Just started Zepbound and holy shit, this is a gamechanger. I feel like I could go 48 hours without eating and not care. I also am not "bonking" during long workouts. Is this what skinny-without trying people feel like all the time? Week 1 I am losing weight much faster than simple caloric deficit would suggest...I'm definitely shedding a lot of water.

We use "boinking" for THAT in the US...
