As I wind up my planning for the year (I have weekend trips scheduled with guys for five of the remaining 10 weekends), I’m reflecting on how my criteria for choice has evolved throughout 2025.
Since many know I’ve favored younger men (not exclusively) and weekend engagements, I find that my focus has evolved from physical attributes and whether I think we will be compatible (based on a video call before I schedule a weekend) to the following:
1) Maturity (that’s not just about age, but also attitude) 
2) Not just smart but educated or getting educated  (gives a broader perspective) 
3) Drug Free (to avoid drama)
If the aesthetic is right, I don’t think that my experience will be good with out those additional criteria.
What are the criteria you use?

Trust me I fully relate and understand completely, as it’s happened to me quite often. It’s exhausting and really annoying honestly. Making plans and them either not showing up or even responding ghosting. People get off on playing games.

I'm a provider and I have to be honest one of the worst parts of doing this is the consistent leading on and fake-outs. How are you going to talk to me for over an hour about making plans, then talk to me the entire way through the douching process, and then go MIA the second you're supposed to come over. I'm confused, is it to embarrass us or waste our time? Is it malicious? I don't get it. I'm exhausted. I'm douching my ass out, like that isn't a natural bodily process I really try not to do it unless I have to. 
Either follow through or don't waste provider's time. It's cruel. If you aren't ready to actually meet up with a provider please stop putting us through this.

I don't think so. I get why it might be of concern, especially if there's a pattern. I've been reviewed many times and they're all real and legit. 

Vegas hotels are fine, just some require keys shown to get up and for elevator use.

Exactly, they have a right to quote any fee they want, just like we have a right to conclude that it’s ridiculous and stop the conversation.  I know what the median range in NYC is and will simply not engage with anyone who quotes a rate significantly higher than that.

Sometimes things happens and our bodies react. I think in situation  like this always make sure the provider/ doesn’t feel worse then they may already. Shit happen, clean up and find a way to still enjoy the company that you have.

Recently got back from Phoenix and hired 2 amazing guys.  Both were totally what I go for, roided out muscles with tats and both experiences were really good.  But....one of them didn't clean out all that well.  It totally killed the experience and he was so embarrassed he ran to the bathroom to clean up.  I was so disappointed because after that, it pretty much ended the experience as he didn't want to continue. 
What do you do in this situation?  I ended up finishing myself off and didn't bring up the issue as I could tell he was mortified.  I didn't hold anything against him either but I wonder...this has to be a common issue.  How do you all handle this? 

Always be clear up front that you want to top so that your guy knows to clean out before the appointment.
Also, shit happens sometimes no matter how fastidious you are about prepping. Have some grace and consider hiring him again for another try.

I had a good report with one provider but he lost his hard on half way through the session - and it made it obvious that he wasn't turned on and as a result, I never rehired - despite how much I liked him and we got on
