If hotel prices fluctuate, why shouldn’t ours 😆
+ DrownedBoy replied to JB_Studio38's topic in Questions About Hiring
One of the benefits of having a high credit rating - all you have to do is show the policy was slightly unclear and you get your way. And I already told Hyatt I'd never be doing business with them again. That's the kind of person I am. As a young kid, my parents got me a subscription to the junior Consumer Reports magazine. I learned all these tricks before I was 10, long before I even considered having a credit card. In this world, having a near perfect credit score can be very powerful. -
If hotel prices fluctuate, why shouldn’t ours 😆

Client perspective here. I booked a hotel room several weeks ago. I had to cancel when I caught Covid, and although it was a week in advance, they refused a refund. Apparently they fluctuate their prices, and do that if someone ever books in advance. So I just called my credit card company and blocked my payment.... -
Quick Flake Alert on ChaseGavin of New Orleans
+ DrownedBoy replied to jusmeinbr's topic in The Deli
No reviews and has been on RM less than 2 weeks. Keep little boys like that in the oven longer. They need more seasoning. -
That guy has 161 reviews. He doesn't need to treat new customers nice.

I haven't. I kicked a narcissistic brat out after he started making fun of my Asperger's. And since I'm tit-for-tat, as he was leaving, I reminded him the chances of him making a living as a male model was 0 %....

Quick response? That's a lot more than I usually get. 😁

I've calculated my inflation losses at a little above 16% from 2019 to today. I have a very long standing and trusted regular, and I unilaterally gave him a "raise" because he buys gas for his own car. It's still a good deal. However, for everyone else (except for professional bodybuilders), I stick to my 300/500 limit. I've noticed that standard recurring theme - young escorts with no experience asking waaay too much. I know all prices have gone up, but my salary hasn't changed. That shrinks my demand for hiring. Plus, it seems that many newbies are coming into the market (albeit with a lot to learn) due to the coming recession. That increases the supply. Unfortunately, economics doesn't care if prices go up or if people are struggling. It's just supply and demand. And the first rule of life is to take care of you and yours first.

Contacting Provider for Non-Appointment Question
+ DrownedBoy replied to nycbystander's topic in Questions About Hiring
I had a former regular I did this with, but only to clarify things he said during the last session. Mainly involving sexual enhancers. -
Smart woman. I should have kept notes on the older gay men who got me when I was a twink. She has the kind of gray eminence power I can only dream of.

Providers asking for client's pic
+ DrownedBoy replied to slimdude2's topic in Questions About Hiring
The only escorts who asked for my pic were young newbies who didn't know how to play the game. One complied with my wishes when I gave a short physical description (and I'm brutally honest). The other....I think he was high...which would have caused a cancellation anyway. -
Can Older Men Still Have Quality Experiences?
+ DrownedBoy replied to + Lucky's topic in Questions About Hiring
Only because older men tend to be more generous. -
I'm never in Chicago when he is. Bummer, yet he still texts me when he visits. One day....
-
He's on my "too good to be true" list. The comments here reinforce that conviction.
-
Oh the guy I let go left RM shortly after. Apparently he ticked someone else off, someone with less patience, who one-starred him.
-
Ha! When I dropped a regular for constant tardiness, I really wanted to say: "You know, if you had worked out and rebuilt your pre-pandemic muscles and improved your attitude, you might have gotten away with it."
-
Neither does sexting. Don't ask.
-
I've had to more or less take the same tact. A few weeks ago, I tried a new young provider. He texted that he was running late, and refused to come unless I sent him a photo. I informed him that, after I texted him at our agreed-on time and he didn't respond, I waited 10 minutes, then started texting a different provider to set something up. The kid just kept whining and acting oblivious, so I just cancelled him and hired the guy I was chatting with at the same time. The 20s crowd needs to realize they're competing with 200+ people in my location, and with the recession coming, they better find a way to stand out. That's how my firm works; it's also how the entire business world works.

I'd bet every escort who's proficient in the client's language would offer this if you could establish trust and a viable means of payment. However, someone needs a talent for phone sex.

Inviting an escort to your country? What’s the usual practice?
+ DrownedBoy replied to moothrough's topic in The Deli
Dude, whatever you do, don't use the word "imported." -
I can't believe he charges that much. I saw his ad when he visited Chicago, but decided against contacting him because I only saw one photo that attracted me. If I had heard his prices, I would have texted a quick "nm."

When Is An Appointment Considered "Booked"
+ DrownedBoy replied to NYCgymfitNEW's topic in Questions About Hiring
Agreed. As a client, I want to get the deal agreed to as soon as possible, then just wait for the session. If I knew rates, payment method, general location, etc. ahead of time, it would save both parties a lot of wasted time. But in the U.S., that's not likely to happen soon. Also, the process works both ways. I've contacted way too many escorts who drag negotiations out and cancel for BS reasons (3 in one day recently). My time is valuable too, and with my skills, I could be using it to make more money. -
