Without weighing in on the pros and cons of the original suggestion,  I'd like to point out that it takes the same "seconds" for the original poster to use Translate to post in English and/or to provide an English translation of the original quote...which switches the translation burden away from the moderators.

My guess is it's because if none of the moderators are lingual in any language besides English then they can't see if any violations are going on in a thread. Sure they can use a translator app but just easier on them.

Suggestion: all NON-PHYSICIANS on this website stop giving their medical opinions/experience here. Your information can be misleading & unhelpful. And typically wrong.
Do we go to our plumbers for accounting advice?
Do we go to our barber for legal advice?
It took my 8 (yes, eight) long, arduous years for me to to learn my craft (I'm a physician) from medical school to residency.  Unless you have gone thru such a journey your (inaccurate) advice is potentially very DANGEROUS.   Yes, for real.
Bad advice can lead someone astray, to their peril. One of the first things one learns in medical school is "First, do no harm".
Possibly one of the most challenging issues I must navigate as a physician is trying to fix the erroneous, distracting, & sometimes bizarre ideas my patients have heard "from a friend" or "read online". When I fail to help my patient successfully navigate this problem,  they get hurt.
I know you mean well. But it's not helpful.
Thank you Unicorn for answering the questions/comments above. Your medical opinions were spot on.
I have given thumbs-up on his answers so you can see his & my (two physicians) concordance.
    Much love to all,
    Josh

I suspect your reactions (deposits, charging for messages, etc...) cost your more than you realize.  You are so concerned with billing for every minute, that I believe you lose good opportunities.  I, for one, know that I would not consider a new client deposit on a local visit.  I am certain that I am not alone.
By trying to narrow down the field so tightly that only the best clients slip through, you limit your income.
In any business, I find it more profitable to put your clients needs first.  I've known a couple of escorts that followed this model and eventually reached a point where they had so many regulars that they could be far more picky about who they see.  When you're with them, they don't seem to own a clock.  They communicate freely and just about never mention money at all.  A guy I met in Vegas invited me to shower together when we had already gone over.  Not only did he leave with a nice tip, but I'll call him every time I'm in Vegas.
You've mentioned in the past that you have trouble getting regulars.  Find some escorts that maintain regulars and learn from them.  Your way does not seem to work.  That should be apparent by now.  Time to make some changes.  If you keep doing what you've been doing, you'll keep getting what you've been getting.

I’ve said it before…..if you honesty feel that way……you’re in the wrong business.
Yeah…..let us know how that works out for you.
Not even Hermes and Cartier can get away with charging the window shoppers baby.
You don’t stand a chance. Not because your goods aren’t amazing, but because that business model doesn’t work.

I hire less based on lessons learned from previous hires, but it has nothing to do with Covid.  I did avoid hiring during 2020, but this year I've been too busy if anything.  I don't find it to be much more expensive and I still find quite a few good options when I have the time.
I also seem to have noticed that the more expensive guys are seldom worth it.  My best encounters have been with guys in the $200-$250 range.  I usually give everyone about $300 regardless of what they're asking and don't hire anyone over $300.

"What incentive do I have to unlock my pics for these people?"
If you have enough business already, the answer is: none.  No incentive.
But if you are looking to win business (the purpose of most ads) the answer is: lots

Speaking as a potential customer (and with all due respect), I find the idea of paying to see private pictures in an advertisement to be completely unacceptable. It is an AD.  You are putting it there to try to get business. I am looking at it because I am contemplating paying hundreds of dollars to get intimate with you.  Before I commit to a meeting, I want to see as much as possible so I know we are a match.  I think it is better for both the provider and the customer if I am better educated about you before we meet.

And yes, a customer may be 500 miles away when we make the request.  Guess what? Customers travel. I always try to line things up before arriving, and that includes looking at the pics of potential hires.  A guy won't show me more pics?  Simple. I don't hire him. Next.

Finally, the option to click “this user has requested to see your private pics” was added by the site to make things easier. I used to write lovely messages of interest, but they NEVER got any reply or acknowledgement, so now I just click the button.

