Since you're gonna be in South Florida, you really should check out Miami Beach. South Beach is good for eye candy; Lincoln Road is a great place to sit back and watch the calientos saunter by. But by far, my fave place is Haulover Beach--one of the largest nude beaches in the US. On weekends it can be packed. It's mixed, but you can definitely feel the gay vibe:}} It's worth the trip down from FtL.

I weigh myself at the same time every night before bed, and my weight fluctates within a 4 lb range from day to day. Although my diet and eating patterns at home have remained exactly the same throughout the pandemic, and my exercise level hasn't changed, my average daily weight has dropped 8 lbs in the past year. The only explanation I can think of is that I haven't eaten dinner at a restaurant in months.

I have a home gym and my trainer since mid 2019 sends me the daily plans via whatsapp. We do a class each week via Zoom. He changed my training approach and without diet I lost 17 pounds and have a six pack for the first time in my life.

I've lost 55 lbs since the pandemic started. I think its because I stopped getting fast food, and I have had more time to cook healthy food because I've been working from home for almost a year. I have always been 'solidly' built, but not 'cut'. Maybe if I start going to the gym I can achieve a defined physique, even in my 40s - but I'm happy right now to have found at least one set of abs!
