If you agree to a session and an Uber never comes up, the Uber isn't included. Whenever a provider tries to add that (or any other monetary change) after a deal is reached, I cancel immediately for breach of contract. Which is what that is.

Hey, don't discount what providers can do if they're really high or really angry. I once tried to hire a provider I'd spent time with before, and he must have been on drugs or something, because he started texting all these angry things at me.
