Have you guys invited escorts from across the globe?

wondering what would be the regular arrrangement.

id be happy to spring for the ticket and a room somewhere and they are free to arrange additional clients when I’m not with them.

what’s the usual practice?

Do you live in the U.S.?  Given some of the recent posts here, I'd be especially leery to initiate a professional visit from someone outside of the country, especially if there is a paper trail of payments that would prove you did so.  Maybe it's paranoia on my part, but do you really want to test the system to see if you can do this without being charged with sex trafficking?

IMO @robberbaron4u is correct.

If this is a genuine idea, rather than a piece of complete nonsense, start crossing the globe yourself @moothrough

There is no “regular arrangement” and there is no “usual practice”. Certainly, if you are very rich and already have a house in a desirable location, you could invite escorts. You only have to pay for their business-class flights and offer an upfront flat fee of $10,000 to the men you fancy.

This idea reminds me of the scam where some Middle Eastern guys would offer large sums to escorts to fly to Dubai for a “special party”. Strangely, there were always difficulties with the advance payments but they always offered later reimbursement.

At the moment, I am dealing with a "situation" involving a young man I imported from Ibiza for a week's sojourn on Palm Beach. At the end of the week, he cut and ran. Two years later, I have an inquiry from immigration pertinent to him. He has been resident at Miami as an illegal alien, the scenario being motor vehicle accident, no license, suspended plates, hospitalization for serious leg injury, and, now, upcoming court hearing. "He is telling us that you brought him into the country. Is that true?"

?

This account aligns with my initial reaction when I read the subject line.

That reaction was...

Make sure he is First World at least. Less trouble. More aligned on expectations and values. No guarantees however; but at least he will be far less likely to cut, run and disappear. And oh - only do this if you have a relationship already. Not with someone you have never met.

Me thinks that a nice American guy off of SA is a much safer bet.

That's scary.  Are you likely to be called in to testify?

I hope @robberbaron4u that by “dealing with”, you mean you’re consulting with a good criminal lawyer who can advise on this problem?

I doubt you’d be called to testify. But Federal charges could follow. I’m sure you’re smart enough not to lie to or mislead the Federal agent - the electronic record of his flights and who paid would still be available. Perhaps you can evidence that he was just a friend whom you invited over to stay for a week.

That is exactly right.  Do NOT lie to federal agents.  They have all the answers - obtained through internet and other sources - before they ask you the question.

As an immigrant myself, a key question is - did he enter the country legally

It sounds like you were involved in cross-border sex trafficking.

My advice - get a really good lawyer NOW.

I have always wanted to go rent a place in Sydney  and /or Argentina to sample the local fare for a month or so

Oh Argentina looks great. All that beef.

thank you everyone for the input. Yes would be worried about it being tied back to me as a trafficker.

will have to rethink my plans.

There is no “safe” way to do this, but if you know the other guy and he seems to be a good egg, then perhaps you can wire him the money to purchase the ticket himself. That way, he’s buying his own ticket and controlling his own schedule. Delete all messages about compensation.

I think it’s still better to travel to the location that way you can get a trip out of it as well as meet other hot foreign talent… but if it’s someone you have met and have good chemistry, then perhaps maybe it would be something to consider…

As many mentioned it, there is no usual practice.
To me chemistry is key and I can only establish if there is chemistry if I meet the person in real life.

if you are intrigued by the guy to the point of wanting to bring him where you live, just go to his location if this is not too complicated for you.

Hire him for a couple of hours or the night and see how things go.

it’ll be probably cheaper and you’ll get to spend time in another country / city.

It's not paranoia at all.

Any appointment arranged for the purpose of sex work from across any border is defined as "Sex trafficking" and this is a punishable Federal Crime.

You'd best not discuss anything about sex for money.
