i new of the secret supplement!!! despite much bigger than average endowment have always felt bad about my small ejaculations. would trade some length and girth to be able to absolutely flood a hole. have met guys who cum by the 'gallon.'

Now I'm taking L-Arginine for more sperm. In the past I took Semenax & it also worked very good, I'm sure porn actors take this too. Not long ago I took Pygeum for more precum. Before I took these, I showed the ingredient list to my doc & he said it was all safe to take, I don't take Pygeum & L-Arginine together but you could combine them if desired. There's also Semenhance, Nick explains it in the vid below, he says it works good.

May I ask why did you decide to switch to L-Arginine? What dosage and brand do you take? Noticed various ones.

Before I discovered L-Arginine, I only knew about the Pygeum, it's not really that I decided to switch, I just wanted to try the other but found it too expensive to take them both at the same time.

Hydrate. It’s free, the least you can do, the most you can do for seminal fluid volume, and the only do I’d recommend. Otherwise, the list is comprised of don’ts, eg, smoking, poor diet, etc, that negatively correlate with ejaculatory robustness. Also be aware of the distinction between semen and sperm in terms of influence targets.

Not disputing what T_B is saying, but just another data point: Semenax did absolutely nothing for me; I think it is snake-oil. And while I can absolutely see erection-improvement from L-Arg, I cannot say that I have noticed any increase in semen volume. (I have noticed less forceful ejaculations since on L-Arg, although that may be coincidence rather than correlation.)

That said, nothing beats a daily gym session for keeping a healthy sex drive and cumshot.

I’ve tried some of the herbal volume enhancers and they really do work.  But some of them require an unsustainable number of daily pills.  4 pills 4 times a day with food is something I could only sustain during Covid.  

I’ve had some luck with a product off amazon called Popstar.  4 pills once a day, manageable.  

Seconding what King Benjamin says about the gym.   No better way to keep the plumbing strong.

I wish there was a tried and true supplement regiment or diet adjustment that could, with 100% guarantee, increase semen production.
 

It seems to me that everything else is just a trial and error, with some scams mixed in sadly.

I guess I've forgotten how much other people produce haha. I'm married, and my loads are way bigger than my husband. But I know I've had partners in the past with much bigger loads than mine.
