They state only one of them is uncut. I don't know why their parents would only have one of them circumcised. I have only encountered one pair of genuine brothers who worked together for awhile, but the older was gay and the younger straight, so it didn't work out for very long, and the older one went back to working alone. Having been taught how to do it, however, the younger one occasionally worked alone as a provider when he needed extra money.
