Cialis off label dosage with dramatic results

I recently had a conversation with a guy who also uses Cialis to compensate for ED. He claims he regularly uses a 60 mg dose. Gets stone hard erections with minimal stimulation for as many as four days. He also claims normal prostate size is maintained. 
 

Mfgr label dosage is 5 mg for daily sch and up to 20 mg prn (as needed). 
 

I use the 5 mg daily sch route but my erections to be satisfying require a cockring or shaftring as an enabler since the Cialis alone just makes me horny. My prostate is in an early stage enlargement. Would be thrilled to find his claimed results are something I could replicate but thought to poll this audience to learn if anyone else uses Cialis off label and the outcome.

Having once suffered a priapism and a trip to the ER (from trimix, not cialis), I'd be extremely leery of any overdosing.  The experience was very traumatic.  I'd take a close look at the side effects of cialis, which can include a priapism, and understand that the higher the dose, the higher the chance of side effects.

at once? I'd dare 20mg/day for 3 days maybe, but 60mg at once? 

more normally I combine cialis and viagra sometimes since i figure they are least different drugs.

I've always understood that an erection of more than 4 hours duration is cause for seeking medical attention.

How do you do it? One tablet of each, half and half, more C than V, more V than C? How effective is the combination compared to a single drug?

I do a 20mg C in the morning up to every other day and up to 100mg V at night when active (20mg pills). To be honest I think the C is most effective but when I need to perform for 2 hours I need the V boost. For me that seems a reasonable risk. Sex is also usually good exercise in moderation. Fortunately/unfortunately I don't still see my #1 on weekends who demanded 3-4 hours sex every Friday and Sat night. That's was an nice 3 years.

I used to take 5mg. every day (prescribed) for prostate issues.  It worked great - I peed like a boy, my dick hung lower and I had great boners.  I tolerated it fine for a long time - a couple years.   Then I started having intense dizzy spells which I recognized as postural hypotension.  Hated to do it, but I stopped the cialis and the dizzy spells disappeared.  

 

I came up with a workaround, though.   I wear compression socks all the time and take cialis again with no problems.

Never took more than 100mg of Viagra in a day

You have to be careful with these drugs especially if you take high blood pressure meds as they can lower your blood pressure.

I'm not a doctor, but I would urge anyone taking the very large doses of oral vasodilators being discussed here (both Cialis and Viagra are in the same class and have the same physical effects, albeit with different timing) to have a convo with a physican, preferably a urologist, about options. For one, there may be other things going on medically that should be addressed. Plus there may be a better approach to the problem, such as Trimix or other injectables (the erection vitamin of choice of OnlyFans creators everywhere).

Priapism is a very real possibility in the doses described by the OP.  Prispasim may be a hard problem to correct and could result in long term inability to have an erection.  Even if one is able to take those doses on several occasions, there is no assuring that the next time will not be.a problem.  

As drugs are developed, the drug company does attempt to have a drug have the best effect for the lowest incidence of side effects.  That does result in a lower dose than some users could tolerate.  However, given the consequences of the side effects with Cialis, I would never recommend going to the dosing that the OP suggested.  Rolling the dice in that way may mean never being able to roll in the hay again.  I am making that statement as a physician and a man who loves a nice hard erection.

I have some generic tadalafil from offshore that is dosed at 40 mg.  I have never taken a whole tablet - I divide them into 4 pieces.

If you get the generic 20mg V tabs it's easier to give yourself a a spike as needed after the C that morning or yesterday. When younger I'd do 20mg C in the morning and 100Mg V same night, but no longer. And I skip BP meds that morning too.
