+ sniper Posted September 19 Posted September 19 3 month update...lost about 30 lbs so far still got 60-80 to go, and my bloodwork is ALL normal to fantastic for the first time in decades. Cholesterol 150, A1c 4.9, etc. Even my liver enzymes are in normal range. + mds1 and samhexum 2

I have no idea what it means in an athletic sense. @sniper is this what you meant?
