I haven’t in the past but am highly considering using them in the future (and actually started a thread about them a while back).  I have never allowed guys to cum in my mouth, and hook up very infrequently and only with guys I have been chatting with a while (I consider that to be a form of vetting and always make my fear of STIs clear prior to meeting). I see nothing wrong with not kissing…. Honestly, a lot of guys have poor oral hygiene and terrible breath. 
 

As for oral….. if two men are getting naked for any action…. Escort, hookup, whatever… some things need to be sucked/licked…

I can see why providers would be hesitant for that very reason when asked if they will kiss or not. I always make it a point to let the provider know I am very clean & hygienic and have all my teeth and take care of them well when asking if they will be good with making out. 😛

"No kissing no giving [the client] oral" is usually not a deterrent for me. I have to feel a connection in order to kiss and I prefer to give than to receive. If a guy doesn't want to kiss, so be it. There are other things we can do and there are plenty of guys who want to kiss.
