I like this idea except I'd hire three (all in revealing gear). Two work the bar & food. The third can "cover" if one of the other guys gets hired during the party. And, best of all, number three is your special treat at the end of the night. I'd be quiet/selective about telling guests up front, but allow the "help" to be as flirtatious as they want. I'd suggest hiring a couple of escorts. As hot as it could be, one escort might not be able handle that number of men. The suggestion of hiring a few as 'help' for the party is a good idea and spreads the workload around... IMO...

I organised a similar party 15 years ago. As the host, I picked up all the costs. We all had a great time, but I’d caution the OP that you need to invest time in choosing the right guys to hire and in making sure your friends understand the arrangements beforehand.

 

FWIW this is what I did.
