I will be in Zurich March 12 and Prague March 13 to 20 and will update the thread.

I haven't been able to connect with any Czech in Zurich currently so maybe they're switching to the US. Any suggestions appreciated for Zurich (not Camel). Patagonya will be dead on a tuesday I'm sure but my hotel is across the street from it.

In Prague, of course, I have David, Zdenek, Adam, Vit, Tomas Selak, Tom Rogers, Jarrod Lanvin, Pavel !, and hopefully Dominik lined up.

Has anyone stayed at the Hotel Alcron in Prague since the ownership change (no longer managed by Radisson)?

No. I may one day to see if my status with Radisson would carry over. I have noticed it's rates have dropped a lot. The old Sheraton Charles Square is now the Radisson Blu Prague.

Thanks. Would you recommend any other hotel or should I roll the dice and try the Alacron:)?

I'm partial to the Jalta where I am staying one night tonight. Its a half block from the Alcron directly on Wes. Sq. with amazing views from front balconies. Room 701 has a 16x16 ft balcony over the square with castle views too. Great breakfast, Como sidewalk cafe on 1st floor is terriffic, nice remodel of a historic communist hotel with museum. Well-known to all the guys. Avoid rear rooms.

I really like hotel Unitas - convenient neighborhood and great history.

Thx. I'll remember it. I'm staying in the old city for the first time. It's usually unbearable in tourist season. Im at the Intercontinental and my Czech bff's are in and out ( of the room) a lot.

With the Alcron going independent theres no more elite upgrades to mini suites.

I honestly love any room on Wes. Sq with a balcony most of the year. The Jalta's room 701 with its 16x16 ft balcony is amazing in warm weather. 5 star hotels in Prague are often $100 so I stick to them.

Update: I havent posted much because Ive been spending the week with my bff's Zdeny and David. Tom Selak offered a high price, no bottoming and only suck with a condom. The last part is against my religion. No way. No how. Pavel (Pavol) has dropped contact. Adam is coming tonight. Vit wants to come up.

I found the guys are really impressed with the Intercontinental even though its not expensive. Uber is still very cheap....under $4 most city rides.

I always stayed at the Alcron because it was Radisson and I had elite status with them. I always paid the lowest rate and got upgraded to the new mini-suites (beautiful!). I went by and asked and was told they are no longer recognizing any elite programs for upgrades. I stick to hotels where I get upgrades. As much as I like the Alcron I don't like that most rooms have zero views.

Sorry there wasn't much to report this last Prague trip. I was with the same guys as last October and who visited me in DC December and January. Tomas Selak was too much trouble to meet with. Basically a high- ask for a blowjob with a condom. lol. Vit(Dom999) is just recovering from 2 broken ankles from football and just starting back escorting. Adam (AestheticXdeo) is super nice and sexy but out of bodybuilder competition shape just now. Pavel disappeared (again). Dominik failed to reappear.

Finally confirmed a trip to Prague in May. Will be spending 3 days there and staying at the Intercontinental. Hopefully the weather will be good.

The tourists may be there by May. Get a room in back overlooking the river, Weirdly, no coffee makers, only a kettle.

Tasso, have you are anyone else visited these other places in CR, such as Český Krumlov in the south or Moravia, including the cities of BRNO and Olomouc?

I'm going to CR for a week in early May.

Half the guys I know (a dozen) from BelAmi live in Olomouc or close to it between Brno and Ostrava. I'd pass on Brno but Olomouc is "Little Prague" and supposed to be beautiful. Ostrava is Silesian and also has a lot of very handsome guys. It's no cheaper there than Prague for hotels etc, transportation, even highways, is awful, and it is very very hard to find anyone who speaks English.

My friends usually fly from Vienna instead of Prague but that's still a 3-4 hour bus trip to Olomouc.

There are a lot of places to visit in the Czech Republic, including the wine region of Moravia, plenty of castles in Bohemia, and more. I agree with @tassojunior on Brno, which is not very charming. Český Krumlov (2 and a half hours from Prague) is an enchanting town, with a breathtaking medieval castle. Olomouc is a very pleasant small city, with a historic central square. I would also mention Kutná Hora in Central Bohemia, about an hour away from Prague. It has a most impressive ossuary, a crypt entirely decorated with skulls and bones, quite unique.

And yes, I lived in Prague for four years.

  • 4 weeks later...
I'm going to Prague this Sunday, May 5th through the 14th. Looking forward to it. Please let me know if you have any new recommendations!

The standby is Velvety and the one I called Adam above is new and great. Both are always in Prague.

I have half the best Czechs here in DC until May 20. Sorry.