I am in a client service business, too.  My customers are often demanding, unreasonable, and occasionally I fire them.  But at the end of the day, they are my customers, and I do what I can to accommodate them.   That's business

Life often requires us to manage our expectations if we are going to be happy.  As a horny gay teenager, I was attracted to the studly, handsome hunks that I saw in ads in GQ and Esquire.  I just assumed that life would be like that - one hunk after another.  And when I started to get out and around in the gay community, I saw that there are a lot of that kind of man in our community and I chased after them.  The thing is, as has been noted, that kind of man is usually attracted to men of the same type, so more often than not I was frustrated and disappointed and I felt sorry for myself because I couldn't find a boyfriend.    Bit by bit, I began to realize that I was looking for a fantasy, not a boyfriend, and my view of what I found attractive in a man began to expand.  The more it expanded, the less lonely I was.

I’d like to know who you are so I can avoid hiring you.
    That’s all.
If you’d act differently as a provider if we knew what your contact details were than you are acting now when we don’t know what your contact details are, I don’t know that I’d feel totally safe around you. I’d have to be wary the whole time in the back of mind if duplicity is afoot.
And just like you as a provider want assurances, we as clients want assurances. If you’re saying baring yourself intimately is somehow upping the ante such that we should be willing to expect to meet higher demands than we would from other service providers, then you as an escort have to be willing to meet us and provide assurances not expected of other service providers. Withholding even the basic means of keeping you accountable as a provider on this site makes me question how trustworthy you are in said intimate situations. The basic minimum for providers is that they provide a means to accountability to clients to prove they’re to some degree accountable for their actions. What you say here as a purported escort (how do we know that to be true even?) is irresponsible insofar as there’s no way we can search “401 rn901” and get info on you to determine if we should consider you a reputable, trustworthy provider. No profile links. Nothing. Yet I’m supposed to feel good about giving you a deposit if I should approach you for services? 🤔

“I feel Harry and Meghan are sincere and truthful”
The reason why: I find their moralizing attitude (‘do as we say, not as we do’) reprehensible as they are basically parasitic, making money from Harry’s inherited position while Meghan, a minor actress, used innuendo to smear the Royal Family after the Queen and others had done so much to ease her into married life.

Mickey & Jerry have periodically added a third person over the years, and even offered a 6-hand massage.  Tried the 6-hand one time and it was just sensory overload for me.  In the past, they have been very careful and selective who they invite to join them.  The additional person is usually very similar in style and substance.

As a member and a reader, I noticed that the reviews here are more gossips, and unfair judgmental tool either to praise someone, or  infamy.
Some of these guys has no roof above his head at night. And tries the impossible to survive.
let’s show some mercy, when giving our opinion in them.
there some reviews that are completely acceptable and informative. But the others are nothing than a cheap gossiping.
another thing I noticed… some people discuss  guys as if they were a product or a piece of meat. This is completely against human rights, and against any law. Sex work is a work, and nothing can downgrade these guys to the level of discuss them in this way.
It’s good to remember that without them, some unfortunate men will stay virgin for the rest if their lives.
With all my respect, my regards and appreciation for every guy fighting the world to keep standing on his feet and keep his head up.
You are phenomenal my dear, the work you do won’t change who really you are. Keep going! Keep fighting! You are Resilient.

I know that some people do sex work who are barely getting by, and that maybe they are even doing that because they don't know what else they can do to survive, but I think most of the escorts discussed here are in a far better place in their lives financially speaking.
As for how people communicate about other people, welcome to the world of online discourse.  The internet brought society some good things, but elevating public discourse wasn't one of them.  It's very easy to be overly nasty when hiding behind a keyboard.  That being said, if you are talking about reviews I think it's perfectly legitimate that someone posts his thoughts/feelings about someone he hired who underperformed as long as he's being honest.  Giving a negative review to an escort is just as legitimate as writing a negative review of a restaurant because the food wasn't good or the service was bad.
