Also, consider how the loss of Daddy's site has changed the landscape.  People used to read the site daily for the latest reviews and other items he'd post, and that encouraged a lot of traffic into the forums.  After the hectic migration to CoM, there are probably far fewer providers who are aware of this site.  That may change over time, but for those that do the main benefit is general diversion instead of anything boosting their business.

I personally promote the site whenever possible.

I make all my regulars aware of it.

When other clients on RM ask me about a provider (because they see I've reviewed him), I try and give them a link to the relevant thread here.

Both clients and providers are stigmatized in American society; places like this are oases.

I hadn't thought much about it, but yes it makes sense that if it's online, but it's not a social network, younger people aren't especially interested in interacting with it.  That's sad.

To be honest I don't know how many escorts would consider posting on here as a way to get clients. Nowadays rentmen rules!

I am aware that some providers post on here but don't know exactly how many clients among us they actually get exclusively because of being members of the forum. They are more likely to get clients from rentmen !

@Jarrod_Uncut is a provider who frequently posts on here and is honest about the vicissitudes of the profession and sometimes he's mocked for that. 

That kind of treatment might keep providers from posting on here or forced them to do it in a "rose-colored glasses" tone... Fake it till you make it?

Hmm…not always though.

I’ve said it before but, RentMen simply isn’t the King that it seems. There are some cities where I don’t get any biz from RM. Sites like A4A, here, and even RentMasseur have often times done better for me. And in small towns, forget it. Might as well get on Grindr and sell backstage, versus trying to find anything on RM. The odds are just that low. 
 

I feel any place that gets potentials and providers in a space that they can mingle, is worth using to an extent. In reality, I think Instagram is the true king…but it’s a lot going on. There’s clients who I follow and they follow me. But it’s not catered to any one subculture. Then Twitter is global and a porn pit stop. 
 

At the end of the day, seems it’s best to use as many of the platforms that’s available, to maximize connections.

The price I found is around two thousand US$ an hour, in my opinion that's part of leading an expensive life.
