I always wonder the same thing, cause every time I go to check if there's availability it seems to be always booked. 

I agree, but also providers aren't always free. If I'm not free I still eventually get back to the client, that's just common courtesy.  I just think hitting someone up with the no intention of meeting, or just to see dick pics is messed up. This obviously is talking about clients who play games, 

On the flip side, I, as a client, wouldn't waste anyone's time. But I find it odd when a provider advertises his services continuously, and yet when I reach out multiple times with the utmost sincerity and respect in hopes of arranging a meeting, I am not granted the dignity of a response of any kind.
Two sides to every scenario.

Doing business today is tough for both sides (seller/buyer)
it seems the best practice is to make it easy to buy/sell
20 questions on either side make it NOT easy
For the most part - I reach out to providers on here - its easy for me to vet them and vise versa
I do business on the web - it's my sole source of income - while my service is complicated to complete - I try to make things as simple as possible up front - I quote a price upfront and don't invoice until I've completed the service

I don't know, I wouldn't waste anyones time. I always try to make accommodations the best way I can, but if I couldn't meet I'd just say I can't or we could pick another time. I do think it's just odd for a client to hit providers up, ask them to meet and then when it comes time to meet you get ghosted, in my experience. Or if clients will hit me up and ask for nudes and then once I do, you don't hear a thing. 

I see it as a potential one time gift for an extraordinary time.  Although I'd most likely tip well instead.

Unfortunately, some providers cannot tell the difference between the two.
Many providers feel that they should not have to answer questions prior to the hire.  They feel their ad and photos should be sufficient data for a client to make an immediate decision to hire.  
Let us not forget, MANY ads are fake and contain exaggerated/false information and stolen photos. 
Over the years, how many threads in this forum were started by forum members asking about ads that appeared to be fake and were later proven to be fake? 
Countless ads were discovered as fake simply because other forum members asked the question and various other forum members responded with proof.  
In view of the above facts, some chat by a client is an attempt to make less, the chance of being scammed with a fake and false ad.  
Of course, there are true "time-wasters" but too many legitimate clients are falsely branded as wasting the time of an escort. 
As an analogy, if I went to a store to purchase a product and if I asked the sales agent questions about the product before I made the commitment to buy, would the sales person tell me to read the advertisement about the product and call me  a "time waster"?

You treat each client as it’s the first client of the day, if there is more than one. You have to perform and the show must go on. 😈

Most if not not all my clients have been older men, the way they're treated is no different regardless of age.

I don’t have much experience with escorts. Trust me it happens all the time, I'll get no calls and then when I about to leave a city that's when I'll get a call. I always prefer advance just so I can plan out my day and have it a bit organized. I've had clients who with book an appointment with a date and time, and when it comes to that and it's confirmed I won't hear from them and my text will be ignored. After that usually just let it go, and line you I will put a note and of course I'll save the old text messages. Guys will flake and then keep contacting me over and over to meet and then flake again. The games are stupid, and the leaving people on read on RM when contacting is another thing. If you're gonna book an appointment and contact through RM then to flake, I think they should all know that we can see if they've read the message. 

So I guess I'm being pretty obvious here, but honestly, it's just who I am and what I do. I love those cocky providers who embrace their great gift and want others to salivate and desire it, too. I'm not into pumped up muscle guys especially, as my entire passion and interest is what's hanging, teasing and spewing. I just wish ads could be more clear about specialties, niches and preferences as it sure would make things easier. I'm always looking for those providers who "get" my scene. Living in AZ but travel, too. Just trying to understand how I can best get my request across when so many guys are worried about being too specific.

Canceling because something comes up is one thing, cause  this is life and shit happens. Some usually state they'll rebook, but if they do it multiple times at that point it's just all a game and you should just block them
