I'll be visiting Prague and possibly Zurich in September. Where do I start looking for Bel Ami-William Higgins type boys?

Several are also on Rentmen now as well as Hunqz. Once you get ones IG or FB you network to other. Porn Base Central (google) has their IG, FB and Twitter links under their porn name. There are a couple thousand guys here who have done porn so its nothing special they identify with often. Just a day's work that paid twice a normal client.

For those who know some of the Czech guys:

I talk with a couple almost every day and, while vaccination has now reached 5%, they are having the worst surge in Europe and Czech is totally locked-down with 8pm curfews and with even inter-city travel banned.

Today:

""PRAGUE — The Czech Republic is negotiating with Germany and other European countries to treat its COVID-19 patients as hospitals fill up.

Interior Minister Jan Hamacek says 19 beds are ready for the Czech patients in neighboring Germany, which has offered to treat dozens. He says Switzerland has offered another 20 beds in its hospitals, including taking care of the transportation. Talks are also under way with Poland that could provide some 200 beds.

The Czech Republic is one of the hardest hit European Union countries. New confirmed cases reached 16,642 on Tuesday, the fourth highest since the start of the pandemic. There’s a record of more than 8,000 COVID-19 patients needing hospitalization.

Some hospitals in western Czech Republic near the German border and in the central Pardubice region cannot take more patients. The nation of 10.7 million had almost 1.3 million confirmed cases with almost 21,000 deaths.

______

BRATISLAVA, Slovakia — Slovakia is tightening restrictive measures in a bid to halt the spread of a highly contagious coronavirus variant first found in Britain.

Starting Wednesday, Slovakia, one of the hardest-hit European Union countries, is imposing a nationwide curfew between 8 p.m. and 1 a.m.

Authorities are also tightening rules for international travelers Wednesday to try to prevent virus variants from spreading or entering the country. Police and military officers are set to enforce the new measures by re-imposing border checks for 24 hours a day on all major border crossings with Austria, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland.

In Slovakia’s already tight lockdown, people in counties where the virus situation is considered serious need to take a test every seven days to be able to go to work.

Doesn‘t sound like a good time to visit now... though hopefully sometime later end of the year. Thanks for sharing.

Seemingly the most active Czech B/A guys now are Niko Vangelis and Viggo Sorensen I don't know them but their OnlyFans are doing very well with duos. Last I heard they were long-term in Bali and not even sure they're back in Czech yet. "Tom Rogers" of Bel Ami has become incommunicado for months. I should get someone to check on him. My inner circle are either stuck in Olomouc or Prague now with curfews and transit closed. The twins left DC in October and thought they would be back or me over there by now. (My Argentine came for Christmas and is still here).

Haven’t been to Prague since late September 2001.

I was there the year earlier with two American friends. We hired guys most evenings, some from the bar that had escorts and some from an agency. We were staying at a luxurious villa in the suburbs. We also had a car and driver, who one of my friends took a shine to. He was a real hunk and was gay for pay. The restaurants were good as well. It was really a dream trip.

Today I read an account of how badly the pandemic is going there. Really a tragedy. The country has gone into another lockdown with curfew and internal travel restrictions on March 1st for I think I read one month. They have the highest case loads in Europe and are sending patients to their neighbouring countries. I expect one couldn't go there now even if one wanted to and that is not the case anyway.

  • 3 weeks later...

Not sure the details but some of the Viggo Sorenson/Niko Vangelis/Paul Cassidy guys are coming to Mexico next week. Not sure if it's their shoot, a Bel Ami shoot or what. After 2 weeks in Mexico they would be allowed into the US.

does anyone know yet? they go friday. i'm timid to ask them or i may end up with a houseful again for 3 months. from Europe there's no reason to come all the way to Mexico unless they're doing a 2-week stay to fly into the US.

Will they have come from the Czech Republic @tassojunior ? With the surging rate of Covid19 infection there, I doubt anyone will get easily into Mexico or the US. Or will they face a period of strict quarantine in each country?

Yeah, i thought the US banned EU countries still.. i guess they can still go to Mexico?? But still, that does not mean that they can come to the US via Mexico. Regardless, I wouldn't say no to housing 3 hunks from the Czech Republic.

The ban on the EU is anyone who has been in the EU in the past 14 days, not EU citizens. (the EU has a reciprocal rule for the US). There's never been such a ban on Mexico coming by air. So couples, families, etc US/EU have been reuniting in the US by going to Mexico for 14 days first. I don't know if these guys still do Bel Ami films, although that could be the trip if BA cannot get into South Africa as they do yearly. A couple of the guys were in the US last year and were doing very well so when I heard "Mexico" I immediately thought of them coming to the US again through the Mexican "backdoor".

It seems Mexico is letting everyone in these days.

Whether you look at the vaccination trajectory over the past 3 months or past week, Switzerland is a year away from 80% COVID immunity. Currently there is a 10% chance at any time at Zürich’s Paragonya (temporarily closed, of course) that there would be at least one contagious carrier among merely 15 occupants. That is not to say that as vaccination uptake progresses and is inversely related to new case incidence, Paragonya won’t open sooner.

I was surprised today to see that most EU countries had jumped from 10% to almost 20% vaccination in about a week.

Looks like that acceleration will benefit the Swiss as well, with at least a single dose per capita by August.

How much longer a spa-type business can survive on whatever limited government aid is available is another question. I don’t think the payroll is huge, assuming the furloughed staff may be receiving unemployment benefits, but the lease costs must be high. Unlike some other businesses with social media, Paragonya has signaled its temp closure but not added a reassuring ‘will see you soon’ message. Some small businesses will not have been too interested in undertaking loans that may have been required to make up the difference from what is offered through the largesse of whatever possible grants have been funded.

On a positive note for commercial sex workers in Switzerland, at least applicable for women if not so relevant for Paragonya escorts (as I do not think they or the venue are licensed as required) ... payment for services is now legally protected and not left simply as an issue between provider and client. The client that refuses payment can be charged and convicted of fraud.

lol Would be nice if the reverse were also true.

I keep seeing Paragonya posts on IG and FB and I thought they were open for a while as a health club. I think Thermas was. I sort of think both will be open soon as health clubs/saunas.
