I am naturally handsome:):)

I carry a few pounds as a senior Bear.. deal with RA, managing pain with Cannabis and I use a cannabis salve on my bald head and face.

I also use this salve if I need to masturbate (because no one was around to blow me) so one could say that I use a cannabis salve on my penis and anus:):)

You know, aging is a bitch, but I decided about 6 or 7 years ago that it wasn’t taking me down without a fight. In other words, I wasn’t just going to give in and let it take me. So, I started to take care of myself and try to get into decent shape!

A lot of guys may have better answers for you, but to address your question and share what I do:

1) I eat sensibly for my goals. I allow myself a splurge here and there, but that is the exception and not the rule. What you eat is a huge part of the equation. High protein and depending on time of year and my goals I may be higher fats or higher carbs.

2) I weight train 4 to 5 times a week. I have gone through spells of intensive cardio. Lately it’s been more weight training and I do so at a pace that keeps my heart rate up. I have worked out alone and with a personal trainer. Currently, I have a trainer, and have done about the last year and a half. He pushes me even more then I push myself and it takes the burden off of me to plan what I do next. Plus, the accountability is helpful.

3) As for skin, I need to do better there. However, I use Kiehls products daily - nothing extreme, but I like them. I’m sure someone else can recommend better, and I’d love to hear other routines. As I age, I am trying to moisturize more, but I have naturally oily skin.

4) Grooming. Overall I keep my hair short and it grows fast, so I have it cut every 7 to 14 days right now. Shave daily. To keep things clean.

I have considered some Botox, but haven’t gone there yet. I likely will in coming years to reduce lines on my face, but I’m not obsessive about that. I do have gray hair coming in, but I do not intend to color it. I figure it could be turning gray or turning loose...it’s doing the former and not the latter, so I will be thankful for that. ??

As I get older, it all takes longer...

1. I eat very well (no fast food), drink lots of water daily (no sugary beverages) and drink wine moderately, and exercise each day.

2. I enjoy time in the sun but moisturise well before and after exposure to the sun

3. I emphasise personal grooming and I dress smartly in formal clothes, even to go grocery shopping

Not an escort, but here is my $0.02...

Exercise 5 times a week - cardio for 3 days (running or rowing) and 2 days weight training.

Have used Clarins for Men for 20 years, evening and morning.

Use body cream all over the rest of my body.

In the morning I drink water only - allow myself one cup of coffee and one cup of tea in the afternoon.

My guiding principle: everything in moderation.

  • 2 weeks later...

I follow a pretty strict clean-eating regimen with a little treat a couple times per week: vegetables, lean protein, healthy fats, low-glycemic carbs, no dairy, no sugar;

I get huge amounts of exercise: lifting, cardio.

Just recently, I started taking better care of my skin. In my last show, my spray tan looked like hell after only a couple hours. The spray tan guy told me if I exfoliated and moisturized regularly my skin would take the spray tan better. I got an exfoliating scrub and a light gel moisturizer. I apply the moisturizer every day and I use the scrub every other day. After a week or so, my skin started to look and feel amazing.

I need to drink lots more water than I do and I really need to find a way to improve my sleep quality. I read that cognitive behavioral therapy can really help sleep quality. I'm about ready to try it.

Tons of water is a good start. Sleep. Exercise. Limit sun. Moderate, healthy eating.

A good plastic surgeon and derma help, even if they aren't doing hardcore work.

Skincare topicals only go so far. Korean skincare give you the most bang for your buck.

Aging is inevitable, but too many escorts don't do themselves any favors with drugs, alcohol, sun and steroids.

Are they good for tightening loose skin?

Nothing except for surgery will tighten-up loose skin.

What lasers do well is keep sun damage, skin texture and skin tone/pigmentation in-check. Mildly sagging skin can be fixed or minimized by a skilled injector with various versions of HA filler.

When skin gets to a point where it begins to look extremely loose or 'jowely,' it's time to consider a mini-lift, brow lift or the whole enchilada facelift. A less-invasive stop gap that can produce good results on a soft jawline is the threadlift.

Do you do anything to look good?

Exercise? How often? Gym? Have a personal trainer?

Skin care products you recommend? or any advice to have a good skin?

Do you apply any cream to your penis or anus?

Any meditation? yoga?

Shower and brush my teeth and hair. Walk 25 miles a week. Participate in different sports leagues over the winter and the summer. Hike in the summer. Swim a couple times a month. Go over to my friend's condo complex to use the weight room (light weights mostly). I stretch every day. Push ups when I remember to do them.

I second what @Benjamin_Nicholas says. Actives like tretinoin, acids and vitamins c, work up to a point. Lasers (non ablative / fractional), botox combined with fillers, threats and all sorts of minimal invasive procedures do wonders. Your derma and your plastic are your best friends. Also stay away from beauticians and aestheticians. Don't let anyone who is not an MD touch your face.

Cross-fit 3-4 x/week. Runs and 40 mile bike rides at pretty high speed on other days. A largely paleo diet with a cheat day. Kiehl’s 35 spf on the face daily, sometimes mixed with M.A.C. Toner. La Mer around the eyes daily. Shampoo every 3 days. Cropped hair. Lots of water. Have moisturized my body my whole adult life, using Eucerin in the winter. Botox and filler as needed.

Also, doing laser skin tx every two weeks right now. A great plastic surgeon who is also a good friend keeps it affordable! He even did my lips last year with filler, but barely noticeable

@Pensant May I ask what is "laser skin tx"? Which laser are you using?
